I've Been here a total of 3 times. Customer service has always been good all 3 times, everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. They have a drive thru are you can go inside to eat, the inside has maybe about 12 chairs and a few tables. So far I've had the EXPRESS CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD twice and the MEDITERRANEAN GRAIN BOWL both where good. I most definitely will be back. read more

4 days in a row I've been and they've consistently been out of items. Day 1 and day 2 they were out of chicken at 11:30AM, Day 3 they were out of steak at 12pm and day 4 they were out of steak, chicken salad and flatbread. 4 days of main proteins not being available in the early/mid day is a bit ridiculous and the drive through attendant seemed to care less. We bought three different wraps and a mango protein shake to go. So disappointed that I can't even drink the protein shake due to the big chunks of mangoes and the slimmest straw that they provide! I would love to come back and give this a second try so that I can update my review with a more positive outcome. Kinda bummed with the food and service. I walked in and there were three girls that had already ordered and were sitting down, and me. Not another person in the place. I waited about 10 minutes watching one employee rush around doing everything. I don't blame her for the issue, but they were severely shorthanded and it was clearly overwhelming for her to have to run all positions behind the counter. I ordered the Southwest bowl. This is where the majority of the disappointment came in. This was one of the blandest dishes I can remember ever having. There was zero flavor in any of the ingredients aside from the dressing. Quinoa, chicken, beans, corn, tomatoes, and altogether they tasted like nothing. I took my bowl home and had to add my own flavor to it so that I could eat it. Went to the grand opening today and it was the coolest restaurant opening event I've ever been to. Jonathan marchessault was a special guest which was awesome. But I am so happy about this new location!! It's so hard to find healthy restaurant food, so this is definitely my go to. I am also so excited that it has a drive thru for my quick stops. Typically I love Rachel's kitchen but today I ordered a chicken sandwich that I assumed they would assemble/ made fresh but it was actually pre-assembled and put in the fridge and she pulled my sandwich out with all of the toppings and sauces on it and just re-heated it in the toaster oven. The result was a soggy mess and not fresh at all. The food here is pricy which I typically don't mind paying a bit more for fresh but I guess Subway has fresher sandwiches. read more

I wanted to love this place since it has gluten free options! I placed my order online for breakfast and when i arrived at the drive thru the employee stated the steak was still cooking so i needed to wait a bit. A couple minutes later he came back and apologized and stated there was an issue with the steak so he couldn't put it in my flatbread. He asked if i wanted to replace it with something else so i said yes bacon is fine. He came back a couple more minutes later and i received my order of the bacon sandwich, "steak" flatbread which i switched out for gluten free bread, and coffee. The boxes were not labeled for which was the gluten free one. Second, the bacon in one sandwich which he replaced for the steak wasn't even full bacon strips they' were bacon bits you would use on salad. The sandwiches also didn't have any of the mayo dressings that it had me select online. I was very disappointed in paying $30 for this. I hope to come back and have a better experience. read more

Food that was out was not fresh & service took a while yet no one was in there or in the drive through. Employees were just on their phones the entire time and had the WORST attitude. They had poor manors when handing us our food and gave dirty looks through the window from the kitchen in the back. I did not get the employees names but we went in on Saturday April 27th at around 11am. Some of the worst employees I have encountered at a place of business. Food was also half the size of the normal rachels kitchen that i go to (not the express). I watched them prepare it and they just sloppily tossed the food onto the wrap that i ordered and charged me extra for ranch because i couldnt eat the original sauce that comes on it. We also ordered 2 coffees, one had little to no ice with globs of caramel and the other was just straight ice. I felt extremely uncomfortable when ordering and waiting for the food while getting stares. We also just stood their awkwardly while they prepared the food and kept walking to the back and didnt check us out even though we were dining in. I would never go to this establishment read more

Every time we come here the staff is so nice! The food is always delicious and it is always clean! Today my boyfriend and I ordered fries with our sandwiches, but after getting our sandwiches one of the employees informed us that they might not have enough fries. The employee was very nice and offered us chips instead! They gave us the chips and eventually they found more fries and still gave them to us. Everyone here today was very friendly.
