This place is not like the normal Cane's, I work at Raising Cane's in Chino, and I thought I would swing by here and see how it is, cause I was in the area, I regret my visit. There crew never spoke to me once other that taking my order, and even then, the cashier wasn't the best My chicken had half the batter missing, the bird was cold, and my fries were cold and burnt, they gave me an extra Cane's sauce which is cool for me I guess. But worse of all, Cane's is all about looking nice and presentable, the tables were messy, trash on the floor, and half the crew members had there shirts untucked. Everybody hyped up this place said it was really great but I was disappointed with the size of the coleslaw and we had a mobile order and we had to fill our own drinks also the ice machine was out of ice and we had to go back to the counter to get ice and Go through the crowd to get drinks most places have your drinks already so you just grab and go. My kiddos asked for Canes so I went and was so impressed by the customer service from NiNi. She was in the sun on the hottest part of the day taking our order. She had the best attitude, super bubbly and didn't mind that our order was a bit chaotic since I was getting our order via text message. I wouldn't say this is the worst canes but I've definitely been to better it's just a hit or miss at this location. There has been times that the food has been great others that it's upsetting to get food that's either lukewarm, salty or just soggy and cold especially since the food is so expensive it's usually a treat to go out and eat. I don't know if I will be going to this location much anymore I just visited tonight and they not only didn't have the best customer service but yet forgot the small things like my straws for our combos and my fries were salty coleslaw tasted off the quality wasn't there . I'm honestly somewhat of a regular here coming minimum two times a month but tonight was my definitely last time after countless interactions with rude staff members. The men are really nice to be honest however the women are almost always annoyed and rude. They are usually the ones standing taking your order and never greet or listen to order changes/modifications However this particular time today 06/16/23 at around 11:15pm was absolutely unnecessary. The lady was extremely rude telling me to hold on when I was waiting for about 5-10 minutes at the speaker WHILE take in mind the other lane with the other speaker is having cars pass through progressively. While I waited to even ORDER my food over 3 cars had fully ordered and was about to receive there meals. I told her my order, just getting a usual Caniac combo with one extra sauce and exchange coleslaw for bread. I opened my meal and no extra sauce or bread or EVEN COLESLAW. This was by far the worst experienced I have ever had at fast food in general. Definitely won't be coming here anymore at all and I honestly genuinely don't think you should either. My friend asked if it was possible to separate the box combo into 2 boxes, 1 with chicken & 1 with the rest of the items. Food was ready when we arrived. I guess we should've checked if the food was hot, because when we got home the chicken was cold. There was way more batter than there was chicken and it was dry. Love raising canes one of my favorite spots to eat. Most of the workers are amazing and helpful. But today I asked for easy ice and the drinks were filled half way with ice so I asked if they could pour one with lite ice. Worker at the window was kind and said ok. But the girl pouring the drinks said "Oh my god" right in front of us. That's very unprofessional. As if we are a bother, when she did her job wrong. We customers are paying for our food and the service. I don't know what it is with this generation but people used to be proud of their job no matter the position, they took pride in their work. Whenever you hear the name Raising Cane's you know it's the place to go for amazing chicken!!!! I have been going to Raising Canes for years in Pico and Downey area. I moved out to Moreno Valley a few months ago and was so excited when I heard a spot was opening up over here! I couldn't wait to go with my husband and enjoy a delicious meal. Sadly, this spot was the biggest disappointment ever. The chicken, fries, and bread all tasted like old grease. It was disgusting. The lemonade tasted like tap water and the sprite was flat. I could not believe it! It was sooooooooooooo bad. I thought okay they're new and maybe they need a little while to get up to speed. We have tried this place 4 times in Moreno Valley and will never go back!!!!! I love this restaurant and really appreciate their eye for quality in the way they prepare their food however this location needs some serious help. They are the lowest rated Raising Canes and I see why. My husband and I satisfy our hunger for some bomb chicken by driving all the way to the Menifee location instead. Yes, that's how had it is.
