I had purchased a 6 pack 90 minute hydrafacial as Gina had a promotion going on. I was told that the 90 minute hydrafacial "includes extractions, deep exfoliation, led light therapy, lymphatic massage, mask and other anti aging tools" and that "The 1 hour facial is more basic. Does not include the deep exfoliation done by machine, no led light, no lymphatic..." so I went ahead and paid for the 90 minute facials. After my third treatment I felt like I got home sooner than I should have but didn't pay any attention to it. I also didn't get LED light therapy that day either. On my fourth visit, I paid attention to the time and saw that the facial only lasted 1 hour. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was too embarrassed to ask in person but afterwards texted her regarding the time discrepancy. She said she works with each individual client's skin care needs and will be more specific about this with her clients.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I think just doing the red light therapy at the end , as advertised, would have made the time difference way less noticeable/not worth bringing up. I just wished I got what I paid for. I found Gina while I was walking my dog one afternoon. She has a gorgeous billboard outside of her shop that made me look into her work. At the time, I was looking for an esthetician to help me smooth out my skin and decrease my dark spots and I hadn't found a person I liked. After meeting her for a consultation, I realized she is so friendly, smart about skin health, and nice so it was a no brainer to start working with her. She guided on me on the best service for my skin and suggested an herbal peel. She was realistic with me and let me know that it would be a process that wouldn't clear my skin in one take but that it would get better with consistency. I appreciated her being honest with my exceptions. I then did my own research and felt confident to book my sessions with her. She told me how the process of the peel would go. It was pretty intense, but worth it! After the first session I saw light improvements. The second session I saw even more. My skin is a lot softer, it's becoming smoother, and the hyperpigmentation is lightening up. I'm going to book my next peels and facials with her soon. I found Gina back in October when I wanted a hydrafacial for my engagement party and to also see if she would be a good fit for my wedding prep. She stood out b/c her prices were a bit more reasonable than other places and she had great reviews, so I gave her a shot; I couldn't be more satisfied! So far I've had 2 hydrafacials, 2 microdermabrasions, 1 dermaplaning, and 1 back facial. I have very dry skin and in the past when I've gotten facials (except hydrafacials), my skin would get drier/pealy afterwards. However, that's never been the case with Gina! She has customized each of my facials based on how my skin is doing on that treatment day. I like to tell her she has so many gadgets because she incorporates so many different little things throughout her treatments. She's super sweet and calming. Her facials are incredibly relaxing. I have been really self-conscious about the hyperpigmentation on the back of my neck. It's something I've had since a young age. I've been searching for a solution to either reduce or clear it up. I had heard that chemical peels might work, at least temporarily. In December, I found Gina's location on Google. Initially, she recommended a microdermabrasion treatment, but after seeing my condition, she suggested a chemical herbal peel instead. Let me tell you, it was the most painful experience I've ever had, but it was worth it. The process took about a week: during the first appointment, she applied the herbal peel, and throughout the week, my skin peeled a lot. A week later, she removed the remaining dead skin. Since the hyperpigmentation didn't fully clear up, she recommended a second session after six weeks, following the same process. I'm grateful I found her. She's really sweet, and her space has a very zen atmosphere. I would definitely recommend her, 10/10. read more
