    NO TOILET SEAT COVERS
    Alisha A.

Where to begin? I went inside with intention on ordering food for my son however, I need to use the restroom! The gentleman came to the front. I'm assuming what the manager by the way he was stressed did not treat did not smile did not say any word to me. I said I'm going to order food however may I use the restroom? He obliged, however, again not a warrant was spoken. He proceeded to walk over the pass in the door and walk away. As I walk into the restroom, I noticed there are no toilet seat covers as well as the restroom has not been cleaned since I do not know when! There's PC everywhere on the toilet on the wall on the floor. It was just disgusting! I walked out of the restroom thinking if this is how they maintain their facilities then how well they clean their food prep area or even check expiration date or anything of the court?! Rally's you need to do better. Also may I add there were no customers!

Normal sized burger. Teeny Tiny patty.

Had never been to a Rally's but they have a good variety of menu items, and everyone in our fam likes different things. So it seemed like a good idea. First off, the young man working the counter was so kind and patient in explaining everything and helping me customize our order. No notes for him. My chicken sandwich was weird. More breading than meat and the patty was TOO crispy. Like overcooked. My husbands burger patty was really small. He was very unsatisfied by the meal and we all ended up co tributing our food to him. My eldest daughter's chili dog (I ordered chili cheese but it came without cheese, I must have been misheard) she said it was "ok, I guess" My youngest is a vegetarian and just got cheese fries and she was the happiest out of all of us. The fries were well seasoned. I would recommend this place for soft serve. Everyone loves a classic soft serve and in this economy $1.50 for a cone is a steal. So do that.

One of the few restaurants open later at night by the virtue of it being fast food, but also a more rare fast food franchise that we don't see often. Very bizarre and random, but my friends and I saw that they were having a T-pain collaboration. SO RANDOM and for some bizarre reason I have never heard of it until then and it has been going on for a month already. Service was super fast and efficient. I think my only qualm is that the apple pies weren't that nice fresh baked hot that some other apple pies are at fast food places and was instead a bit warmer than room temperature. Burger was a bit smaller than what we would have liked but it's not bad. Fries were normal. The other issue that we had was that whatever was available for the T-Pain menu looked completely different each time we saw it being advertised. Our order only had the burger, fries, and drink, but there was a different one that had you pick either a regular burger or a chicken sandwich and had the chicken nuggies. Wish the signage was a bit less confusing, but not bad!

receipt i ordered buffalo tenders, unsauced tenders in background

Did drive thru, wanted buffalo tenders and given regular tenders instead. hella disappointed cos i was hungry and had a hard day and was looking forward to something with flavor and got boring, overbreaded plain tenders instead. wack

I had read my Yelpie friend's great review on Rally's and thought to give them a try. My eldest daughter was with me at the time. We went thru drive-thru. They weren't busy as there was only one car in front of us. This was our first time here so we spent some time looking at the menu. I saw a picture of the Bacon BBQ Mother Cruncher Chicken Sandwich and said that looks good. I ended up getting it. Unfortunately, the gentleman who took my order misheard me and thought I said the Classic Mother Cruncher Chicken Sandwich. Guess what I didn't get? LOL The bacon... so bummed! My daughter got the Fry-Seasoned Chicken Tenders. We also got a couple waters. As for taste, the chicken sandwich was dry IMHO. I did not care for it. The same applies to the chicken tenders. Maybe they are better known for their hamburgers. I don't eat beef anymore so I won't be ordering hamburgers. My daughter still eats beef, but limited. Anyway, staff was pleasant. Service was good. Exterior was clean and trash-free. Do we plan to come back anytime soon? I really don't know. Probably not since this location is out of our way. Good luck Rally's!

