A mutual friend told me she knew this girl, Kim (Kiss n' Makeup) who does make up. At first, I was a little worried because we thought Kim might not want to travel so far (she is located in Chicago, the wedding was located out in Elburn) but she totally agreed. Kim was there on time, probably a few mins early, & had everything with her. She did a great job!!! My makeup stayed all afternoon, evening and into the night (through the crying, dancing and drinking). I loved the makeup she applied on my eyes the most. She didn't cake on the foundation or make it look heavy on any of us. And a BONUS***she was so easy to talk to!!! Sometimes getting your make up done can be awkward because you're just sitting there, not knowing what to say. But Kim lightened the mood and was hilarious. Went to a class in June felt like I was being judged for who I was . We took pics at the end of class and I have not even seen those pictures uploaded anywhere. They informed us we will he getting certificates but here is it 3 months later and still no certificate. I have emailed and called and no response. Even called Glo and nothing. If I would have known that I would have been lied to or treated this way I could have kept my money and went elsewhere. Spent 100 on the class and then over 200 on the extras. The makeup doesn't even cater to all skin tones and I broke out because of the makeup. Will never recommend to anyone. Spent money thinking I'm going to up my portfolio to have nothing to show for it.
