I guess things don't really change. I ordered naked chicken and they are SMALL!! One being incredibly small. Like the fries were larger in length. The size was the small as their tiny sauce lids. It's like a damn chicken nugget size! For the money they charge they should have better quality,

This is my kids go to place whenever they want chicken. Food is good, service is always friendly and the bread...what can I say about the bread... DELICIOUS. They have indoor and outdoor seating and the red is always clean.

I am a huge cane's fan that recently moved to the area so I was excited to try this location. As usual, the fries, chicken and Texas toast tasted awesome. Make sure to get plenty of cane's sauce because that's the star of the show. A Caniac combo was enough for me and my wife. Only complaints I had are that the chicken seems to be getting smaller (shrinkflation?) and service was just so so here. The restaurant however is very nice and spotless, don't think I've ever seen a location this clean!

Tenders the size of the sauce cup.

I ordered the 6 piece and got basically nugget sized tenders. Very disappointing because we love canes. They around the size of the sauce cup.

    3 finger combo

Upland raising canes does not give enough fries and forgets sauces. This happens more than once. I try to give it shot because they are open late, however, they give little fries and sometimes the smallest tenders. Upland Raising Cane's does not live up to other locations.

Very stingy with proportions, I have a small hand and this picture is very telling of what I mean lol

Ordered the box combo and they gave me only 3 wings instead of the 4 & barely any fries & only one sauce. Horrible experience UPDATE: The amazing manager Gabriel reached out to me and gave me a new meal for free. Thank you SO MUCH! That's how you manage!

The food is always good here. It's hot and fresh, and their pink lemonade is really good also. I love the Louisiana hot sauce mixed with the Canes sauce. Phenomenal

Chicken what else can I say. Besides ya better get a cup of sauce to go with that Bird, fries check. No slaw extra toast. For here on the spot. Dunkin chicken while it's hot, busy or slow our order is always hot n fresh n ready to go, by the time you get your receipt. N fill up that sweet tea your names called , fast quality service every time . But beware to much chicken and sauce will leave you feeling lost in a food coma. Paste your self and don't get burnt out cos this chicken spot is the new In and out.

    Box combo extra sauce

Unfortunately all the food I premade usually when I go and the fries are always cold ...the bread unfortunately was stale too ... the staff seemed stressed and unhappy. The service was fast. Update 8:48am : do not eat here. My stomach has not known peace all morning.

1 Love (do you see the "1"?). Located at 12625 Frederick St, just south of the 60 freeway in Moreno Valley.

"Winner, winner, chicken dinner!" LOCATION / ENVIRONMENT It's a win for Moreno Valley now that Raising Cane's moved in. Located just south of the 60 freeway on Frederick St and Center Point Dr, this fast food shop will make your tastebuds water. It is spacious inside and there are plenty of seats. Dine-in, Drive-Thru, and Online Orders welcome. Tip: Download their app! FOOD If you've never experienced Raising Cane's, you're in for a treat. They offer quality chicken finger meals - and it definitely is best to eat it fresh. I would not recommend leftovers. Their chicken fingers are not over battered but has a subtle crunch and juicy tender white meat on the inside. Dip it into their famous Cane's Sauce for that authentic taste. And, if you're a true foodie, order your toast "BoB style", which is Butter on Both sides. Pro-Tip: Create a Raising Cane's BoB-style Sandwich! Take a BoB-style toast, add Coleslaw in between the toast, top with a Chicken Finger, and drizzle some of that Cane's Sauce! Pair it with a Lemonade or Sweet Tea to complete your meal. Yum! (you're welcome) STAFF / PARKING Because it is Grand Opening Week, be kind to their employees! Be patient. Follow the traffic. There is plenty of parking but it is pretty tight, especially coming out of the drive-thru. Overall, great place to pick up a quick meal to share with family or friends - or eat if you have a big appetite!

Very excited to have a canes in town! The location is a shopping area and is a bit small with parking, but I do see that they added more parking spaces nearby. I went grand opening evening and it was packed. The drive thru line was really long, but they had a security handling it all. Inside the line was long, but the wait was not too bad. I waited around 10 minutes to order and around 15 minutes to get my food. Just be patient with the workers as it is new. I got the caniac combo with 6 pieces of chicken tenders and subbed the cole slaw for an extra piece of toast because I personally do not like cole slaw. The fries were a bit salty. Some of the pieces of the chicken were really small compared to the other times I had canes, but considering they are new and it was packed, they probably wanted to make everything quick and get their customers their order. I would definitely come back but wait until it dies down a bit.

I finally made it back to my hometown and had to stop by Portillo's in Moreno Valley again!!!!…read more This was the first time I decided to try their burgers and boy I'm glad I did because I've definitely been missing out. The char-grilled burgers were cooked perfectly--juicy, flavorful, and loaded with fresh toppings. The Italian beef sandwich was tender, juicy, and even better with the hot and spicy peppers that added the perfect kick. The French fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. And if you're ordering fries, the cheese sauce is a must--it takes them to the next level! Daughter had the Chopped Salad with spicy chicken, and it was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor. The spicy chicken added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the salad. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh, and the staff was friendly. If you're looking for delicious burgers, amazing Italian beef sandwiches, crispy fries with cheese sauce, and a fresh, satisfying salad, Portillo's in Moreno Valley is definitely worth a visit!

I ordered the chili dog with onions and got a side of nacho type cheese to dip it in and for the Fries...... Not bad overall, but the chili had BEANS in it and was too watery. It needs to be THICK like at Tommy's and Cupid's. The fries were no big deal. Speedy service, as the inside was just about empty on Thursday around 3 p.m. How about selling just the raw dogs so we can take them home and make our own? These were not anywhere near as good as Cupid's in the San Fernando Valley on Winnetka.....which has been the gold standard for decades!!

The chicken is as good as it gets, perfect batter and execution. The fries, however, were the polar opposite. Undercooked, limp, hard to believe the contrast between the chicken and this mess that I couldn't eat after the first few bites. This is the suggestion part: Be sure the cooks know how to shake the basket and recognize when the regular fries are properly cooked and crisp. I read a lot of other reviews saying they had issues with the fries also. My second trip was via drive-thru and I ordered the amazing pastrami burger. Just incredible, really. I get why they're popular. Based on the first time I decided to try the curly fries to see if it would be a better outcome. It was, fortunately, and I think this is what I'll get henceforth, or onion rings, which are still untried. Anyhow, the girl at the window forgot to give me the drink and I'm still wondering how my bill reached $22, but I'll ask specifically next for the receipt and breakdown. Four stars for now with reservations.

The lobby is spacious, clean, organized, and offers both table and booth options. I came specifically for a chicken salad, and it did not disappoint, so fresh and tasty. Their burger is another win; I got it lettuce-wrapped, and it was so satisfying. I love that they pack it in a sturdy box instead of a paper bag. It kept everything together and totally mess-free. Major props to the kitchen for the excellent takeout presentation! Also, I really enjoy their fried zucchinis, it's one of my absolute favorites here. The staff behind the counter was welcoming and efficient. I had a good experience and I'm looking forward to coming back and checking out their breakfast menu.
