Every time we come to Silverado Steak House, we always say, "why don't we come here more often?" It is a professional restaurant with excellent food and service. Whenever we go to a show at the South Point Hotel, we eat at the Silverado. It's nice, as one of the first things asked of you is whether you are going to a show. The menu changes a little from time to time, which we really like. On this trip, my wife had the salmon. It was a large piece of salmon cooked perfectly accompanied by a half of lemon. Her mashed potatoes were quite tasty. I had the Three Filets. The meat was very good as were the sauces on the filets. I had a very nice loaded dinner salad that also had artichokes in it, and was larger than I anticipated. My baked potato was about as large as they come. It was dressed out nicely! We aren't wine connoisseurs, but they do have a nice list with some lower-priced bottles.

Silverado Steak House exceeded my expectations. We had reservations for Saturday night on Superbowl weekend. We made the reservation the night before for two, which was very easy! That morning, we modified and added more people just as asily as the initial reservation!!!! This was definitely a big plus!!! We were celebrating an anniversary and a birthday, and they definitely made it feel special. The restaurant is steps away from the self parking structure entrance in an enclosed setting, so you won't have to worry about tasting a cigarette..or worse....when eating your food, unlike a few of their other offerings. If you're a guest at the hotel, make sure you look through your coupon book, as they have an offer of a complimentary bottle of the "wine of the month" with the purchase of two entrees, and you may be able to use multiple, but make sure you let your server know when ordering. Christian and Matt were our servers that evening, and they made our meal wonderful. They thoroughly explained the menu, the evening's specials, and even made sure with us to see if we wanted to cancel our initial beverage order after we presented the coupon. They both checked up on us frequently and our sodas and waters were never empty for long. Foodwise, amazing taste! I was expecting just average food, but almost everything blew me away! We started off with the Lobster Bisque and Caesar Salad. The salad is tossed fresh tableside, so get your cameras ready if you love recording. The lobster bisque is made with cognac, but you don't taste it, and the flavor is just right, not overly salty. We followed with a cut of 18oz prime rib paired with a baked potato, the pan seared free range chicken paired with mashed potatoes, carrots and sauteed mushrooms and a side of asparagus. The prime rib was cooked just right, but there were a lot of fat chunks all around. The chicken was just about perfect, and the vegetables complemented the chicken perfectly, but the chicken jus was a tad bit on the salty side. Asparagus, just perfect. No resistance when cutting in, and the sauce was definitely a pleasant surprise! The red of the month was Daou, hailing from Paso Robles, CA. I'm not big on wine, as it tends to turn my stomach inside out, but the flavor was very smooth, not bitter, and I felt great after polishing two glasses!!!! We finished off our meal with their Creme Brulee. Not the most mindblowing dessert, but still pretty good. I was expecting late night diner quality food, but you definitely get your money's worth and then some when dining here. We waited only a few minutes after checkin to be seated, and though a few of our party were running a bit behind schedule, we were able to be seated at our table, rater than be made to wait at the front or in the casino. While there may be many culinary offerings nearby, or a short drive away, this is definitely worth checking out if you don't want to drive, and want good food at a decent price.

Friends were staying at the Silverado and we decided to give the steakhouse a try. We made reservations and while it was pretty busy I'm sure a walk-in could have gotten a table. That being said better to have it and not need it. We were seated right away and immediately attended too. We got some water started and bread and shortly after we got our main drink orders taken. Everything came out in a timely manner once ordered. The servers were very attentive the entire time. The drinks were very good and the bread was very good. Once our meal came out everything was cooked to order and very tasty. It really was a nice dinner, we were never rushed and maybe there was a little too much time between courses but that's not the worst thing. Overall very good and I'd say a must if you're staying there at the Silverado.

Last night was the first time we ate here. The dining room ambience was nicely decorated with western themed murals mixed in with a little fine dining table settings. The wait was only 30mins for walk in, so it wasn't too bad. We ordered a rib eye steak and prime rib steak. Both were Cajun style and we also ordered the lobster bisque and French onion soup. The two soups were delicious and the Cajun style meats were okay. I think we prefer the Cajun style prime rib at primarily prime more. The dry rub Cajun seasoning was just a bit too smoky or something for my taste. The menu prices are very affordable and their food was good, but I think for prime rib specifically, I would stick to upstairs. Service was good and our waiter was attentative. I think their manager came around asking us how the meal was.

