Next time I need to take a picture of the menu because it's not really the same as the one online. I believe the online menu is where you will find the vegan/vegetarian options. It's entirely possible that I'm my panic to order, I missed it, but I don't think I did. Anyway, I went up to the counter to order the Ceza. It was either, cheese, hummus, arugula, sprouts, ranch, onions, relish. Lots of goodies. I asked for it without turkey and ranch. The gal that took my order (the manager) asked if I wanted to sub another protein. I said more hummus was fine and she suggested the chickpea salad. Oh yeah! I love chickpea everything (hence double hummus) so YES PLEASE! This was a great sub. It went so well with the arugula, sprouts, and relish. The mild chickpea flavor and the tangy relish were *chef's kiss*. Also the bread is fantastic. Slight crunchiness on the outside and pillowy softness on the inside. We came before the lunch rush and there were 2 customers after us but they both got their orders before us so we were kind of disappointed by that. Cool decor and memorabilia art. First, the bread isn't long and they don't put a lot of meat in it, but veggies. Secondly, in my opinion, the sandwich and a soda is over priced and not worth it. Service was fast and easy.
