Jersey Mikes is the best sub place ever. I got their #13 and added extra pickles and banana peppers. They often email coupons so I used mine and got $2 off my regular sized, normally ~ $10 sub! It was the most delicious sub I've had in my life, I never usually add banana peppers but this time I did and it elevated it so much. I did a mobile order and picked it up when I arrived. This girl loves a good sandwich ;'in fact it was my number one craving after I had both of my babies and could finally eat deli meat again...yay! Needless to say I know a good sandwich and sadly this Jersey Mikes did not meet expectations. My mom and I wandered in one day expecting to order and devour delicious subs but we were greatly disappointed with the entire experience. The staff were friendly but extremely slow; we waited 20 minutes for 3 subs. When we finally ate our food it was lacking flavor and the bread was stale and dry. For a company that boasts in their freshly sliced meats and fresh toppings this was very surprising. The cost of our lunch wasn't cheap either, we might as well gone to a nice place for lunch rather than gotten supposedly fast food. The inside of Jersey Mikes is clean enough and has plenty of tables to dine at, however their drink machine was broken at the time and it didn't appear as though anyone was around to clean up or fix things. If you want a good quick sandwich for lunch I do not recommend this Jersey Mikes; maybe they are too busy or maybe just not well run, but either way the food is lacking and the service is slow. read more

Change your gloves & wipe your tables & chairs! My first Jersey Mike's experience. A little disappointed, the food was gresh, bread was good , but ever since we sat, an employee who was handling the bread and adding ingrediends in sandwiches then wrap and bag, our whole visit, NEVER EVER tried to change his gloves. i told the manager as i was leaving, she replied " he was just sprinkling", which he wasn't, we were there & every thing is on cameras. And we saw it all. Just take it and fix the mistake. Not going back there, but I'll give a different location maybe a try. So bummed. They mixed up my order. I'm super kind and nice with everyone I interact with. Our sandwich was wrong, wife can't have vinger and oil. I genuinely enjoy jersey mikes. I totally forgot this location existed so we decided to stop in for lunch today... and I immediately remembered why I had forgotten all about it. I really do not expect much from a sub shop at all, yet this location is still disappointing. Upon arriving, there were four associates behind the counter. One actually working, another taking his time but attempting to work, and then two standing and talking to each other. Efficiency during lunch hour? Crazy request I suppose. There was a line to the end of the counter the entire time we were in there.. and it didn't seem to be getting any faster. I get the #8 club which tastes just fine, but when I went to get my drink I noticed some of the black mold on the ice dispenser as pointed out in previous reviews. Yuck.. still there. After sitting at a booth I realized the entire place is just dirty and not taken care of... stains all down the side of the wall next to the booth. Tables with crumbs and stains everywhere... just not the nicest. Finally, I noticed a female employee with gloves on writing down orders, then proceed to make a sandwich without swapping them out. That did it for me. I'm not returning to this location unless I am dragged against my will, and even then, I'd probably just get food from a neighboring establishment instead. I usually love Jersey Mike's. This location was not impressive. There were no other customers and nobody else around, I was here on Sunday when everything was closed because of the virus. I got a #8 tub. Maybe the gals working here didn't appreciate being exposed to customers. They were unpleasant. One put a tiny bit of lettuce in the tub even though they seemed to have plenty. I didn't even want to interact with them to ask for more. For 9.65 I could have gotten an entire to-go lunch meal from Olive Garden. This was a sad little lunch. Jersey's Mike's makes a good premium sandwich that for the most part is better then the rest. A few nights ago, I found myself at Capriotti's waiting over twenty minutes for my sandwich to be made right. You can read that review, but it made me think about all the different Cheese Steaks sandwiches in the area. There are no Geno's or Pat's nearby that could take their crown; but I've always found Jersey Mike's and Corleone's on Northsight have done a better job then most. And, I really don't mean that as a back handed complement. This afternoon, I stopped by and ordered a 8" Big Kahuna Cheese Steak to see if my memory and/or my stomach was playing tricks on me. And, for the most part, I would say that Jersey Mike's does a great job. I paid $7.25 for the sandwich, and another $2.19 for chips and a drink. The total came to $10.32, which is a full dollar cheaper then Capriotti's; and there I didn't get chips for my $11.53. Now, granted their sub was 12" to Jersey Mike's 8", but Mike's was just as good! Though admittedly I have a weakness for Capriotti's bread with their corn meal bottoms. Not being from Philly and not wanting to tread on somebody else turf (and Cheese Whiz aside), but I'm going to give Jersey Mike's Four Stars to Capriotti's Three and half Stars. If it was lunch rush OK but it was 2:30 pm. Upon walking in one male employee was sitting on the counter on his phone playing video games loud enough to hear the entire game! I placed my order with his coworker while he sat on the counter playing his game the entire time (actually whole time I ate in). Complete unprofessionalism. Trash at soda counter overflowing to on-top of counter, soda spilt over counter, multiple dirty tables and dirty floor. I really like Jersey Mike's, but I find it annoying when stores don't honor their own posted business hours. They advertise being open every day until 9:00 PM. I was there at 8:30 tonight and was told that they cannot make hot sandwiches because the grills were already turned off. Luckily for me, I wanted a cold sub anyway. Food was ok, but the 2 stars are for the gross bathrooms ( it's for both M & F) they don't have one for each, so when my 7 yo daughter wanted to use the bathroom and there's pee all.over the seat from a grown ass man who uses it before her, of course seat up because why bother... no thank you!!! This is my favorite place to get subs. Came in for 3 giant subs one of which was the philly cheese steak with chipole mayo. The last time I looked phillycheese steak subs have onions in them so WHY DOES THIS STORE HAVE NO ONIONS??? And that's not the only subs that require onions. The other two giant italian combos i ordered get thin raw onions as well. How does the management not know it is running out of onions? I had no choice but to get the philly cheese steak with only peppers and hope that the recipient doesn't mind. It was disappointing to make a trip to this location and find out that they cannot make sandwichs as described on their menu. read more

Walked in very close to closing and wasn't aware that the grille turns off at 8:45pm (haven't been told this before) and the girls were nice and accommodated. I'm sure they're used to it given the part of town but were very customer friendly and got it for us.
