Being publicly challenged and threatened with police involvement despite being a paying customer was both embarrassing and distressing. This incident raises serious concerns regarding staff training, customer treatment, and the abuse of authority by employees. No customer should be subjected to public humiliation or threats for attempting to use facilities after making a purchase. I request that management: Conduct a formal review of this incident. My partner always just gets açaí so he can go anywhere but I much prefer the other bases like ube and mango that the majority of restaurants that serve açaí bowls don't offer. We were lucky to walk in when no one was in front of us so we were served immediately, unlike other places where you may have to wait for a backlog of orders in front of you. While we were ordering, about 10 people came in behind us. It would've taken quite a long time to wait in line behind them because there was only one person working and the bowls are completely custom, no bases pre-layered in the freezer.
