Surprisingly, the food showed up still warm, which already felt like a win!! The burger was gloriously beefy.... exactly how a burger should be!!! Crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, a fluffy slightly sweet bun, and a housemade ranch that had me wondering why I don't put ranch on everything!?!?! Actually , I JUST started liking ranch recently. The fries disappeared faster than my motivation to pack a lunch lol!! Stupid me for just checking that I had 4 burgers tonight, and not unwrap them to check them individually. When I got home I find out that every single one was wrong. I had hungry kids so I tried to scrape off and salvage when I could to get them eating, and then drove all the way back to get it made fixed. When I asked to speak to a manager, apparently there is no manager there in the evenings, I told the woman who came to the counter that every single burger was wrong and showed her the receipt. She asked what was wrong about them, so I started going down the list and she never offered to remake it the right way or really offered any remedy so I said just refund the whole thing if you're not going to even offer to make it right. If I have to do your quality check, and unwrap every item to scrutinize it, I would rather just not give your restaurant my business. I tried to get in touch with their corporate office and they have not responded in a week. Looks like the whole thing is going downhill since Corky passed away. What a shame.

We also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. That was delicious, moist and tasty. The fries are thinner than most and we liked them. But the best was their Freddy orange custard/ shake. Regarding taste, Habit is up there for its patty and bun quality, as well as its addiction to mayo in its burgers, along with a classic American cheese and your choice of lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. The lettuce and tomatoes tasted super fresh and had a nice feel, definitely certified fresh! The onion rings were super yummy, and they're better than homemade ones due to their crunchy texture and bite-sized pieces. You can tell the burger was made with a lot of effort and efficiency, which is something you don't find in big burger chains like McDonald's or Burger King.
