I went to Radiance to get BOTOX. I specifically go to see Justine because she does a great job and I don't have pain when she is injecting it. On this visit I decided to do some lip filler. I had done it once before with someone else and it was so extremely painful and it left my lips badly bruised for 2 1/2 weeks! Needless to say I was hesitant to do it again but I thought, I'll give Justine a try. OMG she did such a great job and it was painless with very minimal bruising. Justin is great! I made an appointment here for a consult for Kybella and Coolscupting. I've had two Kybella treatments already and simply wanted my final treatment. The spa I usually go to didn't have an opening until late July so I thought I'd try here so as not to wait as long. The physician's assistant that helped me was extremely professional, nice, and thorough. She explained the coolscupting procedure (as well as smartlipo for comparison) and what I could expect in terms of results and cost. Then things went sour. The Kybella prices here are $100 more per vial than ANYWHERE else. Pricing is usually $550-$600 but at this place they charge $700. I asked if she was aware of this and she said yes, several people have mentioned that but their medical director sets the prices and they can't negotiate - even with purchasing smart lipo or coolscupting. Which brings me to the cost of smart lipo, they quoted me an average of $5500 for flanks which is already higher than others by $500 or more. But the kicker is that in order to get a formal consult you need to pay $75 to see their surgeon! Which btw is free everywhere else. Let's face it, in Los Angeles any form of plastic surgery is a commodity and for non invasive procedures, you can expect similar results. The fact that this place has higher charges for every service, isn't willing to negotiate, and who's surgeon is arrogant enough to think clients paying $5k or more need to pay for a consult is insane! To top it off there's nothing special or different or better about this place than any other one. Do yourself a favor and don't bother. Go spend your money at a more competitive spa! You'll look just as good but feel even better since you'll get your money's worth. read more

I made an appointment to get some Botox and collagen injections and Flora was assigned to do the procedures. Once I checked in, I was pleasantly greeted by Flora who was masked, she checked my temp, offered me hand sanitizer and offered me a sanitized pen to sign in. I was taken to a clean and comfortable patient room where Flora reviewed the procedures I was seeking. She took time to listen to my concerns and target areas. Once this was decided, she gently wiped my face with an alcohol pad and applied numbing cream and also offered me an ice pack (which by the way is NOT reused; each customer gets their own ice pack). Throughout my injections, Flora took extra time and care to examine each targeted area. She was like an artist and she took pride in her decisions and care. Her knowledge and confidence made for a very pleasant experience and I'm 100% thrilled with the results. I've been to many surrounding places for specials on products, but after today's visit, I'm staying with Radiance Med Spa and Flora will be my go to, when I visit. Aside from Flora being frigging FANTASTIC, Cathy the office manager was a dynamo too. I had a few questions about the Specials Radiance Med Spa offers and Cathy was on it!!!!! Ginny is just AMAZING! Ever since I discovered Ginny, I haven't let ANYBODY else touch my eyebrows. I'd rather walk around with hairy/bushy eyebrows than let anyone other than Ginny touch them. I used to have them threaded twice a month before, but where I used to go, but my eyebrows would never come out the same. I have been going to OU Beauty for years for Botox and fillers, but recently I found their staff and service a real disappointment, so I found Radiance on Yelp and never looked back!! The Radiance folks in Pasadena are wonderful! Professional and attentive, my experience with RN Lu Ann was great. She evaluated my skin, made some recommendations and I agreed to both Botox and Restylane treatments. She even discouraged some of my suggestions in favor of something more subtle and natural, for that I really appreciate her transparency and honesty. They even followed up with me a week later to make sure I was satisfied and everything went well after treatment. Great experience and definitely going back!
