I've been coming to Quito for about maybe 2 years and will continue to go there! They're an amazingly nice team. Mr. Billy is such a nice caring man! He was very welcoming! It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Pitsinger, my dogs favorite Dr. first time I came in was for my Doberman, Kenzo, who was suffering from stones in his urethra. Called all around and it lead me to Quito veterinary hospital, they did a cystotomy and neuter! They handled him so well, I decided to bring in my other Doberman, Boss, who's a bit weary of people and they never push him!!!! Love it

Best Vet office in town. Dr Rosette retired awhile back and left the place in great hands. My dog Charlie and kittens Hazel and Vaeda are patients of Dr Pitsinger who is awesome, kind and caring. Charlie has also been seen by Dr Sharma who is also wonderful. The staff are great too! Shawn (hope I'm spelling your name right) is always great to talk to and is always very helpful. Daria is great, friendly and helpful as well. Just a kitty visit today and she asked how Charlie was. I haven't dealt with anyone there that wasn't compassionate and caring. They always get back to me and I have 3 pets who have issues...allergies, gastro etc. So I call or come in frequently. Have never felt like I'm bothering them. If you need veterinary care for you fur baby OR are looking for a new Doc. don't think twice. You can't go wrong at Quito! They are fairly priced the clinic is always clean and the staff are GREAT. They love your pets! They love their humans too. Thank you Quito for taking care of my fur babies.

Happy cat after his vet visit with Dr. Pitsinger

I brought my cat, Pebbles, in for a second opinion and I'm so thankful to have met and been helped by Dr. Pitsinger! She answered all of my questions, was very detailed and really put my mind at ease. And as a new patient, the process was a breeze - filled out some paperwork once I arrived and they helped me contact Pebble's last vet to obtain records. I will definitely be coming here for any of my pet's future needs :)

I've been taking my Yorki-Poo here for several years now. They are kind and are very gentle with my fur baby. We are diligent about regular check ups and vaccinations, I appreciate that they are clear with pricing and provide updates during the procedure.

The whole entire team is amazing and they always treat us like we're family. They have saved the lives of several of our dogs, but last night they saved Joey's life and I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for him. Joey got into some gum and ate a lot of it! Unfortunately the 1st ingredient was Xylitol (deadly especially with how much he ate) I rushed him to Quito and they all jumped into action and got it all out of his system before it could do irreversible damage. They are not an emergency clinic but they were luckily still open and treated it like an emergency. They we're so kind, caring and compassionate. They treated him like he was one of their own babies. I am so grateful to Meghan, Daria, Olivia, Sam, Sean, Alex, Dr Pitsinger and Dr Sharma. Thank you for saving our baby...again! You and everyone else there (that we didn't mention) are amazing humans and we love you so so much

Quito vet takes great care of my puppy, Nalu. They always find a way to squeeze us in when we need a last minute urgent appointment. They also are really informative about what is going on with your pet. Only ha done issue with a vet tech but they made sure that it would never happen again.

Do you guys do ear cropping for American bullus if not can someone recommend me to some place that does please that's not outrageous amount please and thank you?

You shouldn't crop your dog's ears. That's cruelty to animals just so you can think your dog looks cool...it doesnt

    Are they super expensive?

Actually, no, if you go on Wednesdays all of the vaccines are 1/2 off, which is a really good deal.

We weren't sure we were making the right decision, and she answered all our questions with kindness and reassurance during a really uncertain time. When Dr. Jenn Winnick arrived, her compassion was immediately evident. She took the time to explain everything and assured us we were doing the right thing for Simba. When I contacted Restful Paws, I didn't know what to expect. In fact, I felt bad crying on the phone because I couldn't imagine trying to talk to someone like me at that moment. But the staff couldn't be more understanding and supportive. Unlike making end of life decisions for your fur baby, the process of scheduling this appointment was very easy. Restful Paws asked all the right questions, set the expectations, and made this process that much easier. And on the day of, Dr. Ami arrived promptly at the scheduled time. She was very caring and understanding, and she put all of us at ease. We could not have asked for a better last day for our Sodapop. I'm thankful that we reached out to restful pause, and grateful that they were able to come to our house to help us get through this phase. Weeks later, we received a card from Dr. Ami sending us her condolences. Thank you, Restful Paws, for doing the service that you do. I'm sure it's not easy, and I can only imagine how sad it is to do this on a daily basis. Thank you so much!

