What an amazing job, we had considered painting ourselves and decided we just didn't have the time. We called and got 6 quotes from 5 star rates painters and they were the cheapest. The largest Qoute was over 1000 more then Radcliffe. They understood we were under pressure from our HOA and there was no wait list. The first day They were very thorough with their prep and blew us away. Their crew was on time and friendly. The next day my house was painted, and the third day was touch up and they were all done. Because I saw they have 5 start reviews, I called this company for a quote. I left a message in the morning and they replied with a text message at 9:40 PM. The next day, I sent a text message back and asked if they could please call me back at their earliest convenience. A lady called back but sounded like she was in a rush. She said let me call you back in a second but after that I have never heard back. They may be great at painting but I don't think their customer service is at the same level. Unfortunately, that would be the fist impressions customers have about the company when they take calls. I don't even want a quote from them anymore. read more

I reached out to several companies to have my popcorn ceilings removed. Radcliffe was the first one that responded and came out within days to give me an estimate. Rachel was on time for my estimate and got me all of the paperwork for the estimate the next business day. I sent in a 50% deposit check that was cashed as soon as it was received, however, no one contacted me to verify the date of service. Weeks went by before I had to call and email SEVERAL times before I finally got an email back giving me less than 48 hours notice of the scheduled day. No one ever answered the phone or called me back. Apparently this company only emails?? The painters showed up on time and seemed like everything was going to go great. On the afternoon of the 2nd day I watched an employee on my security camera walk in and out of my house several times with a lit cigarette. I immediately emailed Rachel to let her know and all I got was an "I'm sorry about that" reply. I went home that evening to check on the work and found that the employees had eaten cherries and spit the pits all over my spare bedroom and tracked them into the spare bathroom. They didn't tarp off my kitchen so everything was covered in white dust (cabinets, tables, my TV, they pushed everything into the kitchen that I hadn't removed). There's texture dripped on every window shutter, which wasn't easy to get off because it was so thick, I had to soak it off. All of the window sills, door frames and screens were covered in a think white dust that was never cleaned up. There's several spots on the ceiling that have a ridiculous amount of texture that wasn't knocked down making it hard to paint both the ceiling and the wall. While I am super happy to have my popcorn ceiling removed for a very reasonable price, I doubt I'll use Radcliffe again, solely based on their professionalism and lack of communication. read more

We have used Radcliffe in the past to paint our bedrooms and we were super happy with their work. So about 6 weeks ago we got a quote for our kitchen cabinets and the walls of your downstairs from them. We decided to get a second quote from another company just to compare the prices. Radcliffe quoted us a bit lower for the cabinets than the other company but the walls were a bit more than the competitor so we chose to do the cabinets with Radcliffe and the walls with the other painters. BIG MISTAKE. The saying you get what you pay for couldn't be more true. The other company (I don't care to share their name) was impossible to get ahold of, unprofessional, seemed to be rushing through the work, missed a ton of spots, and they got paint on our brand new painted cabinets!!! My husband and I were so upset. The owner of that company came over to check out the areas we were super unhappy with and said he would come by and fix our cabinets that now had wall paint on them, he took the doors off and has yet to show up. We contacted Radcliffe to see if they would come by and fix it and we got ahold of them right away. I will forever use Radcliffe from here on out! My husband and I were looking to get out house trim and fence painted.We were out of town on the night (Which was a Friday) we request a quote from them. Within an hour or 2, they had someone go out to our house and come back with a quote. We decided to hire them, and we were told someone would be there to do the job on that Monday. Sure enough, when I was pulling out of the garage Monday morning, 2 painters were already there getting started. I think it's incredible, that we requested a quote Friday, and had the project finished by Monday morning. They did a great job on the painting and color matching as well. Radcliffe Painting always come by quickly to look at the job and give you a bid. They do great work, easy to book with them. Either by the job or by the hour. Rachel gave me some of her best guys to do a high contrast room (new crown molding putty and fill, paint white with super dark walls). Exacting work and paint to cover, which was a lot of coats on our thirsty contractor quality (I.e. Watered down, low quality) painted walls. Used them again and again for things that come up.
