I tried to correct, but I got an Indian guy that I could barely understand. The man blew off what I was trying to tell him about the price being wrong. I took my order and left... big mistake. I took my food to my mom's and found out the order was wrong (not even matching the outside slip). They gave a fish sandwich versus a rally burger. Cooperate marketing is waisted when the signage doesn't match the price when ordering. I get frustrated when the employee can not speak clearly. What should have been a cheap quick lunch was ruined by greed and incompetence. Rally's seemed to be blown away with the previous cheap lunch special and now rebounded with higher price that the people are not even willing to give to customers. He handed me the sandwich in a bag and I left. When I get home and open the package, it just a very plain chicken sandwich without bacon or BBQ sauce or anything related to what I ordered. He didn't even give me a receipt. The sandwich was bland and cardboard. Horrible service from a horrible crew. Don't visit this location. If you do, check everything you order thoroughly for accuracy while still there, especially with this scatter brained crew. Oh, and don't expect to leave any kind of complaint for this company.