The Las Vegas convention center had the kind of energy that only a packed ASD event can create. I pulled up scanning the crowd, waiting for someone I hadn't seen in far too long. Then I spotted her! Cath was in town! We laughed before we even said a word, closing the distance with a hug. Great friends pick up right where you left off, like no time passed at all. The desert air had that early evening calm, the sky fading into soft pinks and oranges. We drove over to the Silverado Steak House at South Point Hotel Casino and Spa. The drive was filled with stories (some new, some retold like they were part of a greatest hits album). By the time we pulled up, the glow of SouthPoint felt inviting. A little quieter than the Strip, Inside, the Silverado Steakhouse had that classic feel--dark wood, soft lighting, the low murmur of conversation. Cath started with a Bloody Mary while I went with a Chardonnay. A complimentary bread basket hit the table (raisin and nut, pretzel, and sourdough rolls). The sourdough easily stealing the show. We both had the Silverado Salad, tossed tableside, which made a great start to the meal. When our entrées arrived, they were exactly what we'd been hoping for. Perfectly cooked, and well worth the wait. But truthfully, the food could've been anything; the real highlight was the chance to sit, relax, and catch up. Cath chose the filet mignon topped with Maytag blue cheese, and I went for the double-cut pork chop with bourbon demi, sweet pepper, and apple relish. We both added loaded baked potatoes to round it out (created table side also).. Great meal, great service, and even better company. Thank you Silverado Steakhouse for hosting our reunion. Later, under the settled night sky, I drove Cath back to her hotel. It began with a hug and ended with a hug. Until the next convention.

It's was a great treat. My first time enjoying the nicer locations at south point. The icing on top was if wax Monday match points days for 55 and over. Basically had the meal for $40 tip. Player Points plus match'ed made it a free roll! Dinner was fantastic minus a bit slow because they were over run a bit. But that was Was overly compensated did with detail and effort by our server!his 110 % was very much noted!

I have been here countless times since my first visit 10 years ago...however this really needs an encore from me...as there is not a steakhouse that gives you the best bang for your buck on dinner...and these steaks are not lower cuts of meat, at least not the filet mignon which is my go to. Made a reservation and got in promptly at 5 pm. Staying there, we also had a coupon for free bottle of wine with two entrees. Normally this bottle is 20 dollars...once again, a price that is otherwise unheard of these days. Bread basket arrives. It is just ok, they usually do better on their bread, but I will give them a pass this time because this is not why I am here. We both order 8oz filet. Comes with a salad and a side...I choose mash and hub got a baked potato. We always get a side of peppercorn. Food was amazing tonight and our server and busser were just incredible. We have never had this duo before, but I wished I grabbed their names because they were perfection. If you want a great steak, with a nice ambience and great service...get yourself a reservation here.

Absolutely fantastic! Do NOT eat too much from the bountiful bread basket they bring you! You will spoil your appetite! My filet mignon was cooked medium as I requested, had no fat on it, and melted in my mouth! The mashed potatoes were smooth as butter & topped with a fancy potato chip. The chopped salad was filled with artichoke bits, and I thought that just made it extra good. I had the crème brûlée for dessert. That was incredible! I will add this to one of my favorite places to dine!

Had a wonderful dinner experience at Silverado Steak House. The front of the house, so very friendly and we were seated right away. Glenn was our waiter for the evening, but! Mr.CHAKER was a rock star! He provided outstanding service being so attentive, friendly and hardworking! Made sure our waters were always filled, checking to see if we needed anything, asked how we were..just a genuine sir and we thank you so very much for taking good care of our little family this evening. The food was delicious! And yes you will see a well done prime but this is my favorite! The end piece cooked quite well that it's just a little crispy, DELICIOUS! With a little horseradish and of course the au jus...what a great bite! The Argentinian skirt steak, beautiful dish and tasty! The salads were fresh and crisp! Our appetizer was the prime rib empanada..and it was just one big empanada...it was just ok tasting, a little bland. Love the variety of breads too~ A birthday crème brûlée for my mom, how sweet! Thank you so very much for tonight's dinner. We were very pleased and would definitely dine in again!

This is my new favorite restaurant in Vegas. It's off the strip, at the South Point, so prices are reasonable and parking is free (for now!). They do things with style and grace- old world Vegas presentation- fine dining with attention and kindness. I am in love with their lobster bisque- absolute mind scramble! But it is so filling, I rarely have room for anything else. Love the pretzel rolls in their breadbasket and it's charming how they toss your salad table side (so much blue cheese! I was in heaven!) Great staff, tender steaks, and comfortable seating- highly recommend!!

