I have been a consumer cellular client for over 10 years. I discovered Sequim Radio shack was a Consumer Cellar representative and so much closer than Silverdale so have exclusively used them for new phones, upgrades and the occasional problem They owners have never been overly kind but I went in the other day to ask for help upgrading my 85 year old mom's phone with a new SIM card. There was one customer in store besides me. The gentleman owner came out of office asked if I needed help once I explained I was having trouble replacing sim card he very rudley told me what to do but offered no assistance. I got sim card out but couldn't get new one to fit correctly by this time the wife was free and helped out and thanked her and told her her husband was very rude. She said they don't get commission from Consumer cellular to help with upgrading sim cards and could I leave them a tip? I did leave a tip but am still so disgusted with both of their lack of common courtesy plus the place is filthy and smells disgusting. Will not be giving them anymore business will drive to Silverdale going forward read more

I was surprised to see that Sequim still had a Radio Shack store, thought they'd gone out of business. So I had to stop in and take a look around. The store owner was not welcoming, told me "if you're not here to buy anything, get out of here". Radio Shack was always like that - they didn't like people looking around to see what they had, always wanted to greet you as you walked in, and get you out of there as fast as possible - after trying to sell you their credit card. It was a surprise to see a Radio Shack, I needed a headset, so I went in. I like to support local businesses. Since there cat was right by the door, I crouched down, he raised his shoulders with anticipation. Then, I got YELLED at!! I said I was sorry, three times, but she went on a rampage. There were NO signs to not pet the cat, just not to let him out. I apologized again, but she kept on yelling. I left. What's the point of having a shop cat?! I've now gone to the RadioShack in Sequim for for a variety of different things now -- A new Sim card from a new service provider, a ring light for zooming, and basic accessories for my computer. For each and everyone of their knowledge and friendly disposition and time availability is over the top.The drive from my house is over an hour but each time I am so glad I made the trip and purchased there rather than buying it online! These guys are professionals, they take their product, knowledge, the electronics industry seriously and they know what they're talking about. What a refreshing change in this world where that is getting rarer and rarer. Please don't ever close down or move away! We need you. And more people should know about it! I would not give them the time of day i paid 130 bucks for something that i could have goten on the internet for 80 bucks and this rc car that i got ripped off for i drove it in a circle and saw that it was not going to work for me the shocks kept coming off it was not as fast as they said it was and so i brought it back in and he said it was used to much and he said the battery was used so they would not take it back BS place if you want any electronics dont go here i tryed to upload photos of it but it wont let me for some reason theres not a scratch one on the truck and so after the made it clear that they would not take the truck back i get home and let my daughter play with it in the grass and the things steering does not work anymore and i was out there so i know she dident run in to anything what a rip off thanks radio crack read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The owner would rather swear at you than be a welcoming business in our amazing community. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Sequim is built on a community of caring and love for all. This business doesn't have one ounce of respect for its patrons. If there were a rating of less than zero this would be the business to get it. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THE CAT OR YOU WILL GET SCREAMED AT. Apparently, the cat has some very obscure and severe allergies. You will be lectured about these allergies. I didn't touch the cat, but the man working here looked like he was going to hit me. I apologized multiple times and he continued to scream at me. It is unclear why they have a shop cat with such a severe illness. I was buying a plain old power supply and the man acted as if I was buying the most technologically advanced piece of equipment. He made it supremely difficult to buy a basic item. He acted like I was stupid for not knowing the specifics of the said basic item. What a jerk. The workers here are very off-putting and creepy. Stay away. People like this make it difficult to support a small, local business. read more

You need help with a phone, this is the place to go. I bought a new phone and switched carriers and everything was set up by the owner. He never lost patience and did things to transfer I never would have been able to do. He even set up my autopay. :) Another gentleman in the store at the same time had questions about a drone -- yep, they do that too. Wonderful people. read more

This place is the worst. They couldn't explain to me the difference between the products I was looking at. I finally bought one and then found the same one for half the price at Walmart. We were visiting the area and were excited to see there was a RadioShack. As we entered there was a cat near the door, so I crouched down to see if the cat would come to me and the guy immediately yelled "DON'T TOUCH THE CAT" and "DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING". There was no hello, friendly greeting or even an apology for harsh interaction. Certainly worst experience I've ever encountered when entering a store. I'm understand we are in strange point in time with Covid. Maybe if there were signs before entering (like the others that asked for mask to be worn & not to let the cat out) this could have been avoided. I have never been treated this way when entering a store and certainly did not appreciate it. read more
