Since this place was bought out by different people, it's done a complete 180. It's delicious and very decently priced! Their calzones are awesome, as they are essentially a full sized pizza folded in half (not kidding, they come in a pizza box). Their garlic bread is hand braided and is really good too. I order here ALL the time. I love this place. Since the new ownership has taken over, everything is a million times better. This is truly the best pizza in Ramona. Their sandwiches are terriffic as well, my favorite is pepperoni, ham, and salami toasted woth everything on it. We have also had other dishes like pasta & raviol that are amazing. Before, I saw a ton of sad reports on this business. With the new owners, I've seen families eating there, packed tables; and some truly amazing dishes. Food is pretty good but if you're super hungry it does take some time before it's ready. The friendliness of the associates makes up for that. When it comes to delivery, the drivers are less friendly. It usually takes 45 minutes or more before you will receive your order. I would recomend just making the drive to pick up. A few times I had missing food when it was delivered. Overall there isnt much available in the Estates so here's the best recommendation. Call your order ahead and drive to pick it up. My first visit was good. the only issue was I was strapped for time and we had to eat in the car on our way down the hill. I recommend that you call ahead so you can sit and eat. For the most part I was put off by food and pretty much every place here in Ramona food wise, a lot of hit and miss, no consistency. So after a day of working on school projects we were offered lunch and I got a philly cheese steak, absolutely delicious. out of curiosity I went in again on my own and ordered the philly cheese steak, and it was delicious again, FINALLY!!!! some consistency. 1st off with the positive...good pizza but pretty pricey. Nice crust and good ingredients. My first time placing order over the phone the girl was helpful as much as she could be. Upon arrival they were not attentive, almost seemed imposed upon. I'm in the local area and excited to connect with these people and it was very impersonal, take my money and get outta here kinda place. You could eat there but it was more like a fast food joint as far as ambiance. I hope the service was an oops. We got their garlic chicken pizza, it's very good!! I want to try their sub next time! They serve a large varity of cold drinks and beer, which is perfect after a long hike. We came here after the cedar creek hike, and we were hungry, so I dunno is my opinion bias haha! Salad was fresh, buffalo chicken wings were hot and cripsy, pizza was flavorfoul. All helpings were large in size. The large chicken ceasar salad was enough for 3 adults. I tried to give this place a shot but keep getting disappointed. First off, just like other people, I have called in my order and went there 30 mins later and ended up having to sit there in their hot shop for over 20 mins. That is unacceptable. Second, in the past week they have messed up our order TWICE and don't even apologize for it. While my husbands food is getting cold, I had to wait an hour to get my correct order. Again, unacceptable. And twice in ONE WEEK! What sucks is that their food is actually quite good. But horrible service just ruins everything!! I will not be going back there. Enough is enough. We ordered the BBQ specialty pizza as is and it was amazing. THE CRUST is so yummy with the butter!!! We also got the cannoli and anti pasta salad which were fresh and delicious. We order a lot from here usually pick up and we are always pleased with service and quality. This place used to be good but not anymore. I have lived in this neighborhood since it was originally opened. Two days ago we ordered a variety of food for delivery. They delivered an order of Calimari that looked like burned onion rings and was just awful. No cook should ever send something like that out of the kitchen!! Shame on you. The meatball sub we ordered was a 6 inch sandwich that 1 and 1/2 meatballs in it! Again, at their prices this was just a rip off. The Philly cheese steak was dry and overcooked. We always hit RA-Mona Lisa's when we visit our timeshare. It never disappoints. Tonight, I ordered online like I always do and somewhere in the process, the pizza was made incorrectly. When I picked it up, they showed it to me as they always do. I pointed out that it was wrong. The owner or manager was right there and without hesitation, he said they'll fix it. Has gone downhill. Even after ordering extra sauce on the pizzas (they put none on there) several times we were still left wanting. So after trying to order extra sides of sauce to put it on ourselves (we tried to give them a chance again) they give you little bitty amounts, even when you agree to pay for it. But why should you even have to go through all this, why can't they just put some sauce on the pizza to begin with? I have to update my review...this is under new management and my 1 is now a 5 (because a 20 star option is not available). They deliver, they are friendly, the Greek Salad is amazing! You can order online. With a family of 7 I am able to make different toppings on different parts of the pizza easily so everyone in my home is happy. The service is fast. I can leave a kids activity, order the food on my cell phone before we leave and have them pull in with a fresh salad, and wonderful lasagna minutes after I get home. The delivery guy was even kind enough to take my trash out for me one night!! I am so glad that RaMona Lisa was returned the to glory and love that the original restaurant had in their food and sevice! read more

I would like to give this establishment both a higher and a lower rating. Their quality is inconsistent. Sometimes it is quite good, and other times it disappoints. Service is equally erratic. I have experienced a very high percentage of incorrectly-filled orders, including one time in which they delivered a sandwich to me that had every topping *except* the ones I requested. One thing that is not inconsistent is their prices - they are consistently too high. However, they are very convenient compared to the alternatives, and so I do order from here, though not as often as I would if their prices were lower (they are likely getting less money from me than they would if they had more reasonable prices). read more

Really good pizza! The crust was crispy but soft on the inside and the ingredients were flavorful. The large wasn't as large as I thought and I wished when I ordered online it would say how many slices there were approximately. I thought it would be bigger since it was expensive-ish and there were other options, such as x-large and xx-large. But it might have been my bad since I dont know a 14". Asked for red pepper flakes and they said there were some in the box, I checked and there were only 2 in there, didn't want to ask for more since I felt they were being stingy (maybe a COVID 19 thing, I know business can be tough). We go in and are pleased with the look, nice clean. Once we check our pizza we immediately spot a roach in the most visible spot that they should have noticed. When we went back in they chose to ask if we want a new pizza instead of apologizing. Not one apology was said and they didn't even seem to care.