My wife and I went to the Silverado Steakhouse inside the South Point Hotel & Casino. We began by ordering a bottle of their wine of the month. We went with the Rodney Strong Cabernet Sauvignon, and for just $20, it was a hit. Then, the "dreaded bread basket." I say dreaded because if you're not careful, you can devour the entire thing. They have a great raisin and nut bread that is so delicious, and they also have sourdough rolls, and monkey bread. For our entree, we decided to split the Bone-In Ribeye. With this, you get a nice Silverado Salad, tossed tableside. With the steak, you also have your choice of a Baked Potato, Mashed Potatoes, or Vegetables (tonight it was green beans). Since we are watching our carbs, we went with the green beans. Now for the main event: the ribeye was a tender, juicy, and flavorful piece of meat. Each bite left a smile on my face. Our server, Lito, was great. Very attentive, but not too overwhelming, and his assistant was always quick to refill our waters. Now the best part: all of this was $60 (not including the $20 wine. In most nice steakhouses, your steak alone would be that much. And the best part chapter two: from now until December 24, you can pay with your South Point players card for just 50% of the cost, meaning everything INCLUDES THE WINE was only $40 worth of points. Get on down to the South Point for this great deal.

We were seated immediately but then nothing for almost 10 min! I was thinking like it's so empty in here it shouldn't take this long for someone to come over. Finally we were asked if we wanted drinks or appetizers. She apologized for the wait and thanked us for being patient so that made up for the wait. We proceeded to order Thai beer and the lychee martini. We also ordered the fried pork belly bites and the wing zap. The drinks and food came very quick and was fresh and hot! The fried pork belly was sooooo good! I was expecting it to be super fatty but it had a great meat to fat ratio and the fact it was fried made it so much better! The green sauce that accompanied it didn't taste like much tho. The wing zap was also good but I actually liked the pork belly better. For our entrees we had the prawns with curry, Basil fried rice with steak and drunken noodle with the crispy duck. Again food came fast and hot! The prawns with curry was outstanding as was the basil fried rice with steak. The steak was sooooo tender and the rice was super flavorful. One of my favorite Thai dishes is drunken noodles so I was excited to dig in to this! The noodles with the sauce that it was bathing in was a flavor explosion but I did not like the fried duck on top. I should've went with steak. Also I think for the price of this dish, the portion was pretty small, I guess you're paying for the duck but I would've preferred more of the noodles. I would still get it again but not with the duck. Our server's name was Porjai and she later explained she was there by herself (other than the chef) She was an amazing server and I felt bad for being mentally impatient in the beginning. We tipped her more than 20%! The place remained dead throughout our visit, I hope business picks up for them because I need them to still be around the next time we come back!

Our personal faves were the panang, pad see ew, and mango sticky rice. The panang fried both the prawns and their shells! Keep that in mind if you're not a shell eater as this limits the amount that the dish actually feeds. Pad see ew was seasoned well and came with a generous amount of shrimp that I found myself wanting more noodles! Mango sticky rice was stickier than expected and reminded me of the Vietnamese dessert (che), but who can ever not like this dessert. The portions were smaller than the usual family-style portions of most Thai places. Service was great and parking was ample.

Normally, I go to Prosecco's location in Anthem, but they don't open until 3:00pm on Sunday's and my mom requested that we do brunch on her day. I made a reservation through OpenTable for 5/10/26 at 11:00am. Patio season is among us and I decided to book a spot on their patio, which is spacious and provides a ton of shade. They had just opened like an hour ago so it wasn't busy at all, both inside and outside. No Sunday brunch is complete without a glass of mimosa, single or bottomless. My parents both ordered cappuccinos and my mom later had a Make Me Blush cocktail. I had a sip of the latter and I could really taste the bitterness in it. I don't really drink alcohol all that much anymore (with the exception of special occasions), but the mimosa is one of my favorite drinks ever. For food, my mom and I both ordered their tiramisu French toast. I didn't read the whole ingredient list on the menu and I wasn't expecting it to come with chocolate gelato and a waffle cone on top! Wow!!! My dad had the NY Steak skillet with two sunny side up eggs, which came out sizzling. Included inside my French toast was mascarpone cheese but the cheesy flavor wasn't too overwhelming. The French toast was so, SO good that I felt like I was on a different planet afterwards. One qualm was that my parents' cappuccinos tasted like that they were watered down and didn't have a whole lot of flavor, so they had to request extra sugar as a result. But otherwise everything else we had here was absolutely 100% amazing, from beginning to end. It was totally worth having Sunday brunch here and we got lucky getting here before they really started getting busy.
