This was my second time in, although the first time I was in just to pickup an order. I had some work to do and I recalled them having a nice space to work in. I ordered at the counter, a honey lavender latte and a power bagel. I was quickly told they were out of turkey, so I switched to a Cali bagel instead. I when to set up my computer and start working. There was a couple in front of me waiting for a to go order and a couple that ordered after me as well. After about 15 minutes, both sets of couples were gone, I was alone in the cafe, and there was no coffee and no bagel in sight. My order or name had not been called. I went up to the counter and a nice worker (who had not been the one to take my order) asked if I was there for pickup. I told her I had ordered in store around 15 minutes ago and was just there to check on my order. She told me the order had been picked up and tried to confirm that I didn't pick it up. I pointed at my computer and said I had been there the whole time. She was apologetic and remade my order, which took about 7-10 min. She was even kind enough to bring it over to me directly. The latte she made was a honey almond instead of a honey lavender, but that was ok. The bagel sandwich was very good. While it was made right, and the worker who fixed the problem was very nice, I am just still confused as to how my order when to the wrong person when there were so few of us in the cafe. The entire appeal of a smoothie and açaí spot is freshness. That's the product. So it's a real problem when the ingredients on display don't look fresh and the food that comes out reflects it. Add to that a wait time far longer than it should ever take to blend a smoothie or build a bowl, and the whole experience falls flat. Slow service for fresh food is one thing. Slow service for food that doesn't look or taste fresh is another. The quality was below what I'd expect at any smoothie shop, let alone one that markets itself on fresh fruit. I've been here several times and I believe they've gotten the perfect combo - pretty good food, really good coffee, fairly reasonable prices (in comparison to other places), appropriate portions and consistency! I really like their cappuccino, most important that it's always good... The space is interesting - I always opt to sit in the big cushy arm chairs over the sterile metal chairs, but then you have like a small super low table with the nice chairs and normal tables with the uncomfortable metal cold chairs... that would be the only thing I'd say could improve. There is a meeting room, all glass walls, however, so privacy for sound - that's about it. I haven't used it so I can't say anything more about it. But overall, the staff is friendly and patient also. I like it here, it's even cute. read more

I recently visited Raining Berries for the first time and had a great experience. The inside is very spacious with lots of seating and even a conference room you can rent out for free. I ordered their Iced Brown Sugar Banana Latte, but as a "Boo! Latte" since it's October that was a fun addition they are offering. The lady working was very kind and made my drink amazing. I was in the area and craving coffee along with a quick bite, so I searched nearby and decided to visit Raining Berries. Parking was easy to find, and I loved the café's ambiance. The space is aesthetically pleasing, with great spots for photos and a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy coffee. They even have a meeting room available for bookings. From the menu, I ordered an Ube Latte and a Cali Bagel. My order was ready quickly, and both the latte and bagel were fantastic. I hate to say I am just so disappointed with Raining Berries. I have tried another location previously and felt the same and really wanted to believe it'd be better but was left with the same bad taste in my mouth (really, from the lackluster food and the experience overall). They have a good concept going on here.. the pink aesthetic and cutesy signs are a good start, but then the mix of industrial and really bright lights tastes away the coziness that it could have- and that's for every location I've been to. Their menu seems like it should be great, though definitely expensive. The coffee is fine, it's not the worst but you can certainly find better elsewhere. This time I tried the caprese sandwich and it was extremely forgettable. It came with a side of chips that were probably just taken out of a Lays bag of some sort. The sandwich itself just didn't have much flavor. My friend said the same for her avocado toast. It's like they don't use any kind of seasoning for the food and it's just premade and heated up to serve. Honestly, it's not good and borderline kind of gross. I can't even say that the workers make up for the experience. They were not friendly and all of it was just unemployable and would not convince me to come back. One thing I do find neat is that they have a private conference room that you can book for free for work or whatever. Parking was a little tight, but it could have been the time of day I visited, with multiple gym studios nearby with classes on a Saturday morning. I had the "raining berries" bowl with the acai base. First of all, it was jam-packed with toppings and fruit. I wasn't a massive fan of the acai base or peanut butter; it was very sweet. The ratio of base to toppings was off. I'd have liked more acai base. The coffee was good. It definitely would be a cool spot to host a meeting, a unique setup for sure. read more

Such a vibrant welcoming place. It's clean and spacious. Even has a free conference room that you can book to host your business meetings! Greeted by friendly staff when we walked in and they let us browse the menu with no rush. We ordered the Dragon Blast smoothie and an acai bowl. If there is an ingredient in the smoothie you don't want just let them know and they can take out or sub for something else. All items were delicious! Super cute place to meet a friend, work and even have a mini team meeting by reserving their free conference room. Decor is on point so definitely a great spot to do a TikTok or cute IG photos. [1/27/25] Came in this morning around 10am as this is a brand I've heard of before, and like to give money to smaller businesses when possible. Waited 15 minutes before the employees even took our order, were busy prepping. Took another 15 to get our food, for our waffles to be missing toppings on top. Given 2 broken forks, and food in a tied bag despite saying we were gonna eat inside. Employees seemed like we were in their way of having a super easy job. This place is FANTASTIC! We were in need of a place to host a small bridal shower (~ 10 people) and their conference room was PERFECT. They allowed us to bring in decorations and use their screencast to share videos from out of town friends that could not attend. The staff was amazing at making us all feel welcome and quickly accommodated our request to purchase gift cards for each guest in advance of their arrival.
