When my beloved baby girl Boo passed in the early morning hours, I dreaded having to call around and see what my options were. Luckily, I found Franciny and Gelver. Its taken me a while to write this review, and frankly I should have done it a long time ago, but its hard to do much of anything when you are grieving. Just before the pandemic I lost my 19 year old cat, she had been with me through everything. Literally everything. Passed in my arms on mothers day, I couldnt much handle it, so my bf at the time handled it for me and he called Rainbow bridge, so I wasnt nearly as involved as I should have been. 3 years later and I just lost my 17 year old just before Christmas. I immediately called them, now knowing how to do this, and knowing he was sick I had prepared myself a bit better. Franciny answered my call at 5am, my wimpering, tear filled call. Calmed me down and walked me through it all on my own this time with more compassion than I ever expected. Within an hour, before I had to leave for work and before my children got up to see give my baby away, they came to pick my baby up from my front door. They coordinated with my schedule a week later and returned him in a pine box with paw print so he could match his sister on my shelf.
