I can't believe how we were treated by this staff member. I'm sure the product may be good. But we didn't have a chance to try it. And will never go back to find out ! My guest asked a simple question on the lobster. But received a sharp response without the information asked. Like ok. Maybe he didn't understand the question. Then we went to next Items and she had a question for him. He didn't seem to want to help answer it. Then to the final question. After ordering what would be over $100 of food items for lunch. Simple question on the contents of the soup ( which is important for an extreme allergy ). He gave a very smart a** response. I asked again this is important I get an actual response. Again he said a response not answering the question. We were now done and told him to cancel it. We would go somewhere else. He didn't seem to care at all. Wow. This was our first time visiting Quincy's and we waited u til my parents came down for the winter. We came for lunch. The guy at the register was super helpful and informative and answered all of our questions. We ordered the original, lobster salad, and crab rolls. They come with pickles and chips. Then it was a beautiful day and we sat in their outdoor eating area. If it is bad weather you will have to take your food to go. It was made fresh and delivered to our table in a timely fashion. First time visiting Quincy's and probably the last. We decided to take a ride to the farmers market to check it out. I saw the sign for Quincy's and we were in the mood for something to eat to tide us over til we have dinner. We ordered 1 Connecticut roll thinking it would be big enough for us two could share. Boy were we wrong! The roll looked about half the size, served toasted and the lobster tail and warm butter. To pay $24 that looked the size for a child's meal was very disappointing! The lobster and bun were good but the size is shameful! Hence why we are giving a 3star. read more

Customer Service was top tier. The young man at the register was very friendly and spoke with us as we waited. The location is small it is great for takeout which I appreciate . The Connecticut Lobster roll was everything I wanted! It was perfection. A nice warmed butter toasted roll with warm butter lobster tail. The coleslaw was also delicious, perfect consistency the cabbage was nice and crunchy . The cabbage could have been shredded smaller but that's a preference. Overall Quincy's will be seeing me again. Very delicious!! As someone from Connecticut, it has been hard to find a great CT lobster roll. This has been the best! The service was great and quick. The food was amazing and they only opened on this past Monday! We came originally for the Duck Donuts right nearby, but stopped here for lunch after finding it and were not disappointed. While there is no indoor seating. There is outdoor seating and it is right near the water with a great view. And they were playing music outside that was a great add on. read more

Best lobster roll I have had in town Nothing fancy about this place. Has 2 tables to eat outside but it's so worth it. The meat was very sweet. The extra 50% for $7 is a scam. If you look at the public photos of the regular, it's the same amount of meat. The lobster was okay, but there was hardly any butter. Yet, the bread was soggy, like a diaper. Lobster Busque was tasteless, with zero lobster meat - another complete rip-off. We were excited customers who were completely let down by such poor quality of food. We won't be back. read more
