I must say the service provided by Simona was extremely terrible, rude, unwelcoming, and very passive-aggressive. I came in for the first time and wanted to look over the menu. Still, with one ear opened, there no way she didn't hear me when I advised I was ready to order. She was extremely rude when taking my order saying "anything else", "anything else", as if she just wanted me to be done ordering and not allow us to order anymore. The exterior of the building and interior has a very cool ambiance. The exterior looks like an old fashioned diner. The drive through has a very cool sign as you enter it. The interior is a cool blend of Classic Diner, Fast Food and modern art. The prices and portions are also very amazing. You can feed a family of 4, for $32.00. 2:00-5:00pm, is Happy Hour, many menu items are only $4.00. As you can see from my pictures, the portions are huge! The food is made to order, and they use fresh, high quality ingredients. It's located a few blocks from Allegiant Stadium. As prices go up, service and quality around the strip go down.... I have never eaten at R Burgers before, but I did not want to eat at the regular fast food hamburger establishments so I thought I would try out this location. I would say that when you walk in the atmosphere is very pleasant and the menu is quite extensive but I want just to try a standard cheeseburger just to see for comparison sake how it would rate next to, for example, to Burger King, McDonald's, Carl's Jr., etc. I found that the hamburger at R Burger to be overcooked and dry. I was expecting something moist and. juicy. I wouldn't say that it was bad. I think it was just my expectations were not exactly met.
