I've been coming to Quito for about maybe 2 years and will continue to go there! They're an amazingly nice team. Mr. Billy is such a nice caring man! He was very welcoming! It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Pitsinger, my dogs favorite Dr. first time I came in was for my Doberman, Kenzo, who was suffering from stones in his urethra. Called all around and it lead me to Quito veterinary hospital, they did a cystotomy and neuter! They handled him so well, I decided to bring in my other Doberman, Boss, who's a bit weary of people and they never push him!!!! Love it

Best Vet office in town. Dr Rosette retired awhile back and left the place in great hands. My dog Charlie and kittens Hazel and Vaeda are patients of Dr Pitsinger who is awesome, kind and caring. Charlie has also been seen by Dr Sharma who is also wonderful. The staff are great too! Shawn (hope I'm spelling your name right) is always great to talk to and is always very helpful. Daria is great, friendly and helpful as well. Just a kitty visit today and she asked how Charlie was. I haven't dealt with anyone there that wasn't compassionate and caring. They always get back to me and I have 3 pets who have issues...allergies, gastro etc. So I call or come in frequently. Have never felt like I'm bothering them. If you need veterinary care for you fur baby OR are looking for a new Doc. don't think twice. You can't go wrong at Quito! They are fairly priced the clinic is always clean and the staff are GREAT. They love your pets! They love their humans too. Thank you Quito for taking care of my fur babies.

Happy cat after his vet visit with Dr. Pitsinger

I brought my cat, Pebbles, in for a second opinion and I'm so thankful to have met and been helped by Dr. Pitsinger! She answered all of my questions, was very detailed and really put my mind at ease. And as a new patient, the process was a breeze - filled out some paperwork once I arrived and they helped me contact Pebble's last vet to obtain records. I will definitely be coming here for any of my pet's future needs :)

I've been taking my Yorki-Poo here for several years now. They are kind and are very gentle with my fur baby. We are diligent about regular check ups and vaccinations, I appreciate that they are clear with pricing and provide updates during the procedure.

The whole entire team is amazing and they always treat us like we're family. They have saved the lives of several of our dogs, but last night they saved Joey's life and I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for him. Joey got into some gum and ate a lot of it! Unfortunately the 1st ingredient was Xylitol (deadly especially with how much he ate) I rushed him to Quito and they all jumped into action and got it all out of his system before it could do irreversible damage. They are not an emergency clinic but they were luckily still open and treated it like an emergency. They we're so kind, caring and compassionate. They treated him like he was one of their own babies. I am so grateful to Meghan, Daria, Olivia, Sam, Sean, Alex, Dr Pitsinger and Dr Sharma. Thank you for saving our baby...again! You and everyone else there (that we didn't mention) are amazing humans and we love you so so much

Quito vet takes great care of my puppy, Nalu. They always find a way to squeeze us in when we need a last minute urgent appointment. They also are really informative about what is going on with your pet. Only ha done issue with a vet tech but they made sure that it would never happen again.

They were friendly, professional, patient, helpful and quick. Plus way more affordable than where I have been taking my cats.

Do you guys do ear cropping for American bullus if not can someone recommend me to some place that does please that's not outrageous amount please and thank you?

You shouldn't crop your dog's ears. That's cruelty to animals just so you can think your dog looks cool...it doesnt

    Are they super expensive?

Actually, no, if you go on Wednesdays all of the vaccines are 1/2 off, which is a really good deal.

We hadn't seen him rest that deeply (*snoring) in quite some time - so this was a gift in itself. -Dr Winnick is wonderful about stepping away, offering space to grieve, whatever is needed. We had about 10 mins with him while sedation took effect. -We also received guidance on how to handle our other dog during the course, having her present. - Next up is the IV with euthanasia. Super quick when administered, but my goodness so peaceful. -She took his clay paw prints after he passed. She invited us to talk to her a little about his life. -We received another moment to say another goodbye, then helped him onto a stretcher brought by Dr Winnick. She had his head on a pillow and wrapped him in a rainbow blanket . -Any animal over 35lbs needs assistance with Dr Winnick to bring to the car. My husband and I each carried a side of the stretcher as we wanted to be "pall bearers" of sorts for our 60lb dog. -Dr Winnick drove away with him when we were ready. - She also gave us materials on how to process loss of a pet with other pets and with our children. We even received a coloring book and story for our kids. Truly just - human kindness. We had ocean waves on the TV, a lit candle, crystals surrounding him, and the smell of bacon in the air. I couldn't imagine a better, more peaceful send off for my sweet boy. We opted for private cremation and will receive ashes in the mail in ~2 weeks. Thank you Dr Winnick for your heart, kindness, and compassion. And Amy who helped us with preparing for the visit and scheduling. The whole experience was seamless and beautiful. We're forever grateful.

I had scheduled an appointment for the end of the week, but was checking to see availability almost daily. The team never made me feel like it was an imposition and their policy of cancelling 4 hours ahead was reassuring. Dr. Karen Vine was patient, compassionate and empathetic, walking me thru step by step the process. When I contacted Restful Paws, I didn't know what to expect. In fact, I felt bad crying on the phone because I couldn't imagine trying to talk to someone like me at that moment. But the staff couldn't be more understanding and supportive. Unlike making end of life decisions for your fur baby, the process of scheduling this appointment was very easy. Restful Paws asked all the right questions, set the expectations, and made this process that much easier. And on the day of, Dr. Ami arrived promptly at the scheduled time. She was very caring and understanding, and she put all of us at ease. We could not have asked for a better last day for our Sodapop. I'm thankful that we reached out to restful pause, and grateful that they were able to come to our house to help us get through this phase. Weeks later, we received a card from Dr. Ami sending us her condolences. Thank you, Restful Paws, for doing the service that you do. I'm sure it's not easy, and I can only imagine how sad it is to do this on a daily basis. Thank you so much!
