The GM Waymen saw us pulling the jalapeños out of the burger and brought us out an entire new burger to take home and a peach cobbler! I used to live in TX where bbq is taken verrrry seriously and this place reminded me a lot of Rudy's. If you like BBQ, you will like this place. The manager here is great and gave us good food recommendations. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food - the meats were tender and juicy - the brisket was the bomb, the ribs were solid, and the chicken was YUM. Lots of sauce options. This has easy access to move theater. Walked in there were dirty tables but few people. The girl that took my order pointed at the sign instead if answering my question.if could have quickly found it on the board I wouldn't have asked. The brisket came out first had to wait for 10 for my burger. Had to go around the cord for drinks. The drink station was a mess. Brisket was ok. The burger was beautifully yummy. I had given R&R a five star review, but now I have decided to change it to a three. I came in and made a small change to an order on the three meat option asking for one of the meets to be smoked chicken wings. Seems like a simple request, i only wanted a couple wings, but they had a hard time accommodating with anything. As much as places seem to have a customer focus sometimes they just lose the point of service or the simple opportunity to really make a good customer happy, but they chose to put the customer last in this case. It was even the manager that said no and he had the opportunity to make me very happy, but he failed. He tried to offer me a free drink, but I took water instead. So sad....places are not able to empower their employees to do the right thing. On top of this tonight, the brisket was tough and just about as good as I can get at Walmart or Smiths. I still like the banana pudding a lot, but I may not come back for a while. To bad R&R, time to rethink the training or something. read more

Service a little slow I'm not going to lie but it's alright not too long but for sure not the quickest. The people are nice overall no complaints here. Food: well if you are southern just do yourself a favor and don't ruin your taste and appreciation of bbq by eating at this place. Sauce: original & sweet very close in flavor. Spicy was just odd. Carolina is your typical vinegar bbq sauce. Mac n cheese poor very poor. Like wow. Fried okra please do not cut up the okra fry that thing whole. Buns. Super, super frustrated. We ordered food to pickup. When we got to our picnic, we discovered that we had no bbq sauce for the four of us. Also, no dressing for the fried pickles. How do you eat bbq with no sauce? I called and they said they were sorry but couldn't help if we wouldn't drive back (20 minutes) and pick it up. I kind of understand that but not practical at all....then you're eating cold food. Even an offer of a small credit would have felt like they really cared about customer service. The wings were good! The onion rings were a little too much on the oily side. The main reason for my review is because the customer service was really great. I placed my order online, but apparently it did not go through. There was a huge line, I'm assuming because it was after a BYU game, but Peter helped me out by quickly ringing up my order and there was another gentleman that helped make sure my order came out quickly. My husband is from Georgia and he said, "First A rating for a barbecue place outside the south." We got a 3 meat plate with ribs, brisket and of course pulled pork and a pulled pork sandwich. All the meat was perfectly tender and moist, maybe could have been a little more smoky. The sides we had were on point (hush puppies, garlic mashers, and sweet potato fries.
