The location on 4th street by the loop is absolutely awful! Dirty as all get out and the staff are rude and condescendin. I asked for something to use to wipe my own table down and got the third degree. They didn't even give me anything to clean with either! They also didn't wipe down my table or those around us. We stopped by around noon, so I expected it to be busy. I ordered the chargrilled club and while I didn't mind the longer wait, the sandwich unfortunately came out cold, which was disappointing. Definitely the best in lubbock; I will however say that recently the drive through has been really long, and even when it hasn't been long the food has been taking longer than usual. You can not miss with Chic-Fil-A! The food is great (especially breakfast!) but the atmosphere has two major flaws in my book: One, it is always filled with kids whose parents are not mindful that not everybody wants to hear there kid screaming for ice cream (or the playground). The second is the parking, dear god the parking is terrible. I honestly think it would cause less trouble if you just parked in the middle on Slide and crossed the street. If you can handle the sketchy parking and have some ear plugs then I would recommend a stop. read more

My husband and I have been to this location at least 100 times and the experience is always wonderful but today we went through the drive thru and Brooke (the woman at the window) NICEST woman I have ever met!! We had to wait a few minutes for the food so she was talking to us about our day, our weekend plans, the weather changing just everything with a smile on her face! I also overheard her training a woman and man would I love to be trained by her! So respectful and sweet. read more

I don't eat chick fil a often but this past week I've had a craving for it. I've ordered 3 different times and each time I was missing an item from my meal. It's very frustrating to have to go back multiple times to get the rest of my meal while the rest of my food sits at home getting cold. This is an updated review. This restaurant redeemed itself as a Chick fil A. Service was good. The salads, chicken nuggets, and chicken sandwiches were all perfect. The lemonade delish. It's also nice they carry an AJ. Other stores don't. Sometimes it is good to look through the paper rather than on one's phone. They didn't ask if I wanted a refill. I'm confident I can say this is the most absurdly crowded Chick-Fil A in the state, if not the country. The drive thru line can try to wrap twice around the building, which is only a problem for you because it fills the parking lot. This rating isn't a smack at the people working here. The food is exactly what you'd expect from Chick-Fil A: a good braised and breaded chicken, much better than you'd expect from a chain. The service is good, and they really try to get the line going. But you can only do so much, and the layout of this place can cause traffic problems on the surrounding streets. This is a great CFA, they have their drive through down to a science and can get you through pretty quickly. Food is always great, I mean it's CFA! The lady in the drive thru acted like I couldn't get the spicy chicken sandwich instead of the original chicken sandwich which made me mad. Then she thought I asked for a large lemonade instead of a large waffle fry. And for my condiments she thought I asked for ketchup which I didn't.