From calling to make an appointment, receiving reminder emails, and day of texts from our vet, each step was handled with so much compassion. We were able to find a weekend availability which was best scenario so everyone could attend. Dr. Vine was very punctual the day of and gave us a thorough breakdown of what to expect (pain reliever, anesthesia, and euthanasia). We didn't feel rushed at any point, and we were given ample time before proceeding to each stage. She was very respectful and the process was smooth. After the euthanasia, we were able to choose where we wanted the fur clippings. The paw print was perfectly imprinted with Christy's name, which added such a sweet personal touch. We chose to pickup Christy's ashes at Sage, and it was quick. The only thing is it felt very jarring going to an animal hospital filled with so many people and dogs. Considering this was only 2 weeks after the euthanasia, I was still grieving and it was difficult being in that environment so soon. The only feedback I'd give is it'd be more mindful if there was a separate pickup location away from everyone else for more privacy. Dr. Vine sent a sympathy card as well and it was very sweet. Thank you so much for giving Christy such a respectful experience and having her pass comfortably and peacefully. I will definitely recommend this organization to loved ones! Thank you Dr. Vine for such a smooth experience. You made this process much easier and we were able to focus on grieving afterwards. Rest in peace, sweet Christy!

Stay away from her if you do not want to risk a bad experience because she doesn't care what she says to you, it appears she un-disciplined, and she didn't care about dog or me, she was just racking up a bill I'll post your the pho again it's available on the site for Sage Campbell. I will go to a different location I will never go back to Sage Campbell ER out of fear. I would go to the radiation and neurology departments, they are AMAZING. But don't let any receptionist to give you a hard time because at Campbell, because it's changed over the years and can be hostile at times. Just be aware and if you've got a dog towards the end of life I would not come here in thousand years if I had known what person would do and how poorly she can handle an important situation. This is my alleged and personal experience. It's horrible my dog still and the abuse was very obvious and I had I called I spoke to a DM at NVM, and she agreed but I haven't heard back so I will call her. My dog deserved better than this. And your dog does too. I write this solely as my own experience and this is all allegedly of course. When someone behaves below what a veterinarian should behave they violate the standards without a thought, it's time to be reported. Christina was cruel and lied to my face after insulting me and that was just a red flag. It's important that your vet act like a team with you and the nurses. Being discriminated against as a horrible experience and I honestly don't even know why. If they check the records I'm a very attentive parent. I spoke to NVM and they said she's been there for a long time so she is protected so that sounds like a systematic issue to me. I was really disappointed I loved the other doctors the other departments Dr. Vitale Dr. Arcan Dr. Quarterman. The doctor that helped me in Redwood City just wonderful. It was just very unfortunate that I took Chloe to hear. She was a good dog and deserved a dignified death. This was anything but that. If your dog is old and sick you may want to take it to a different location Redwood City has been renovated and it's huge also MedVet is right next-door and I have never had an issue there either so this is just for others and you can go with what ever you like but I felt navigation to let you know my personal experience which I found astoundingly disturbing. When someone's lying and discouraging your dog I don't know how you defend them. I have always had dogs and I've seen a lot of vets and most of them would be horrified f their staff discriminated and was abusive and actually seemed to discriminate against me and was too aggressive for My dog!. My dog! was super smart and could understand what people were saying the poor thing tries to stand up and she yells oh you think that's good you know what if she had not said anything we may have gotten that dog to stand up. I don't know what's wrong with people but as a vet you should be held to a higher standard and most of my vets like I said would be horrified if it happened in their practice. Also I don't like liars I'm like a lie detector and she did say that My dog! look like it was dead and when I said that was a nice she said well we all think so and after that she proceeded to tell me that she didn't say that that she said something medical. That's called a lie. You shouldn't lie because you always get caught nice her attitude was so bad I really regret leaving mu dog! with her. I needed a calm experienced person that to help my dog! not this craziness. It's inexcusable and it has to be called out and corrected. People shouldn't go through that especially with the price that they're paying. Sage seems to lack empathy in the ER department they've hung up on me they have basically been the weirdest unit I have ever dealt with being closed one night and yelling at me that they had lots of sick dogs. I don't think they handle stress well or have the equipment they need or whatever that's why I was recommending I would city or MedVet because both are calm cool and collected and the priority is the patient and not only treating them but treating them like a real living Creature who can hear what you say who knows when you're giving her mother a hard time even if she is sick. It really disgust me personally allegedly this happened this is my experience and really it just felt like a throat punch. MedVet next door will not treat you like that. Also the people and Staff at the Redwood city Sage which has just been remodeled is full of very nice confident people I had a great experience there with an internist I will review later but A+ to them. My dog may be old and may be dying perhaps but to be treated so cruelly by women giving my dog and myself. What kills me is my dog knew everything going on. Horrible. https://share.google/kfq27rF9shkOUKjvq
