Huge portions, you can totally share. My son had the breakfast burrito- BOMB!! My husband had the Denver omelet and I had the pancake plate... Way too much food for all of us (not complaining). . Only downside- my bacon was on the burnt side (and I like it crispy). For under $25, we totally got our monies worth. Service is great. The place has been remodeled so it's very clean. I come here about once a week at lunch or dinner. Their grilled chicken salad is very large and delicious. I also think their patty melt is quite good. Given how busy this place can be, I am always amazed at how quickly they cook the food and deliver it to your table. EVERYBODY who works here is pleasant and obviously customer-oriented. I never wrote a review before but this place's service bothered me. I was running some morning errands before work the other day and thought I'd try this place out. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was great but the service not so much. I felt really rushed when ordering my burrito in the drive thru. And when I got to the window it wasn't any better, the girl wasn't friendly at all and seemed bothered to be helping me and I was the only one there. I didn't see not one customer in or out of the diner. So what was the problem? I might have understood if they were busy however there wasn't a soul in there. Maybe management should train their employees a bit of customer service. I will not be returning. I cant imagine how the service will be if they were actually busy. Nope no thank you. read more

The fish actually tasted like fish, not that flavored substitute stuff you find in filet o fish at mc Donalds or other fast food chains that serve seafood. This is the second time I've had my order messed up -- ordered a pair of double burgers, no cheese, thousand island, or lettuce. Both came with cheese. I'm lactose intolerant, so this is not ideal (and was a drive-thru order, rather than sit-in, so couldn't take the burgers back on the spot). Disappointing. read more

I had a BOGO coupon for two breakfast burritos. The price came out to around $11 I believe. I've been here before and never felt the need to write a review. Maybe some people like lots of hash brown in their burrito but it wasn't like that before when I ordered it during previous visits. The burrito was pretty well balanced and had a good portion of hash brown, egg, and choice of meat. What I essentially received was a breakfast made up of mostly hash browns and very little eggs and maybe 2 little sausages. The burritos were huge so I'm not sure if it was the BOGO coupon that prompted them to use lesser ingredients or running low on eggs and sausage. Hash browns are really cheap to make and produce, it's the meat and eggs that cost more. Again, I have used the coupon before and it was never an issue. If you're wondering both burritos were made up of mostly hash browns so much so that I thought I received someone else's Togo order. But that wasn't the case because they always write the letters of the burrito on the wrapping so you can differentiate them. B for Bacon and S for sausage which is what I ordered. read more

Made me perfect sunny side up eggs & crispy hashbrowns on my breakfast plate... & any sides are huge.. Fries, zucchini, etc... Only complaint/disappointment was their club sandwich... Expected a typical turkey, ham & bacon club... What ur actually getting is a hot hamsteak sandwich with bacon double stacked... Not sandwich style meat... I mean, damn their burgers are good. I came here for the first time with a friend. I got their turkey burger and orange juice. The staff was very polite when they took my order, ohh yeah, they will also use both cashiers. I feel special because most restaurants make you wait, but they didn't. They will also take your food to the table where you are sitting on a plate. The portions are generous, you should have some leftovers by the end of your trip. Our food was also made in a speedy manner and the quality is definitely superior to that of fast food. Very much well worth the price. read more

I've been to this place many times before when it was Gus jr. Burgers and it wasn't the best tasting food...it was just ok I guess. One day I wanted a pastrami and the hat is my favorite place but it's to far since we don't have one close by, and I was thinking ok I'll go to Gus burgers....and I didn't even know it changed to R Burgers so I said ok I'll try it out and let me tell you their pastrami has so much flavor in it it's very good, fast fowarding months later I've been a repeat customer and tried the chili cheese fries, breakfast plates and the pastrami burgers of course and I recommend this place alot... very good food a little higher priced then average hamburger stands but good quality food and large portions. Extremely comparable to Farmer Boys but sooo much better. You get a lot more food for the price. Everything I've ever ordered has been good (Chili cheese fries, hamburger, zucchini, onion rings, chocolate milkshake, chicken tenders, and fries). They always send out coupons if you live locally too which is nice. Just mention that you have a coupon before you order. It's a nice place to dine in as well if you would rather do that. read more
