This is disgraceful and disgusting. I just bought this 2 days ago and it's slimey and gooey. This meat supposed to be dry. Your just don't care if you give customers food Bourne illness. Remind you I pay more for every item through door dash. I pay service fee and delivery fee to get raw meat . This was for. 70yr old woman with dementia. Shame on you raleys. Just a few weeks ago you had the nerve to sell packaged rotten apples . Now this you want me to have food poisoning

It's a shame the grocery store don't have customer service skill I went yet to buy at the deli department and the man wasn't very helpful and They should improved the ability to perform their job not misleading customers that man made me feel bad

I mistakenly told my friends and colleagues to order online delivery from Raleys as my family had been loyal customers for decades. I ordered online delivery for groceries from Raleys. I received $22 of inedible food for a $80 food order. The Raleys rep said she must have mistakenly taken the food from the wrong expired food cart that was meant to be discarded. I think she did it on purpose because the rotten black grapes were placed in a additional plastic bag. The okay red grapes that I ordered were in original packaging. I received: Activia package of 8 bottles that expired in five days Black grapes that were rotting and inedible Bag of Salad that was rotting and inedible I was also Charged but didn't receive rotisserie chicken. I looked for the chicken a few hours later and realized I had not received it. I called the store and she already knew that I had not received it. The Raleys employee did not inform me when I had spoken to her earlier. She refused to refund my credit card. She said she would credit my Raleys Something Extra card which forces you to not receive your money back. You have to spend money to use the credit. At the time I was a cancer caregiver and couldn't leave patient to return items at the store. I will never shop at Raleys again. Shop Safeway or Walmart online delivery if you can't go to the store. If you have a problem, they actually refund your money and they don't select rotten or expired food items.

All the workers here are sweet, the store is neat, and everything is fresh. I usually don't have to wait in a long line and the accept WIC. They also have fresh made food you can pick up, including sushi. A cake station which you can also ask them to add anything you want. Last time I asked which was last month, the guy told me there wasn't a USPS inside anymore but the sign is still showing in the front.

What is the remodeling about? Do you know when it will b over?

Hi Claire! A few of our stores get a face lift every couple of years and right now it just happens to be the Suisun City stores turn. Unfortunately, as of now we do not have an estimated time of completion. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I love beef patties so I decided I'd give it a try! The special for Monday was goat (not my fav) and chicken...but I chose to just get patties.....until I got there. Upon arrival, the staff were very welcoming and greeted us with beautiful smiles. The music was playing gospel!!! My favorite!! Yay!! And I didn't even realize at first. Hehehe.. The establishment had snacks, drinks, clothes, fresh ginger, frozen fresh fish, oils, ice cream, soaps...you name it! They had it! When it was time to order, I told them I was skeptical of the goat and was thinking about passing on the chicken this time. BUT he insisted...and when he showed me the chicken, it looked and smelled amazing!!! So I said what the heck! I went from only getting 2 beef patties to buying 2 stewed chicken plates ($15), 4 patties ($3.75 each), 1 festival bread ($0.99) and 2 coco breads ($2.75 each) for a total of about ($60-$65). Everything was a 10/10!!!! No kidding!!!! We also got 2 mango drinks (less than $5 for both) and a pack of sherly cookies ($2.50). One of the drinks was 100% juice, and they had many other traditional Jamaican beverages as well as non-alcoholic drinks. I live in the Berkeley area but I will be making the drive again and again!! I'm hooked! :), "Every Little Thing Jamaican" is everything I've been looking for I Jamaican food!!! I love how they pack the sandwiches with quality meats and ingredients. I ordered the pastrami and turkey with provolone cheese and all the trimmings (toppings.) Every bite was delicious. The perfect balance of pastrami, roasted turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, oil and vinegar, and heavy mayo on a sourdough hoagie roll. The sandwich was fresh and I could taste the quality of the meats. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich, which I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. You will definitely be happy when you grab one of these amazing sandwiches for yourself.

I've been coming to this sandwich shop for more than 20 years, and unfortunately, my latest visit…read moremay be my last. I understand that inflation has affected everyone. Prices for food, labor, and supplies have gone up, and as customers we've learned to expect higher prices. What I didn't expect was to pay significantly more and receive a sandwich that was noticeably smaller than what this shop built its reputation on. Years ago, these sandwiches were so large that finishing one in a single sitting was nearly impossible. Today, the sandwich was so small that I almost ate the entire thing and was still left wondering where the rest of it went. Long-time customers notice these changes. It's disappointing to watch a place you've supported for decades slowly reduce portions while increasing prices. At some point, the value simply isn't there anymore. I have many good memories of eating here over the years, but if I'm paying premium prices for a sandwich that no longer feels premium, I might as well make my lunch at home. I never thought I'd say that about this place, but that's where I am today.

Ever since my company transitioned to working from home, I don't get to visit nearly as often. Now it's more like once every year or two, so I decided it was time to come back and see if my old favorites were still as good as I remembered. I ordered two items that I used to get all the time: the tri-tip breakfast burrito and the Southwest tri-tip wrap. The restaurant is still a great place to grab breakfast or lunch. They have comfortable booths, a few tables, bar seating, and music playing in the background that gives the place a nice vibe. The menu is displayed on the wall along with their daily specials. One thing I noticed is that my old favorites weren't listed anymore, so I had to ask for them specifically. They also sell some of their food cold so you can take it home and heat it up later, which is a nice option if you're craving their food. The cashier was friendly, but I think she was new because she wasn't familiar with the tri-tip breakfast burrito or the Southwest tri-tip wrap. Another employee stepped in to help, and everything was taken care of without any issues. The two meals came to around $37-$39, with each item costing roughly $17-$19. It's definitely on the expensive side, so I was hoping everything would be just as amazing as I remembered. The tri-tip breakfast burrito absolutely delivered. It was a generous size, wrapped in a nicely grilled tortilla, and packed with plenty of eggs, cheese, and flavorful tri-tip. As I was eating it, I realized I forgot to ask them to add peppers like I used to, and I also wish I had ordered salsa on the side. Even without those additions, it was still every bit as good as I remembered. I would absolutely order the tri-tip breakfast burrito again. Unfortunately, the Southwest tri-tip wrap didn't have the same magic. The Southwest sauce looked a little discolored, the meat didn't really look like tri-tip, and the overall flavor just wasn't what I remembered from years ago. For the price, I expected a much better sandwich. Since I've had so many great experiences here over the years, I'm willing to give the wrap another chance because it's possible I just caught them on an off day. Overall, it was great coming back to a place that holds so many memories. The tri-tip breakfast burrito reminded me exactly why I used to come here several times a week, while the Southwest tri-tip wrap left me a little disappointed. Even so, I'll definitely be back for another breakfast burrito, and I'll give the wrap one more try before making up my mind.
