    Bourbon glaze boneless wings. Amazing!
    Logam W.

The food and atmosphere is awesome! I highly recommend the loaded tots to start and bourbon glaze boneless wings are the best in Holland! Better than Buffalo Wild Wings! They also have great prices. I highly recommend giving them a try the inside has far more to offer than what it looks from the outside!

Came in on a Sunday night and it was dead. The overhead music was terrible, very static. We ordered just appetizers we had the truffle fries, bucket of bones, steak tips and potato salad. The bucket of bones were ok, good flavor. The potato salad was good, the truffle fries were good as well. I didn't care for steak tips... they were tender but not the flavor. The service was poor in the beginning, but improved over the course of our stay.

As we walked in I heard a radio station full of static blaring. The decor was not impressive. Just looked like a bunch of skids thrown together and 2x8 boards attached to the old ceiling tiles. The service is not impressive. Does not pay attention to details and acted like she did not want to serve us. This is before we even ordered the meal. But after complaining about the radio. It has improved. The food is good or average. The potato salad is very good The food did move the rating from 2 to 3 stars. I would be tempted to come back for the potato salad. They have very good potato salad. Hope you got the hint about the potato salad.

Cool trendy Western atmosphere with great music and TVs

However, the reviews were good so we ventured in... and I'm glad we did as the inside is extremely inviting and the food was great! First of all - there's a kid's waiting area with snacks!! What an amazing idea! We sat quickly and ordered. I had the salmon entree - which was not the prettiest looking plate but wow, was it good! Cooked well and the vegetables that were steamed on the side were perfectly cooked also. Burgers looked good and everyone ate swiftly so I assume everyone's meals were delicious. Service was friendly and swift (but didn't rush us) and this spot even had clean bathrooms (which is a huge plus for a restaurant). Price is reasonable especially for the portion sizes. So, ignore the location and the look of the outside (they also have speakers playing horse sounds outside...) and head in for a delicious and friendly meal.

The service was excellent -- perfectly timed, without a single unnecessary wait. The prices felt very reasonable for the quality and level of the restaurant. I usually love to finish a great dinner with dessert, and since the food was so good, I skipped appetizers and saved room. The four of us tried all three desserts on the menu. Given how impressed I was with the food, I expected a little more from the desserts. They were good, but for me, they didn't quite reach the same level as the rest of the meal. Overall, Seventy-Six is a wonderful, atmospheric restaurant that made our trip to Holland even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend it.

Our waitress was really nice and overall service was quick. We ordered the Lemon Chicken and the Wedge Salad. The reason why I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars is mainly because of the chicken dish. I was expecting it to be more citrusy, but I feel like whatever lemon flavor it was meant to have was lost by some sort of sweetness. I think the Meyer lemon butter made the dish was so oddly sweet it mixed in with the rice underneath. Overall, this dish was sadly disappointing since we were looking forward to something savory and herby but got what felt like a sugar bomb for chicken. The salad was good and loaded with toppings, however, I felt like there was way too much dressing that drowned the salad once it was all mixed. If possible, I would get the dressing on the side. All in all, great ambiance, good service and a wonderful location. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong things. Still worth checking out, if you're in the area!

Living in the Chicago suburbs means we're spoiled with dining options, but Chop Shop Primehouse…read moreeasily ranks among my top picks. It can be a little tricky to find, yet the reward is absolutely worth the journey. This is a small, intimate, uniquely designed steakhouse--zebra rug in the entry, artwork hung between booths for privacy, a cozy 10‑seat bar, thoughtful touches in the restrooms, and a staff that's as friendly as they are knowledgeable. Every detail feels intentional. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you're taken care of by some of the best hospitality professionals around. A special shout‑out to Julianna, who handled our meal on this visit as well as the last--pleasant, kind, courteous, organized, deeply knowledgeable, and simply excellent at what she does. Now, the meal. I started with a Chopshop Old Fashioned made with Buffalo Trace bourbon, crafted by a skilled mixologist using a large square ice cube stamped with the restaurant's logo. One of the best Old Fashioneds I've had. Next came the Iceberg Salad--Danish blue cheese, confit tomato, lardon, and a soft egg, all resting on a blanket of blue cheese dressing. Unbelievably delicious, and easily enough for two. For my entrée, I ordered the Bakkafrost Scottish Salmon from the Faroe Islands (look it up--tucked between Iceland, Scotland, and Norway). It arrived glazed with bourbon apricot, paired with shallot gastrique, parsnip purée, spicy pecans, pork belly, and multicolored mini carrots. Every bite was a layered, balanced taste sensation. The sweetness of the salmon and glaze, combined with a touch of gastrique and parsnip purée, created pure gastronomic bliss. My date ordered the Meatloaf Wellington, made with house‑ground filet, puff pastry, duxelles, prosciutto, mashed potatoes, and bordelaise. You say meatloaf--I say filet. Absolutely delicious. If you haven't been, take the drive. You won't be disappointed.

From the outside,…read moreyou wouldn't anticipate stepping into such a modern, intimate space, but once inside, the vibe is warm, stylish, and perfect for a date night. Coming from a big city with no shortage of high-end steakhouses, I'm used to premium pricing. I wasn't expecting big-city prices in Holland, which was a bit surprising. That said, the food was overall very good, with the exception of two sides: the layered potatoes and the truffle risotto. The layered potatoes looked incredibly promising but unfortunately lacked seasoning and flavor, tasting more like plain potato than the indulgent side they appeared to be. The risotto was also underwhelming slightly bland, with a few hard pieces of rice. Everything else, however, was excellent. The Maryland-style crab cakes were a standout, easily some of the best I've had, with generous portions and great flavor. The salmon and filet were both perfectly cooked, juicy, and well-executed. Drinks: The margarita was spot-on, balanced, not too sour or too sweet. I also tried the in-house lemonade, which was quite bitter and not something I'd recommend. Overall, this was a great first experience, and despite a couple of misses, I would absolutely return.

Anyway, we got in closer to 6, no reservations on a Monday night and we were immediately seated. I ordered a Sauvignon blanc from France. I ordered the red snapper with za'atar spices, roasted carrots and risotto and my husband had the tortelloni and added salmon. I loved the meal. The fish was well seasoned and prepared to my liking. Flakey and not overdone. My husband, on the other hand, had said that his salmon was overcooked but did enjoy his pasta and ate almost all of his food. He left the thinner piece of salmon as it was dry due to being overcooked. Service was quick and to the point. Not very friendly but satisfactory as far as delivery was concerned. The place had some cool decor that made me think of a Mediterranean vibes. Where we were seated had some high ceiling but was concealed with some nice trellis and some fake vines around them which gave it a nicer touch than just high ceilings. Overall, we did have a good dining experience.
