Beware of the middle eastern lady when cashing in your scratchers .Tina I believe is her name ,she charged my senior citizen mother five dollars for cashing in her 50 dollar winning scratcher .I've never heard of such a thing .I can just imagine how many other elderly folks she has took advantage of .I know when you have a good amount of winnings you pay taxes but never have I heard taxes for fifty dollars . I went into the deli department today at 10:45 am to try and get a sandwich I stand in line the women on the other side of the deli was on her phone for what seemed like 2 minutes while I just stood there she knew I was there but was just being rude she looks up and says "we're closed " then looks back at her phone I ask her what time will you open ? She says in about 30 to 40 minutes I don't know " then looks back at her phone I ask her even for the sandwiches ? She doesn't even look up at me she has her eyes on her phone and nodes her head . This is so sad I don't understand how this Raleys can't hire nice people it's not that hard to say no in a polite way . Honestly this store is just the place I choose to go to do all of my banking. They have a US Bank conveniently located inside. It makes it easier for me to do all of my banking easier without the hassle of the big branches. Occasionally I'll have a sandwich from the deli. Yesterday was the last time I shop there. They discontinued the 30% off for 6+ bottles of spirits. This was really convenient when the task at hand was to re stock the bar on the boat with a variety of 750ml bottles. I had read they were trying to become a big player in the drinks retail, but that's not how you do it. I wish there were a Total Wine and Spirits here. Oh well, back to Costco. read more

I've been ordering groceries delivered. Their "ecart" customer service has been excellent, letting me know ahead of time about substitutions and when the groceries leave the store for delivery. Shipt is the shipper and it was a little rough at first but is now very reliable. Amazon Fresh won't ship to my address in Suisun so this is a lifesaver. read more

On September 6th, 2020, I went into my Raley's supermarket went to go and get an eight pack of Beef corn dogs. When I got home and opened the box, the product is not sealed tight. Still, not only that the breading was ripped once the breading is ripped, I cannot deep fry them, they fall apart, so I went to go and exchange it and mind you when I went back to the Raleys supermarket and grab another box I noticed that eight boxes that were on the shelf at least two were already opened and other ones you can hear the corn dogs rolling around getting broken so I told the cashier I want to even exchange I'll take this one even though the bag is not sealed tight but the breading is not ripped the manager had the nerve to come over and say oh what's going on so I told her the product is supposed to be sealed tight And none of them are sealed tight, but the reason why I am not taking that package is because the breading is Ripped. She had the nerve to ask me if I can show her where it's ripping at, so then I tell her, oh, I'm sorry. if you want to go ahead and check it out, be my guest, and she replies to say oh well, I'm sorry I just need to know what I'm supposed to tell the company, so I replied to her and told her you need to email the company that their product is not coming sealed tight............ So please give me my receipt and have a good day, ladies. Talk about ugly customer service. read more

Though this is a chain grocery store, it has the feel of a locally owned mom and pop grocery, with the selection of a big chain. I am a regular at their sandwich counter. And I have gotten to know the workers in their deli and the cashier better than any of the other regular lunch places around by far. They are so friendly here. I know about their hobbies and their families. So I always know that I will be visiting friends there. And to add extra cheesy down home feel. One of the employees is in the habit of singing oldies over the PA system. It's super goofy, but always good for a chuckle. Their sandwiches are a huge hit with the guys at work. There's one with avocado and bacon, a smokey chipotle one, and a roast beef horseradish one. All of them are delicious and only $4.99... what!? That's right. read more

I know it's just bread. For the prices you pay at Raleys this should not happen. If you need ground beef would go there either. Only packs the had were all under a pound. The only large pack was turning green.. That's disgusting and unacceptable. Do they really want people too get sick? The we have the lines. They never have enough cashiers at this store either. So pretty good grocery store I guess except their prices are outrageous! Ocassionally they'll have some good sales but definately would not advise doing all my grocery shopping here! I love that they have a postal service inside at customer service but there can sometimes be a long wait....def not as long as the post office though. You can also pay bills at the customer service desk. Also available is a kodak kiosk where you can print off pics instantly from a memory stick, usb, cd, etc. Not many places have these anymore so Im really glad I found this one at Raleys! They also have a bank inside, a florist section, and also a nice deli section where you can get hot or cold sandwhiches and other food. read more

