The drinks are very customizable with levels ranging from 0 to 100 for sweetness and I'd highly suggest erring on the side of caution as their drinks seem to be pretty sweet. If you're a fan of drinks with a very pronounced tea flavor, Rabbit Rabbit isn't for you. This drink was tasty but had a milk flavor that greatly overpowered the tea. I'm not sure if you can actually order from a real person because there were two computers set up near the order window and I used one to order. There was only one order ahead of me so it didn't take long to get my drinks. I tried the brown sugar boba with cheese foam and my SO got the jade green milk tea. A HUGE plus for me is that you can order many of these drinks hot. I don't always want an icy drink, especially in the winter. I am already plotting how I'm going to get back down to LQA to try another bubble tea. The only reason why I didn't give them five stars is because there was absolutely no human connection. Nobody welcomed me into the store. When they called my number and I yelled out "Thank you!" nobody responded. They had already turned away and were filling cups with boba for the next order. We had just gotten off a flight, checked into our hotel in downtown Seattle, and had lunch in Pike Place Market. Now we were walking over to the Museum of Pop Culture for our 2pm entry time, and were also quite thirsty and forgot to bring our water bottles with us. My mom wanted something non-caffeinated, so the gal who took our orders recommended Japanese Buckwheat Milk Tea for her. I went with the Lychee Green Tea, which came with Lychee Jelly, and I added boba to my order for an additional 60 cents. Our drinks were so refreshing and very much needed on this hot day! Later in the afternoon, we still craved their tea, so we went back. The gal who took our orders seemed pleasantly surprised to see us back. On the second visit, my Mom got Japanese Buckwheat again since it's not caffeinated, while I got the other drink I was eyeing: a cold Kyoto Matcha Latte. This one was also a great refreshing drink, and not as heavy as I was worried it would be. In addition to the cute rabbit mascot, I love that the plastic cover on the cup also says "Have a Beau-Tea-ful Day." I'm very surprised that Seattle is the first and only branch outside of Taiwan. I love the theme of this tea shop and I loved all the little details in the shop, on the straws they have little rabbit cut outs so you have a cute rabbit nose as you sip, the details on the cups are pretty cute, and each drink is made with so much attention to detail. This is such a cute place. The rabbit theme is definitely apparent as you walk in. Their wall is covered with rabbit-themed arts, they even have rabbit theme covid sign :) I also love their little rabbit straw thing as well. I stopped by this boba place on my way to the park! You order at the kiosk and they make it before you behind a counter. It was not very busy when I arrived, but my boba was out in ~5 minutes. You can customize sweetness and ice levels. I recommend 50% sweet if you are not sure! They have both caffeine and decaf options for drinks.
