Update 8 March 2019 - Car is now out of warranty and brought it in for service today and was able to get same day service. The problem was the blower motor resistor and I was on my way in just over an hour. All for a fair price. It doesn't get better than that. The staff was exceptionally polite and professional. He drove by around 4 saw it was out of the garage and went in to inquire about his car. The kid was rude acted like my father was bothering him and said Go get your ride so you can get your car out of here. I understand sometimes communication isn't great, but the demeanor of this guy was uncalled for. I will never use them again even if I have to travel out of my way. At the very least the work done on the car is not the issue it runs better now.
