This Chick-fil-a is schnazzy! The service was swift even though it was very crowded. There is seating outdoors on the terrace or inside; via stairs or elevator. Upstairs is very clean and so well decorated, it makes you want to linger. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

I stopped by here on a Tuesday morning around 10am while on the way to a walking tour. I placed my order for 2 chicken biscuits via app prior to arriving. It didn't seem too busy and looked like they were short staffed. This was my first time seeing a CFA use a conveyor belt to have ordered come to the front. I assume the kitchen is in the back or somewhere else, like upstairs, out of sight. They have a monitor that tells you orders in progress and orders that are ready. When it says ready, that doesn't mean that it's at the front ready to given. I came to realize that it may mean that the kitchen finished preparing it. You should expect a few more minutes to receive it. It took longer than expected to receive my food after placing the order. I love CFA and go there often back in NC where I live, as I was visiting on vacation. The sandwiches were smaller than I'm used to and the biscuit wasn't as soft. It was fresh and tasty, nonetheless. They have an upstairs for indoor dining, which I didn't go to as I didn't have the time. This was an interesting CFA experience; definitely different than NC.

This is without a doubt the nicest chick-fil-a location I've ever visited. They have 2 levels. First level is for ordering and pickup and the second level has plenty of seating. I was really impressed they actually have a small play area for kids that's sectioned off. There are window seats facing Michigan Avenue so you get to eat with a view. The entire upstairs space was very clean when I visited. Upstairs is easily accessible by the elevator or stairs. They have a bathroom with a code that comes on your receipt. Prices here are higher than at other locations. No surprise here but food is still what you'd expect from any of their stores. I would recommend ordering ahead on the app and picking up at the counter.

Stopped by this Chick-fil-A for a quick bite to eat on a Saturday morning since I was just staying right across the street at the intercontinental hotel. This was a unique looking Chick-fil-A unlike others I had seen before. It is two stories where the first story is where you get in line to order and wait for your food/do pick ups. The top floor is where all the seating for dine in is located. The kitchen area had a cool system that moved food from upstairs kitchen to the downstairs kitchen which was really cool and a nice idea. There was a small line when I got there, but it moved quickly. Overall, it was maybe a little cleaner than you'd expect a city fast food shop to be, but not nearly as clear as their more suburban sites I've been to. The servers were all super friendly and helpful. I came just in time for breakfast so I got myself a 4 count of Chick-n-Mini's and hashbrowns. They were both really good and had no complaints. Hot and fresh. Very consistent with all of the other Chick-fil-A's I've been to.

This was my first time at this location and wow it's night and day comparison with the one on state and lake . It's so much more secluded and spacious minus all the chaos you usually expect. Order came out super quick and staff were really friendly. Chicken sandwich was great and fries were super fresh. I actually ordered an iced tea I wasn't the biggest fan of and they switched my drink for me and refunded me for the inconvenience. Honestly service like that is rare these days so appreciate that level of accountability in this economy. Will definitely be back

Chick fil a 2.1/10: chic fil a sauce is disgusting, chicken nuggets WAYYY over seasoned, And the fries were insanely salty, although customer service was really good. Comfy seats chipped paint wall near where we were sitting. Elevator is VERY slow but there is people cleaning at almost all times. The water was good quality and I got a large and it should up to the title of large. Drinks were the best part of the meal. Final review 2.2/10

I got a free sandwich offer in the mail. It was my first time at this new location. It was clean and looked modern. They added some extra technology the trash is smart and there's an u shaped assembly line along the wall behind the menu that shipped my sandwich from the kitchen to the front. Also the staff was friendly! My sandwich was amazing as usual!

It's nice to have a Chick-fil-A in the neighborhood. Like always, the service is great and there food is consistent. I love that they positioned the restaurant in a location that is away from the Target parking lot and allowed traffic flow to be easily managed.

Based on other locations this one is just okay. There is no side salad option!? So I ordered a full salad and it had plenty of decaying lettuce - fail. Main chicken sandwich (I order mine minus the bun) was good. French fries on par. I did not like the wait and get your food approach. We dined in, most places bring it to you. Felt like a sub-par experience for inflated prices.

This is the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to! It's super nice, clean, staff are very friendly, and food comes out so fast. They also have a smart trash can that compacts the garbage. They need to implement these systems and processes in all of the other stores!! Food tastes great as always and is consistent! They have indoor dining and restrooms on the second floor. Restroom codes are located on the receipt.

We visited on a Tuesday morning around 10:00am and were seated right away. The menu focuses on farm to table California style cuisine and it certainly delivered. I usually go for savory breakfasts but love a sweet treat mixed in here and there. We started with their apple coffee cake which was crumbly and gooey at the same time, with perfectly cooked apple chunks, a delicate, crumbled topping and a perfectly oil-glazed exterior. We each ordered their daily quiche, one vegetable based and one meat based. Truly my only complaint was this was more of a frittata than quiche given there was no flakey, buttery crust to support the eggs, however, the dish was still delicious. My red pepper and white cheese slice was hot, rich and bouncy with impeccable flavor and texture. The meat quiche was well received by my dining partner as well. And how can I forget the side salad? Probably amongst the most impressive I've tasted...shaved brussel sprouts, kale and cabbage make up the simple base with a caper vinaigrette that provides a umami hit to balance out the soft, rich egg bake. On top of it all, the woman who managed the cafe popped by our table a few times to ensure we were enjoying our meal.
