I turned around and said its plastic it won't break secondly if it got damaged I would pay for it so no need to yell at him. Not all little children are misbehaved there are few that are disciplined. I was honestly pretty fatigued by that point and it required a calm sales associate to help my bruised ego. Thankfully, Seattle Bridal Rack was AMAZINGLY sweet, gentle, and not pushy at all. Other bridal salons would try to bully me into buying a dress but here, they were kind and patient and let me process the dress itself. Months later I'm wearing it at my wedding and it is the most beautiful I ever felt. I am incredibly lucky to run across this dress. While I was there, another woman came in to pick up a customized formal outfit that the Mahrvi Trends team had made for her and she seemed to be very happy with the fabric and the tailoring. She has a great variety of distinctive garments, from essential necessities to more bright and bold styles. She was quick to find a time that worked for me to come by her store. The boutique is set up in her home and it's so cute! Everything is coordinated and organized, so walking into the space felt comfortable to me. 0 Stars! I paid $1,185.95 plus a $200 tip for a prom dress for my daughter's senior prom, and the…read morezipper failed on the big night! When I contacted the shop, they showed zero sympathy for how important the evening was and offered no apology or compensation whatsoever. They insisted that if the zipper was going to fail, it would have done so in the store -- "never" outside of it. Their solution was to fix the zipper the following day, which was completely unacceptable since the dress was needed that night. To make matters worse, they wanted me to drive over an hour to University Village at 3:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon with my daughter stuck in the broken dress so they could "inspect" the zipper. My daughter was part of a group of 11 seniors headed to professional pictures, dinner, and the prom--time was extremely limited. This lack of understanding and flexibility made a very stressful situation even worse. When I expressed my desire for a refund, I was told it was outside their 30-day window and no refund or exchange would be offered. When we purchased the dress, we were told we had to buy it immediately to have it in time for the dance--essentially protecting them from any responsibility, no matter the circumstances. Adding insult to injury, when my daughter tried contacting the woman for help to get out of the dress, her calls went unanswered and were never returned. We were also wrongly accused of zipping the dress incorrectly and misaligning the zipper teeth. Anyone who has dealt with formal dresses knows it takes more than one person to zip these dresses. None of the teeth were damaged, and the zipper was not misaligned -- my daughter was fully zipped into the dress before it failed. They clearly don't care about your special evening; the money is the only thing that matters. I cannot recommend this shop for formal dresses. There are shops that care far deeper than your pockets. This is not one of them!!!!
