I got the japanese buckwheat milk tea, 50% sugar, less ice (this does not have any caffeine!). Overall this was really really good. The flavor was pretty dense. It ended up being over $5 for this with no toppings, which is pricier than other boba places. I think that the paper rabbit design that you can put on your straw is really cute. Pretty good boba fix inside Valley Fair Mall in San Jose. So I don't know if they are brilliant or randomly doing this but the cashier line is pretty quick but getting your order takes quite a while relative to other places. Keep this in mind as you see all those crowds of people (attracting even more customers I might add) waiting for their boba. I ended up trying the Buckwheat Milk Tea, which is one of their signatures (half sugar, with boba, no ice). All their drinks come in a large size, which was pretty standard for about $5. I enjoyed my drink which was similar to a roasted tea with a touch more of an oatmeal-like taste. The sweetness was good at half sugar, since the boba was already pretty sweet. What's interesting is that the boba here is golden in color rather than brown though! Just another word of caution though that a lot of people's drinks weren't sealing completely from one of their machines the day I went. Make sure you check before you pick up your drink. Overall this was a decent place for boba, especially in a mall. They have some unique things on the menu that are worth trying. This was my first time trying Rabbit Rabbit Tea and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of milk tea and boba served here. While there always seen to be a long line, the line moved pretty quickly and I placed my order within 8 minutes of waiting. Friend recommended this place to me because I am a huge fan of Ten Ren and all these other tea places never compare. This stand is located in Valley Mall right by the William Sonoma store. The first time, I got the Assam milk tea with pearls. It was delicious, the bitterness of the black tea really shines through which is exactly what I was looking for. The pearls were white and was perfectly chewy. Their iced teas only come in one size. The next time I went, I got the iron Buddha milk tea. This is a roasted oolong flavor and again the tea strength was soo good! My boyfriend really loved this one. We were really bummed that they ran out of boba and it would take 31 minutes to make more. Need to work on that. The most recent time I decided to order the Jade Green milk tea. This time the tea strength was weak, and the pearls were not as chewy. It was still good but the drink was average compared to my first time coming here. Consistency is key so I took off a star for that. I was curious about why the line was long at this place and decided to check it out for myself. The line was quite long, considering that it was a weekend. There were about two people on cashier and three people on drinks in one small kiosk. I didn't get a number with my ordered and was lost when they were calling out orders. The cashier seemed to forget my receipt. I got the lychee green tea and my boyfriend got the assam milk tea. The lychee green tea drink was green tea WITH lychee jelly. I think that next time they should clarify that it's not lychee flavored green tea. That was quite misleading. I got 100% sweet but the tea still tasted biter, as if they did not add any sweetner at all. Same for the assam milk tea. After awhile, the milk tea had no flavor and tasted watered down. Not much of a wait on a Wednesday afternoon. I ordered the Iron Buddha with their non-diary creamer. I know its not ideal but I am lactose intolerant so it was perfect for me. I actually haven't had a milk tea in so long because of this. Like people mentioned, it is a bit pricey given that you have to pay extra for fresh milk and toppings. However the drinks itself were nothing special. I would recommend if you are looking for a cute picture, but I much rather prefer the other tea places in the mall. Their drinks are not overly sweet so I wouldn't recommend adjusting their sweetness level. I purchased the Queen of Hearts Mojito(strawberry flavor with rainbow jelly). You get bits of fruit, slices of orange, and mint leaves in this drink. It is a decent drink but nothing I would come back for. I have tried the signature fresh fruit ice tea, pineapple golden oolong ice tea and passion fruit mountain tea so far. All are pretty good, but my favorite is pineapple oolong tea, I asked for 25% sweetness and 100% ice. I usually get a large Iron Buddha with + boba (yellow, not brown) and +taro (bits). It comes out to $6 and some change. A bit on the pricey side but I do love my boba drinks. My only negative is that sometimes it is a bit of a wait but due to their open booth concept, you can see that the workers are all working extremely hard and as fast as they can to get the orders out. The ordering system is a little chaotic. You have to order on kiosks and then you get a receipt texted to you with your order number. As the drinks come out they say the order number but the girl was so quiet no one could even hear what order she was calling out so everyone just kept going up and