Lots of imported meats from what I saw and they had tiramisu and house made cannolis! They have a whole case of Italian sweets which is a big plus! I went from only getting 2 beef patties to buying 2 stewed chicken plates ($15), 4 patties ($3.75 each), 1 festival bread ($0.99) and 2 coco breads ($2.75 each) for a total of about ($60-$65). Everything was a 10/10!!!! No kidding!!!! We also got 2 mango drinks (less than $5 for both) and a pack of sherly cookies ($2.50). One of the drinks was 100% juice, and they had many other traditional Jamaican beverages as well as non-alcoholic drinks. I live in the Berkeley area but I will be making the drive again and again!! I love how they pack the sandwiches with quality meats and ingredients. I ordered the pastrami and turkey with provolone cheese and all the trimmings (toppings.) Every bite was delicious. The perfect balance of pastrami, roasted turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, oil and vinegar, and heavy mayo on a sourdough hoagie roll. They have comfortable booths, a few tables, bar seating, and music playing in the background that gives the place a nice vibe. The menu is displayed on the wall along with their daily specials. One thing I noticed is that my old favorites weren't listed anymore, so I had to ask for them specifically. They also sell some of their food cold so you can take it home and heat it up later, which is a nice option if you're craving their food. The cashier was friendly, but I think she was new because she wasn't familiar with the tri-tip breakfast burrito or the Southwest tri-tip wrap. Another employee stepped in to help, and everything was taken care of without any issues. The two meals came to around $37-$39, with each item costing roughly $17-$19. It's definitely on the expensive side, so I was hoping everything would be just as amazing as I remembered. The tri-tip breakfast burrito absolutely delivered. It was a generous size, wrapped in a nicely grilled tortilla, and packed with plenty of eggs, cheese, and flavorful tri-tip. As I was eating it, I realized I forgot to ask them to add peppers like I used to, and I also wish I had ordered salsa on the side. Even without those additions, it was still every bit as good as I remembered. I would absolutely order the tri-tip breakfast burrito again. The Southwest sauce looked a little discolored, the meat didn't really look like tri-tip, and the overall flavor just wasn't what I remembered from years ago. For the price, I expected a much better sandwich. Since I've had so many great experiences here over the years, I'm willing to give the wrap another chance because it's possible I just caught them on an off day. Overall, it was great coming back to a place that holds so many memories.