I went there this time with family to go and I tried the chicken tenders and Rallyburger with fries and lemonade. It wasn't busy just us and a couple cars in drive thru. I didn't care too much for the tenders or the burger, my favorite is once again their fries and I had a bite of the Monsterilla sticks and was good. . It nice to order thru the restaurant app for their deals and saved me $5.00 when my original price is $19.00

Finally got to try this place. Ordered online and order was ready when I got there. Plenty of seating. Place is clean. Cashier was friendly. They have a big menu. I loved that the fries are crispy and the burgers are charbroiled. Soda was well calibrated too.

    Wings
    Elizabeth F.

First time here and though I wouldn't drive all the way over here since I live far, I had a great visit. Our cashier was welcoming and we bought the wings since they were $1 & the fries cause apparently that's the best item on the menu. The wings were good for $1 each. They're better than little ceased wings but they're not like great wings. And we ordered medium fries, which I cannot be that was medium cause it's kind of small, but boy were they good. Also, they don't have restrooms here so that's kind of a negative.

The dirty mop bucket with dirty water where ppl order

Went in last night to order it was 7pm they dont close until later and the young kids working there already had the store ready to close they had a mop bucket with dirty water by the register where ppl order and a Matt on top of the counter very unsanitary

The service was quick. The food was different from before years ago, but the fries taste the same. It was quiet inside.

I was excited for a new burger place. Although the staff is friendly the food was so greasy. Really gross. I would not recommend it at all.

I have tried the fried shrimp and the chili cheese fries, breakfast looks promising. Need to come in the morning and try that out. Burgers are TASTY, fries have a seasoning that makes them so delicious you will not want to share (trust me it's hard) they have a special for families that includes a package deal for like five burgers, drinks & fries. A sweet deal reasonably priced. Service is fast but not too fast as the food is made FRESH. This is a family favorite for us. We always recommend this place for our burger fix. Workers are very attentive and kind. (SHOUTOUT TO ALEJANDRA & EMILY!) I appreciate how everyone greets you with a warm hello + looks like they are ready and willing to help you with your order. I should've left this review a while ago as this is always in our rotation when out here visiting family. Try it if you are here in the area or breezing through, promise you will not regret it! We split an order of seasoned fries and an icy cold Pepsi. Price was fair and customer service was super homely. Wait time for our food was minimal and they even walked our lunch baskets to us. My wife really enjoyed her western-style "Treasure" burger and I essentially inhaled my double cheeseburger. They were both cooked perfectly, without rush, and very neatky assembled, as if the cooks were prepping it for themselves or for royalty. Definitely recommend this spot and will return. Next time I'll try the Treasure burger, but only as a double burger because I'm really trying to watch my figure.

Back to the meal! Eager to quell the obnoxious hunger growls emanating from my stomach, I opted for this small but hopping diner's moneymaker- The Las Vegas Burger Combo. The LV Burger comes w/ lettuce, tomato, onion rings, bacon, mayo and jalapeños- I hungrily devoured it all, save for the peppers I had them withdraw. The fries are of medium thickness- Think of that middle ground between McDonald's cigarette-width fries and the (frankly, fat) steak fries that Red Robin serves. They come perfectly sprinkled w/ seasoning salt, fried to a decadent golden crisp. Pros- Kudos to the young man and woman behind the counter, both of whom visibly cleaning table tops and sweeping floors during (rare) pauses in the more or less steady drum beat of Pomonans who drop in for a meal. LV Burgers serves a battalion of "aguas frescas" to quaff even the fiercest of thirsts- Flavors incl cucumber & lime, strawberry, blueberry, horchata and a roving flavor of the day- Just ask! My sole gripe? The sinking "nickel + dimed" sensation that struck when the staff insisted on collecting an additional $0.87 for a refill of my medium Diet Pepsi. When you're charging $3.49 for a medium (16 ounces) soda that costs the proprietor, oh, around thirty cents- Don't make your dine-in customers feel insulted by charging 'em for (one) refill. In sum, this small restaurant does a lot very well. It may be named for "Sin City" and located in a decidedly working class neighborhood but it punches far above its weight! A fantastic meal at a fair price. Your favorite correspondent spent $17.83, incl tax and a small tip.
