    3 piece meal

Yummy chicken fingers! The service is quick and efficient. The ambience is that of a fast food place like KFC etc. I found the mayo dip to be small, they should give two. Order 4 fingers instead of 3 if you are hungry, they finish fast. Overall, recommended.

It's cheat day and I've chosen Raising Cane's! I know Cane's has a cult following so this review will be an unpopular but honest opinion. I've passed this location a lot but it's always a madhouse so I just ordered ahead online for pickup. Upon entering, it was chaos - whoever designed the layout must have been joking. It's incredibly confusing, and there are no signs or designated lines just people everywhere. Finally a cashier opened up for me to ask about pickup orders and the good news is my food was ready on time. I was not impressed with their plastic bag or styrofoam packaging and by the time I got home the chicken breading was coming off from the moisture. I did like the Cane's sauce but otherwise I thought my 3-piece meal was just ok, nothing special. I have to say, I really don't understand the hype. 2.5/5 stars rounded down.

Quick friendly service, nice atmosphere- opposite to millennium park (crown fountain side). They got a set meal options, we picked the three chicken fingers, Texas toast and crinkle fries with fountain soda. The chicken fingers were oily, crisp on the outside, lacked flavor. But they are the typical OG. I enjoyed the crinkle fries more! Their dip was good We shared this meal between two and it was a perfect portion size. Grab a bite when in the neighborhood!

I was here on Sunday with my friend for dinner, we ordered the Caniac Combo. We must have been really hungry since we finished that and ordered the Box Combo after. Everything was good, however maybe we ate too much because our stomachs were not happy after lol. Other than that, the staff were friendly & I liked the decor/ambiance of the restaurant.

I've eaten Cane's a few times prior to visiting this location. This Is my first time here. It's large, lots of seating and it is very clean. It's busy but the service is very swift and sufficient. It seems as if Cane's is an acquired taste, either people like it or they don't. I like it and yes I do recommend.

i literally had a black hair in my sauce. this is disgusting ! i have blonde hair and made sure to include that so no one can say its mine. i dont know if employees wear hair nets or just have to hair up but this is nasty af.

This Raising Cane's is directly across from the famous Millennium Park! While it is super busy inside, the line when I quick! Friendly service and ample seating for a guests! Also free refills !

Friendly staff, shockingly mediocre food for a somewhat higher price point and the special cane's sauce is NOTHING SPECIAL. This was my first time trying the chain. Doubt I'll try again.....

Honestly... this was my first time ever trying Cane's. Personally, it tasted exactly like Zaxby's but not as good. This location on Michigan Avenue it was extremely packed. I spent $20 on a combo meal and didn't get my bread or my coleslaw. The food is exactly what you expect.. except they were chicken fingers with unseasoned cold fries. I give it three out of five just because I do like chicken fingers but I won't be going back here again.

The place itself was a complete zoo. So busy, so loud, lots of people standing around and waiting, everything was a mess. It took awhile to get my food. 3 stars because the chicken was hot and delicious. The toast was really good too. However, the fries were barely warm. I would get raising canes food again, just at a different location.

    That Texas Toast tho...

Chicken is dry and have no flavor, fries have no seasoning, and the canes sauce is not that good. Zaxbys is 10x better than raising canes.

It is a pretty neat place when went in I saw that they have a lot of memorabilia all around the place. Also famous people have also been there with their autographs on their pictures. This place was quite busy which tells me that it must be good. It was very organized you can order your meal on a kiosk or at the counter. We decided to order it at the counter I ordered a famous Chicago hot dog which is an all beef hot dog on a poppy seed bun topped with chop onions, sweet pickle relish, tomato slices, dill pickle and a small spicy pepper with no ketchup but does have yellow mustard the price you could not bet it was very reasonable my guest ordered an Italian sandwich. After ordering the cashier gives you a receipt with your number on it and you step to the side. Then you wait until your number is called and that's how you get your order. Yes it was crowded but we waited for our two items for at least a half an hour which to me was unacceptable but besides that the place is really neat to try and the hot dog as well as the Italian sandwich was delicious definitely will be back again fingers crossed that we don't have to wait so long but the wait was worth it. They also have lots of seating around the restaurant. There is a second story as well you could sit up there.

Upon Arrival we were greeted by Host Gio and taken to our table we started with appetizers and drinks then ordered. My brother and I ordered sandwiches ( 1 Philly Ribeye Steak and 1 Chicken Parmigiana ) and shared a small pizza. The majority of our guests ordered the lasagna. I was starting to think they knew something we didn't . I can still remember every bite of the food, the pesto sauce on the sandwich, made every bite invigorating and had me in a hurry to bite again. We ordered an assortment of desserts that looked heavenly ; we passed around plates and smiles. Lastly We finished off with various coffee drinks. From A to Z Host Gio and Owner Nick made the most pleasant experience for my family and I. I will be returning to indulge in the flavors. I've already informed my Mother, My Lady, and Friends to expect to visit; it was that good

Our servers were still engaged with us even though there were many customers to attend to. They also helped answer any questions we had. Restaurant was clean and well organized. Music wasn't on loud and we felt comfortable in our seats. The food was alright. Upon tasting, we could tell everything was well made (fresh tastings, balanced flavors and fluffy bread) but it wasn't exactly outstanding or that much better than average. Maybe if we tried something else we'd enjoy it that much more but we don't know. Also something that was just a slight inconvenience was that the bathroom was on the second floor.

It was the perfect place for us to link up, talk about what was happening later, and figure out what we were going to get into. Listen, the entire place was a total vibe! The staff wore their retro fits and mingled with the patrons. The bright neon, the teal and turquoise walls, and the hot pink accents were phenomenal. I absolutely loved the color scheme. The black-and-white tile definitely took it back to the diners from back in the heyday. Not my day, but somebody's day, okay?! And they put on a whole show! The staff started singing "Car Wash," and listen, it was a total vibe. They are loud, okay? They might sing right up on you and have you sitting there like, "Okayyyy!!!!" But it was never disrespectful. That is simply the aura and energy they bring, and we were here for it. Every time you go out for breakfast, you don't want just a meal, okay? We were out of town, and we wanted to enjoy ourselves. We wanted an experience, and that is exactly what this place gave us. It's fun. It's retro. It's loud. It's divey. If you want somewhere quiet, this might not be the place for you. But if you want great energy, fun outfits, singing, and a lively atmosphere, go ahead and pull up! We had an absolutely great time. Again, the outfits, the aura, and the energy made the whole experience!