I normally don't do all of my grocery shopping here since they are pretty pricey; however, if I'm about to cook or bake something and forgot/ran out of a key ingredient or if it's just a last minute thing, I head to this Raley's to buy it (simply because of location convenience). I love the Suisun City Raley's. They have a great selection of typical grocery store items plus an awesome selection of organic produce and natural foods. I love their bulk food section - great prices and you can purchase however much you want (especially the oats selection for breakfast oatmeal). We love the thick-cut pepper bacon that they carry as well. I also like the fresh bread / baguette selection and the cheese selection. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful in case you are looking for something in particular. Yay for Raley's! read more

This location offers Floral/bakery/ Deli/ shopping /USPS / and US bank. I usually come when we have birthdays at my work to get the balloons and cake. Balloons are about $10-14 depending on which decorative balloon you choose. Cakes are beautifully designed ranging from $20- $34 and delicious. They have $5 Monday deals where they picks certain things; you can find what items in the ad in the mail. Today I came in to kill 2 birds with 1 stone by depositing money into an account and having to mail stuff off. Karina at US bank was very kind and quick with doing my transaction. But hands down goes to Tina at the USPS counter.. Tina was truly helpful and help me save money. I have a return slip with the label already so she advised me to go to isle #19 and pick up an envelope for $1 and then reminded me to take a picture of the tracking number on the label to keep track(which totally slipped my mind) and gave me the tape to attach the label which the normal postal office will make you purchase a whole roll of tape. I was truly impressed with the kindness and willing to help from her.. I honestly will probably come to Raley's instead of the postal office to send off anything again.. thank you ladies for the great service today! read more

Clean and nice. But I reeeally came here to say... I love your guys' Mediterranean Orzo Salad!!! Super delicious & fresh... one of the best incarnations of the Greek orzo salads I've tried. I discovered it a couple months ago and I keep stopping by after school to check if you have it (only occasionally available at the deli). Managed to snag some today and I'm very happy. I like coming here because they have the best meat and produce but as far as bagging groceries they suck. It's like they don't even try to at least do it right... Yea I know, I could bag my own groceries which I usually do in SELF checkout. But when I have a big purchase I go through the line and every time they just throw all my stuff in one bag like it's crap. Bought eggs that I checked before purchasing and the courtesy clerk just threw them in the bag all lopsided on top of meat and when I got home half my eggs were broke. They even went as far as placing canned goods on top of my produce. Either they need new courtesy clerks or they need to be trained again on how to handle groceries properly and bag correctly. I'll continue to make small purchases and bag my groceries so I don't have to watch them throw my groceries carelessly in a bag.... read more

Overpriced company that has poorly rigged everything to cost you more. The "rewards" program is a joke it probably costs you more in the end. If I'm looking for specific beer, chocolate, etc. that I can find at Safeway or Walmart (but it's a further drive) they won't have it. When Walmart was first built we were hoping Raley's prices would decrease but they didn't. They just cut hours open stiffing their employees and any other person willing to be gouged. read more

