The reviews made me curious so I had to see for myself. While this was conveniently walking distance from my hotel I was happy to see that not all Quiznos have gone out of business. The place was clean & the service was quick. The food wasn't exactly how I remember but I was hungry and ate every bit. Only thing I'd change about the soup is add more broccoli and something to thicken it up a bit. Also if you plan on using a card be aware you will pay for the processing fee. Food quality on par for Quiznos. Still can't get over how expensive a sandwich costs nowadays... $15 for an 8 inch "large" sandwich. Filled me up, but after getting a drink, taxes, and the credit card fee they charge it was $21 with no tip. Employee was very nice though. read more

It's been a while since I have been to a Quiznos. It's hard just to find one that is open. I was surprised to find this one. From my one visit, it is a good location too. First off, I was greeted very friendly. My sandwich was made exactly the way I asked for. The Black Angus with double meat was perfect! The atmosphere inside was what I would expect from a Quiznos too. The only thing that I noticed that may be an issue would be using the app to redeem points. They do not appear to have the scanner to redeem points on it. That could be an issue but, I could at least add points earned by inputting the information from my receipt. The woman working was on her personal cell phone while I was trying to order. They also charge for extra condiments (ex: extra vinegarette). After taking and making my order it took them another 20 minutes to ring me up. There was some sort of communication gap between the cashier and the family of 4 ahead of me. Welcoming worker as soon as I walked in. Ordered the 4 in. mesquite chicken sandwich with no mayo or ranch. Jalapeño bread. Also said extra jalapeños. The order was put together pretty quickly. The workers didn't work together really well. The worker made an assumption that I got a larger order and charged me for it. Then, he saw the size of my sandwich, shook his head and said he did the wrong size and if I wanted the larger size or my money returned. I told him I wanted the money returned. He seemed annoyed. He just gave me cash back. He didn't want to fix the order and return it to my visa. Upon getting home I looked at the sandwich. The veggies didn't look very fresh and the lettuce was wilted. I put sriracha sauce that I had on it. To make it better. The bread was burnt. The chicken seemed okay. Just not fresh. The sandwich was okay. At least it wasn't bad. Just bought a Bison Reuben. $11 for a tiny sandwich that was extremely dry, it had the essence of sauce, and the meat was cold. Waste of money. If you want a real Reuben, go to Sierra Nut House in black stone. For $2 more you get a stuffed delicious melted warm Reuben that comes with soup. The service was as dry as the sandwich. Whatever you do, do not order a salad at this place. It is a very basic salad, and the only dressing option is ranch... at least that was the case when I was there. There is not much of a difference between the size of the small and full size portion, yet the price certainly more obvious...not worth it. Tater tots were also such a small portion. I don't know if this is a franchise but I would suggest for the owners to be a little more generous with what they serve. Something about it did nothing feel/taste fresh. I ate at this Quizno's last night. It was completely empty when I walked in around 630 PM. Every table was dirty. I ordered the Classic Italian on Flatbread. Well the flatbread is very small, which is frustrating and it is a circle. I picked this sandwich because I thought it would have more meat. It was supposed to have salami, ham, pepperoni, and capicola. So what I received was one slice of each of those. I think I received 3 slices of meat total. The food is good and the overall appearance of the restaurant is clean and well kept. The reason it gets two stars is the owner is rude and very unwelcoming. He asks you what you ordered then tells it to verify. If not trusting of people why ask? Then if paying via card he reaches over the counter to push buttons as if anyone cannot read thE screen and follow instructions. Lastly I had to ask for a receipt as I had no idea what buttons he pushed and he scowled at me as if I was untrusting of him. Looking at the reviews I was skeptical about grabbing something from this super convenient location to my hotel. My sandwich was made perfectly. The customer service was amazing. Quiznos is overpriced as it is but this location is really bad. They are super skimpy with the meat and regularly dont have all the condiments out at the condiments bar. In the summer the place is usually hotter than hades because they are either too cheap to run the air conditioning or too cheap to get it fixed. Well... this quiznos only has ONE person working