So 20 minutes later, we arrive at 9:17 PM, well before the posted 10:00 PM closing time on both the website and the front door, only to be told they were closed and had sold out of everything. The best part? Apparently the bartender who answered the phone knew enough to tell me they weren't taking phone orders, but somehow forgot to mention the minor detail that they were closing early and had no food left. Nothing says "customer service" quite like sending people on a pointless road trip for absolutely no reason. Every side was delicious, but the fried okra and smoky beans were definite standouts. We also ordered a small peach cobbler for dessert, and it was rich, flavorful, and the perfect sweet ending to the meal.