I usually am very happy shopping here until I used the self check out. I did two separate transactions and so the 3 items I bought first we're big enough to just put back in the card. I got to the last item of my second transaction and asked for the amount of bags I was going to pay for. The guy at the self check out looked at me and asked. Do you need help ringing up those items in your cart? Implying that I didn't pay for them. I said no thank you. He said well do you need a bag lemme come help you very rude and I told him I paid for the items would you like to check my receipt if u think I didn't. He very rudely rolled his eyes and walked away. And didn't even give me the bags I paid for. Definitely made me not ever wanna go back there. Apparently it's a homeless paradise here now. My family and I came in tonight to do our weekly grocery shop and upon even getting to the sidewalk where the carts are here's a homeless man sprawled out using the shopping carts to hold his belongings and DOG. No employees asked him to leave or not use the carts, that seems like a health violation for a dirty person with their dirty dog and dirty lord knows what being placed in a cart that is to hold FOOD ITEMS we won't be returning to shop here after seeing that. The employees don't clean or sanitize the carts and there isn't wipes to sanitize them ourselves. Not to mention, for the price of the items they shouldn't be expired either. This is a supermarket i shop regularly. One evening in March i ran into Raleys located in Suisun City.It was approximately 7 20 pm. I walked over to the Deli and a i saw a member of staff standing a little distance . I walked up to her asking for assistance . But, with her back turned she said, "I dont work in the Deli and we are closed." This is very poor customer service and this is bad for business. read more

Some say Raley's is too expensive. I don't mind paying a little extra for a more quality food. Raley's Rewards coupons are really nice and free to join. Plus, $5 Monday's are a good savings and my Raley's rewards coupons are much appreciated. I especially appreciate Andre in the meat department. He always greets everyone with a cheerful hello and he is very helpful. Once I was looking for scallops, I didn't see any but he cheerfully said he could order some for me! Beware, I order a prescriptions medicine its supposed to be 30pcs. I pick it up the bottle in an envelope and did mot bother to count the number of pieces. After two months, and before my prescription expired I order the rest of the refill. Same thing I left the store without counting the tablets. Couple of days later I was gonna consolidate the tablets in one bottle and start counting it. This is when I figure out the last bottle that I pick up contained only 25 pills vice 30, I remember using 2 tablet on the first bottle and when I count it only 23 pills, it means I only received 25 pills instead of 30 per bottle. read more

The managers think that because I'm not wearing a suit when I shop, it means lack of respect towards me when I am seeking assistance. So WHAT if I wear sweats and don't look prestigious when I buy groceries. I've shopped at this Raley's on and off for 4 YEARS. I'd have to point out two specific managers, both low grade, but I guess you get what you pay for with low quality incompetent management. I got a bag full of food for seniors for my mom and the ready made meals were all expired so I called and she said we can come on by and get a refund. So the next day I come back and the lady in the front calls the manager and he comes over and he apologizes for the inconvenience and he's so sweet he gave me extra food and a free pack of water. Man, everyone is so nice there I never had anyone go above and beyond for me. Great customer service!! read more

Not a great supermarket. I am used to getting sub par service at Raleys in Tahoe but I thought that was exclusive to that location. Apparently not. The store was virtually empty, their prices on everything from cheese to produce are sky high which seems nuts since there are two other markets within walking distance. When we got to the check out counter there were five employees standing around. How many checkers does it take.... ok just kidding. When we got there three of them scattered apparently feeling caught doing nothing. Not sure we will come back here unless we are in a pinch. read more

We liked this store! Friendly cashier had a smile and great attitude. We bought items for our vacation to enjoy in our room. Raley's had cookies we had never seen before (Cream filled chips-ahoy), and items we know and love (lemonade, milk, soup, cheese). We would shop here again. I love the staff. The prices are a bit much at times but the friendly staff members sure do make up for it. I have 3 stars only because it seems like every time I purchase a sandwich from the deli department and somebody else other than Abby or Antonio is making it. Seems like it doesn't turn out right. Either put too much or too little of something. And that this is a great store and a place to shop. This is a very clean well stocked store that has a much better selection than I thought it would. The staff was friendly and helpful and the lines were not long at all. Also I am giving an extra star because I saw one of the managers walking around the parking lot picking up litter. It says good things about the management when they are willing to do a job usually reserved for the lowest paid member on staff. read more

I prefer Raley's over most supermarkets. They also carry Hatch chili peppers when they are in season unlike many stores. Don;t know what those are??? Look it up! Very clean store and many employees were willing to assist me in my ventures. read more