asking if the order was ready. Man, people are gonna knock this review down but I gotta be honest. It's an okay joint. I'm not crazy over it but I'm definitely going to get it if I'm at Valley fair and feel like having boba. If you asked me to choose out of all the drinks available to Valley fair, I would choose this place which is why I'm saying 3 out of 5 stars. The service is fair, they are always busy and working hard to keep up with the orders. The place itself is really cute and have many customers lining up. The menu is unique and solid there isn't a drink that didn't sound appealing to me. Being able to adjust the sweetness level and the ice level is a huge plus since I do like my milk teas to be either 25% or 30% or 50% in sweetness and ice. Great use of PAPER cups and PAPER lids, please RECYCLE the dang cups people. Now, their teas are also super solid. They are actual tea leaves and without any artificial flavors. The tea flavor can be strong depending on what you get. We got the Tiramisu and Buddha milk tea. The only one we liked was the tiramisu but they both has an odd after taste. We didn't even finish half of either drinks. We just ended up putting it in the fridge and let my younger brother drink the rest (he didn't like it either). On the side note, both of us got really bad stomach aches after our drinks. I'm not sure if they use real whole milk... that is my fault and not theirs. But I want to put this in my review as a warning to those who can't have dairy products. ASK if they have alternative replacements for milk. read more

The base price for regular teas is $4.25 and for milk teas it's $4.75. Boba is an extra 50 cents, so drinks come out to be more than $5. I tried the assam milk tea with boba at 100% sweetness and my sister tried the Iron Buddha oolong milk tea at 75% sweetness. I thought my drink was a bit too sweet and the tea flavor was lacking. 75% seems like a better starting point for "regular" sweetness. I loved the Iron Buddha oolong milk tea though, it had a really nice flavor. The boba is also cooked fresh and comes out warm, having a nice chewy texture. It's not honey boba but I think the sweetness of the drink compensates. I would give it four stars but for the price, this isn't a place I'd go out of my way for boba. The drinks are decent, but I can also see this place getting crowded since it's one of the few boba places inside this shopping mall. They're currently in soft opening so service is a bit slower, but the staff was very friendly. It was very refreshing and the sugar gave the tea a flavor that reminded me of horchata. My friend ordered the Iron Buddha pure tea with 0% sugar and 30% ice and it was clear that the tea they use is at least of decent quality. Iron Buddha tea has a distinct taste and it came through in the drink very clearly. Definitely will come back to try their other teas! The first visit was amazing and I loved it. Over time, the teas have gotten weaker and it's broken my heart. The service? Oh boy...(and not in a good way) When ordering drinks and adding in boba, make sure you know what kind of boba you're getting. They serve this kind of "Golden" boba. When we went to go ask them what kind of boba it was and for a topping exchange (not a whole exchange for a drink) he says: ???"we don't exchange toppings or do refunds for them"??? What store has different boba and doesn't tell you ahead that their toppings are different than what's usual? What place doesn't refund you the money you pay for adding boba? Plus the drink was watery and flavorless! That day was a waste of my money. And I hope they get better, I'm disappointed for now. ShareTea has no problem exchanging a a topping, or they just remake the whole drink altogether if there's something wrong with it. No complaints from the workers. I purchased the orange citrus ice tea with heart jelly 20% sweetness and 30% Ice on 02/14/19 Valentine's Day. I liked the esthetic of the place. They had little bunny mouths to put on your straws and the design is very chic. However for almost a $7 tea you are not getting much. Maybe 10oz of actually tea and the barista threw out almost half of the tea just to fit in two orange slices and one lime. With that being said, you are also not getting much with the customer service here. They aren't mean but certainly no hospitality with these teenagers. Let's talk lines... 27 minute line to order. 15 minute wait for our 2 drinks. (Yes I timed it lol). Milk Tea had great tea flavor - alot of places add too much milk which makes it too diluted and bland. Tea had great flavor and pudding was great. You can adjust ice and sweetness (standard sweetness is 100% but we ordered it 25% as that seemed way too sweet). Rabbit Signature was good but wished I ordered it with zero sweetness instead of 25% but cashier said it would be pretty tart with the lemon but there was more orange so it was naturally sweet. They have good branding and cute bunny teeth to attach to your straw which makes for fun pics. Excited for when they slow down so I can go back and not deal with a 45 minute line. read more

And their drinks are made to order. We didn't really wait that long.
