The service that I received on Monday was very unprofessional by the lady that takes orders (Lots of Makeup) at the front. 1st off I went inside to place an order she had her back towards the register talking away with the drive through and cook ladies. The exterior of the building and interior has a very cool ambiance. The exterior looks like an old fashioned diner. The drive through has a very cool sign as you enter it. The interior is a cool blend of Classic Diner, Fast Food and modern art. The prices and portions are also very amazing. You can feed a family of 4, for $32.00. 2:00-5:00pm, is Happy Hour, many menu items are only $4.00. As you can see from my pictures, the portions are huge! The food is made to order, and they use fresh, high quality ingredients. It's located a few blocks from Allegiant Stadium. As prices go up, service and quality around the strip go down.... HOWEVER, their carne Asada is NOT Carne Asada. It's ground beef. GROUND BEEF! This is completely unacceptable.!!!!! By the time I realized the meat was ground beef. I was already on the other side of town because this was an order that I picked up in the drive-through. Again this is very disappointing and unacceptable. There is no excuse for putting the wrong meat in an order. ESPECIALLY if the meat that was used is not even an option!!!!! it's not like I ordered Carne Asada, and got chicken.