in the evening. We have to wait for the employee to take the order, add the toppings, go through the toaster and then add the rest of the toppings before checking you out at the register. Then she starts all over again. There was 4 people waiting. Each sandwich took for ever to make... Then she runs out of the paper where she rolls the sandwich. She turns around, opens a box pulls out another stack of paper, cuts the plastic wrapper and guess what, she forgot to take off her plastic gloves and continues to finish adding the sandwich and putting her hands all over the sandwich!! Well, I went there yesterday and waited for long negotiation between the manager-on-duty and an older couple regarding a coupon, or something. Finally got my sandwich made, went back to my hotel, and discovered my chicken salad sandwich was all salad, no chicken. There was only toppings and sauce. So I was vegetarian for a day. The entire interior of this Quiznos was filthy when I came in on a Sunday at about 1:00pm. There wasn't a single table top that didn't have bits of food on it. The trash can was full. There was a towering stack of trays and baskets balancing on the top of the trash bin area. In the corner near the green mold covered soda machine the area was in general disarray. Lids, napkins, and straws scattered. The lemonade machine was empty and not running. And the outdoor/patio furniture was all stacked in this corner as well (it was 70 degrees and sunny out). The condiments that were out looked as though they had been there all night. I was the only person eating in the restaurant and during my meal about 3 people came in, ordered, and left. In between serving customers the sole employee I saw would disappear to the back. Just as I was cleaning up and getting ready to leave the previously mentioned employee came out, sat at one of the dirty tables, and began thumbing the screen of their smartphone. Nothing was cleaned while I was there. I'll be back in the area in a week and will try to swing in to provide a comparative update. UPDATE 02/23/14 Sadly, nothing positive to report regarding general sanitation. I came in around noon today. First noticed the soda machine was in the exact condition from a week prior. Several of the tables had food crumbs on them (this was only one hour after they opened) and there was only one employee visibly performing all duties up front. I left and ate elsewhere for lunch. I returned and snapped a picture I'll post after completing this update. The photo was taken at 6:48pm (one hour and twelve minutes before their posted closing time) making the place look like closing was imminent. I asked the sole employee around what the deal was with the soda machine. First they said they didn't know because they were new there. I said surely someone somewhere must care that it appears there's mold growing on the outside of it. A health inspector, owner, someone? This Quiznos needs serious maintenance before I'll come again. 1. They have no pulled pork today (even if it is a featured sandwich), 2. They said their credit card machine is "broken" and failed to say anything before we ordered (lucky we had cash), 3. The women's restroom is out of order, and 4. The soda machine is leaking, so there's a pile of wet towels all around the bottom. Fix the sandwich inventory, the bathrooms, and the credit card and soda machines and I might just try it one more time. read more

The staff were friendly but thats about all I can say I liked about this place. I had the Flatbread and Salad combo for $7. There was really nothing to the Flatbread and the salad was rediculous. I ordered the Cobb salad. Its was honestly iceburg lettuce (that they use for the sandwiches) imitation bacon bits and some blue cheese. Just not done well at all. I went to this Quiznos last night and had a very unpleasant experience. The person who made my sandwiches acted as if she couldn't understand English. Someone need to tell the young woman when making a customer's sandwich she is not suppose to touch the cash register with the same gloves used in making sandwiches for customers. The uncleanliness of how she typed on the register then went back using the same plastic gloves to prepare my sandwiches was sickening. Then there was a guy who walked in from outside and went to the register and handled my sandwich without washing his hands. I was a long time fan of Quiznos and it pains me to see a continuing decline in all of their franchises. This place was no exception. Clean, yes, but all on other fronts it looked like a dying store. One, ONE employee working in the evening. Half the lights turned off and all sauces kept behind the counter. Want some Batch 83? The lone worker will hand over one small cup. Everything about this store stunk of the owners trying to pinch every penny they possibly could. One wonders what less obvious cost-cutting measures have been implemented.
