Maiwand replaced my windshield, and I highly recommend QuiQ Auto Glass. Good communication and good service :) I got a small star shaped crack on my windshield, with a longest line about a quarter size, while driving to work. I requested quotes from multiple places, and Maiwand responded quickly with reasonable price. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I preferred to get it repaired (I emphasized this multiple times), so Maiwand came to repair the windshield. However, unfortunately, the crack was wider and spreading pretty fast so the windshield needed replacement. Maiwand explained this to me professionally showing me why the windshield cannot be repaired. He answered all the questions I had very professionally during the process. He scheduled another appointment the next day for replacement and got the job done. He said he can organize the dash cam cable during the replacement, and that was taken care of too. Additionally, he said he will get the dash cam attachment installed to the new windshield, but unfortunately the tape on the attachment was not reusable. He even said he will come back the next day with a tape just to re-install the attachment! Luckily I had another tape so he did not have to, but I am pleasantly surprised that he will go above and beyond and come back just to get the attachment re-installed correctly. Someone broke into my car (twice in 6 months!) so this was stressful for me. Maiwand made everything as easy as possible from Step 1. Asked for a quote on a chip on my windshield and only reply I got from owner was "Unable to service" even though website says "Generally small chips with no cracks that does not cover drivers' sight can be repaired." I asked for clarification and no response. Apparently, chips aren't worth their time to fix. read more
