Second time coming to this lovely, cozy and cool restaurant that feels like home! The friendly and speedy service plus the vast and tasty menu is what keeps everyone coming back for more. My husband ordered the Tuna Melt and I had the Teriyaki Chicken Breast. Everything was p delicious and the portions are huge. It's located in such a beautiful location and there is a cute general store and gas station right nearby. Love them so much! You feel like family when you're there.

The food we're sooooooo goooooood! Also our burgers were HUGE! We just ate half and take home the other half with fries and onion rings. My husband ordered Texas burger with onion rings - OMG! So huge! He said that it is very tasty! The Onion Rings are so delicious! Huge onion! He was a happy man about that. I ordered just bacon cheeseburger with fries. Again huge burger! I love their fries - so different! We will come back !! And will bring our friends here too!!

Rainbow Oaks is one of my favorite restaurants! Whether you want breakfast, lunch or dinner you will get a delicious meal and a ton of food. I have a hard time deciding what to get every time I eat here. They have a turkey wrap that is one of my favorites and their onion rings are some of the best I have ever had. Today I decided on the Cobb salad and my husband had the tri tip sandwich with onion rings. They accidentally brought me the chef salad instead of the Cobb and when I pointed it out, my waiter brought me a side of blue cheese for my salad. When you order one of their salads, they come loaded with stuff and is always fresh! My husband enjoyed his tri tip sandwich and again had enough meat on it for two sandwiches.

This place is the absolute best! Hands down the best pancakes I've had anywhere the are fluffy and soft and delicious! This time I tried the lumberjack plate with blueberry pancakes and it was amazing as usual and we also tried the French toast combo plate which was also very good! I always love breakfast here & I get to see all the fun vintage cars & motorcycles that roll through!

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I always see this restaurant off the 15 on my daily commute so I'm glad I finally got to try it. The service is friendly & pretty typical for a dine in restaurant. Not too fast to where you think it's been sitting there but not too long of wait where you get impatient. The food is such big portions for my preference so I was able to split it into two meals, still delicious as leftovers. I'm picky on my ranch, and their ranch is delicious! We sat in the outdoor patio on a warm day and it wasn't too bad. Such a great breeze and the fans really helped. I was comfortable. I'll definitely be back and recommend this to anyone in the Fallbrook area. I'm excited to have a go to place in Fallbrook and easy to get to.

Rainbow Oaks Restaurant, 4815, 5th Street, Fallbrook, CA92028. American food. It's been a while since we came here. The food, service, ambiance haven't changed much. Everything is still as good as ever. Portion is big and prices reasonable. The restaurant has a country-style vibe. We had tuna melt sandwich, lightly toasted that came with a generous amount tuna fillings

Stopped by this place on our way back from Escondido. Wilderness themed diner style restaurant. They serve traditional breakfast items along with lunch. We came on a Wednesday at around 10:30 am and had about a 30 minute wait. Service was friendly and fast but they seemed to be understaffed on waiters, so be patient. We ordered Denver omelette, some combo meal, and eggs Benedict. Portions are large and the food tasted good, but not refined. Their house made hot sauce is A+. Miles better than eating at an IHOP or Dennys. Good place for families and if you're looking for a big breakfast/brunch.

Ambiance..cute place and plenty of seating Service..fast and friendly and very kid friendly Food..amazing and country feel and big portions and reasonable prices. I got the turkey wrap with onion rings. They also have a market with cute stuff.

We were in the area for a wedding and decided to stop by Rainbow Oaks Restaurant and we're so glad we did! The place has a cozy, welcoming vibe and serves classic American breakfast done really well. Even though it was our first visit, we both ended up ordering from the daily specials instead of the regular menu. We tried the Corned Beef Hash Eggs Benedict and the Meat Lovers Omelette. Both plates were massive and we ended up not finishing the one of the plates, but every bite was worth it. The Eggs Benedict, especially, stood out with its hollandaise sauce. Everything was delicious, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We'd definitely come back the next time we're in the area!

I don't know what to think of this place. The food was very good, but the service was terrible. I don't know if it was just a coincidence, but our food took over an hour to come when it was served to us. It had hollandaise sauce from someone else's order on the bottom of my plate, which got all over the table and my arm. The food was burnt. It was quite noisy either there, and they sat us in the sun. We asked to switch seats, which seemed to be very difficult for them. They were very rude about it. not thrilled with this place. I think they could definitely work on their Customer Service and being a little bit friendlier especially the guy in the front that was seating people.

Ok folks if u r ever leaving or going to Pechanga casino head over to Fallbrook (worth the added 15 min to get there) and enjoy a delicious, ample serving of breakfast or lunch items. Rustic, down home environment. It's not their staff' first rodeo so they know how to get your order in and know what condiments will go with it. Most of the time you don't have to ask for a to go box.... they already know. Why 4 stars? Personal preference. Not everything served was 5 stars but close.

Huge portions! Our plates were fresh and hot. This is a place where I'll try something different each time I go, everything looked good. We were seated by a very friendly young lady. Sarah was our waitress and she was excellent. The dining room was clean and large with tables and booths. You can also sit at the bar or in a booth in the bar area. I will definitely frequent Rainbow Oaks if in the area.

My son always comes for their breakfast Chilaquiles but was Initially very disappointed to learn that there's a new chef and several of menu items are no longer available. Unfortunately, that's why we were there! I think he was ready to get up and leave but Q listened carefully, talked to the kitchen staff and persuaded them to make chilaquiles with the chicken-green sauce mix they use in the chile verde chicken tacos (normally has red sauce). A+ for customer service! I had the Valley Harvest Salad with Chicken and it was so good I ate the entire salad! My husband really enjoyed his Chile Rellano "muy fabuloso". Happy to report my son was more than satisfied with his chilaquiles and promised Q he would return! The interior is very beautiful and bright, with the back wall of windows overlooking the golf course. Stop by and admire the Chef's Garden a few steps away after you descend the stairs. Our group all ordered something different from the menu. I got the eggs Benedict sub for carnitas. The food did not come out as hot as I would like. The flavor profile was good and the hollandaise sauce was a nice consistency. Service was okay. Our waitress was nice and helpful. It seemed like she was busy with indoor tables and our table. You snooze, you lose. (Funny note: I was told, in no uncertain terms, that they were out of chicken and that I would get extra pulled pork. When I got home, I found a large piece of chicken.) The best option is the Sampler plate. You get six different proteins, three sides, and three Hawaiian rolls. The proteins are chicken, hot link, tri-tip, brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. I thought all of the proteins were very good but I especially loved the hot link. I could have eaten three of these alone. The sides are also very good. The mac and cheese and potato salad--both clearly house made--were excellent. The house made beans were ok but a little hard. I didn't love them. They have three BBQ sauces to choose from (spicy--marked with a giant "X" on the little cup, sweet, and regular. They are all delicious but you really don't need any of them. That is a sign of good BBQ. The sampler plate gives you a ton of food. At $56, it seems expensive but it is not. This plate easily feeds three people and you will probably have some leftovers. I drove 30 minutes one way for this, waited about 15 minutes, and drove another 30 minutes home. It was very much well worth it. Good BBQ is hard to find in SoCal but it exists, if you make the effort. And this is very good BBQ at reasonable prices.
