Tried the golden jinxuan oolong hot tea today. 25% sweet was at first pretty bitter with strong tea taste. But once I mixed up the egg pudding with the tea it was a good amount of sweetness.

First exposure to RR Tea was in Oahu many years ago and we go back everytime we are on the Island. My first drink there, I remember vividly, was the buckwheat milk tea with butterscotch foam and golden boba. The menu has changed a bit over the years and the foam is no longer available, but RR Tea has expanded to the Bay. How great is this?! It's a wonderful tea experience. Their operations are scaled down in a kiosk but their menu is uniquely Rabbit Rabbit. Order by kiosk. Casual. Fast service. Please come and create your own adventure.

Small little kiosk in the mall, order via a tablet so no real interaction with staff. Drink was kinda mid. Nothing I would rave about or rec to anybody, went here because every other place was super busy but this had no line.

Came here and tried the Thai milk tea. I got 50% sweet and boba. The boba wasn't bad it was chewy but lacked any flavor as it wasn't coated in anything. The Thai tea wasn't bad either but it wasn't very creamy I think because i accidentally got creamer instead of milk so that's my fault. Overall, it was pretty decent for $6.50 but it definitely isn't a destination spot for boba and I probably wouldn't go here again unless I was really craving boba at the mall.

Good experience at Rabbit Rabbit Tea yesterday! The pink guava milk tea was so refreshing & delicious! I had never had a pink guava bubble tea before, so I am so happy to stopped by Rabbit Rabbit Tea. I usually go to Lucky Tea but when I walked by the line was super long. I continued walking, and fortunately Rabbit Rabbit Tea looked nice. I LOVE the cute cup w/ the rabbit graphic. Service was good. Quick & convenient ordering on their tablets. You can pick the sweetness level & ice level. I look forward to trying out their other drinks next time I'm shopping at Valley Fair.

Delicious soft serve parfait and brown sugar milk tea. This was a nice find on my way to Wetzel's pretzels. The service was friendly and attentive when I went. Clean spot, I will definitely come back.

taking a stroll inside the westfield valley fair mall on a saturday late morning...looking for a drink and finding rabbit rabbit tea on the 2nd floor...small stand location in the center....deciding on a tea drink...kyoto matcha latte original (large)...$7.51 total after tax & tip...a short wait and ready...lot of options to selected, but ordered an original with fresh milk, less sugar and less ice...it was good...

Mango lychee boba - refreshing! It does have a floral hint so if you don't like that, you might not enjoy this, but I personally didn't mind. There is lychee jelly in it already so that made the drink more enjoyable as well. I'd come back and try a milk tea drink instead next time. My drink was almost $8 and took less than $5 to make.

Their products weren't that great, but drinkable. Definitely not the best I've had. The taste was not distinguished. Something doesn't add up in the formula. It's mediocre. Don't recommend it.

I was so excited to see a rabbit rabbit tea while walking around valley fair because I thought they were only in Oahu Hawaii. This is one of my favorite boba shops in Hawaii and wanted to see if it was up to snuff. My go to order is the buckwheat mountain pure tea with butterscotch foam but they don't offer the foam at this location, so I got the osmanthus tea jelly instead. IT HIT! It tasted just like Hawaii and it was delicious. The buckwheat has a bold flavor that made me want to keep slurping. The tea jelly had great flavor and texture - I also appreciated how it wasn't dunked in syrup. The other drink we got is the spring day and this was an extremely unique drink, it has lychee, cucumber and tea. It was so delicious and a flavor combination we've never had before. The cucumber flavor really made this drink special and different from other lychee teas. We ordered via kiosk and waited about 7 minutes for our drink. We came here on a Saturday afternoon so there was a good flow of people ordering. There isn't any place in the surrounding area to sit down and chat but valley fair does have some lounge areas close by. Overall Rabbit Rabbit did not disappoint and I will be stopping here whenever I'm at Valley Fair!!

Favorite boba spot at valley fair. Honey green milk tea is the best thing on the menu. The service is always very quick too.

The tea drink was fine, just honestly too expensive for what you get. My tea was $6-7 for what was basically a customized sweetness/ice honey tea. I do like their kiosk ordering system and ability to customize sweetness level and ice, but at the end of the day, it was a really simple tea with no extras like jelly, boba, or any exotic flower essence from the top of Machu Picchu or from the northernmost point of the arctic. It was just a plain tea. Tasted good, reasonably quick turnaround from ordering to getting the drink but the value just wasn't quite there for me. If it were $4 give or take, it'd be a 4-5 star rating.

After dinner, we found ourselves on the hunt for something sweet. As we were walking by Cafe Maiko,…read morethe matcha-themed menu immediately caught our attention, as none of us can resist a good matcha treat. Originally, I was planning to order a matcha latte, but one person in our group was craving ice cream while another wanted tapioca. Thankfully, we found the perfect compromise: a matcha soft serve topped with tapioca that managed to satisfy everyone's cravings in a single order. I was pleasantly surprised by how bold the matcha flavor was. It had a rich, authentic matcha taste without feeling overly heavy or bitter, and the soft serve itself was smooth and refreshing. The tapioca was another pleasant surprise. Even sitting on top of the ice cream, the pearls remained wonderfully chewy rather than hardening, which is something I've experienced at other shops. Overall, it was a simple treat that really hit the spot. If you're a matcha lover looking for a refreshing dessert, Cafe Maiko is definitely worth a stop.

Another employee was talking to her on the side of the stall and I felt I interrupted their conversation by trying to order. Got a large double matcha latte with soy milk. I forgot to ask for it half sweet, although the other cafe Maikos I've been to automatically came half sweet. I will say the matcha was incredibly sweet and I could not enjoy this matcha. Plus the matcha had a lot of chunks in it, wasn't whisked well. I literally had to throw the drink away after a few sips. I really did not want to since it was almost $9 but I could not keep drinking it. So sad it went to waste.

JUST OKAY 2.5…read more We were quite thirsty from a mix of warm weather and a full day of shopping at Valley Fair Mall. We hadn't noticed this kiosk before and decided to give this place a try. Ordering is done entirely through a touchscreen pad. At first, we weren't even sure they were open because there was no employee in sight. A few other customers were lingering nearby looking just as perplexed. We browsed the menu and took our chances. There were quite a few drinks and snacks that read, "Sold Out"; close to half the menu. I ended up ordering a Tropical Dream (pineapple slushee, fresh pineapple, agar boba and mint). After placing our order, we wandered around the surprisingly large kiosk but still couldn't find anyone working. The entire preparation area is enclosed behind frosted plexiglass panels, making it impossible to watch your drink being made. Personally, I enjoy seeing the preparation process, not only because it's interesting, but also because it gives me a sense of the cleanliness and care being taken. Here, everything was completely hidden from view. My husband even tried peeking over the partition for a glimpse, which felt a little awkward. After a few minutes, someone did appear with our order. Mine was okay. It tasted like pineapple and I did love the crystal boba. I drank about a quarter of it, then tossed it. Maybe it was too sweet. I just couldn't justify drinking my calories for a drink that was merely okay. Calories are meant to be savored and enjoyed.

We ordered a drink since the ordering menu was on, and all the store lights were on, but we…read morerealized nobody was working. Then, we realized our mistake that the store was closed. The lights and ordering kiosk should not be on if the business is closed. Other people around had some confusion too. Hoping to get a refund.
