They had my email, my cell abd contact info but the next day on 1-4-2024 when i showed up at dealership reception for my test drive. I was advised car was sold last night. I get it, its a business, everyone has to make money. However, a call, text or email could have been useful so as to avoid wasting my time at the dealership. I guess dealerships forget time is money. Decor is nice and they have seating area with complimentary beverage while you wait and tv showing the news. Car sales are going on - they have some newer models...just took a quick peek at but didn't inquire and wasn't looking to buy just yet. From sneaky sales/finance people, to borderline false advertisement with internet ads, it can be awful. This was not our experience at this dealership. Everyone was professional, courteous, attentive and respectful. There was no funny finances, no surprises, no trying to upsell packages that weren't needed. It was completely stress free. Let me start this by saying that Rallye Lexus Service department should be ashamed of themselves and the level of customer care that they are doing for valued customers. We do not recommend them or their warranties. This review is on behalf of my mother who used this dealership on a few times and has been a Lexus owner for a few years. My mother had her vehicle towed to Rallye Lexus on December 11, 2024 at approximately 2:45 pm. My vehicle is a 2017 Lexus NX 200T with approximately 47,789 miles. Micheal Reidy became her Service Advisor. Mr. Reidy assisted her by referring her to get a loaner car. He told her that he'd contact her about her vehicle. He called her approximately December 18, 2024 and told her that the vehicle would need a diagnostic by Rallye Lexus that would cost $1300. The diagnostic is a required by the warranty company before they look at your vehicle. She told him no problem, go ahead. Finally the Compass warranty company showed up and now they're claiming that they don't repair electrical problems. Mr Reidy called her on December 27, 2024 at approximately 3:45pm claiming that her vehicle has an electrical problem. Due to water that spilled on the panel box inside the vehicle. Mr Reidy claimed that the electrical problem is due to wetness.The warranty doesn't want to pay after she had a full warranty and an extended warranty on the vehicle since she purchased it. She had emergency surgery on June 24, 2024 and since that time, she drove the vehicle 6 times in 6 months, and definitely wasn't in the car drinking. She requested to have an investigation done about her vehicle suddenly having issues and why the warranty company wouldn't cover it. There was nothing seriously wrong with her vehicle before going to the dealer if anything from it not being driven or started because as I said she had emergency surgery 6-24-2024 and have not been using the vehicle at all.Purchasing this warranty appeared to be good until it was time to use it . She spoke to a Serena December 27, 2024 that claims that the she is not covered for electrical problems. She also said if she didn't like the decision that she should request to get my money back from Lexus. She told them she wasn't satisfied and she'd like to speak to a supervisor. Later at approximately 4:06pm Mr. Cody Dunn called her and said that electrical part is not covered and that there is no appeal process. So she asked where is that written at in the contract that electrical is not covered. He said mechanical is not covered. She paid $2000 for the warranty from compass wrap The agreement has totally been a waste of her money she had to pay out of her pocket $450.00 to tow the vehicle to the dealer. Mr Reidy claiming that she would have to pay $1300.00 initially for diagnostics is a prerequisite for Compass to look at her car and $3500 for the repair if it was an electrical problem. In total she actually had to pay $450 for towing approximately $3875 to get her vehicle repaired. The warranty leaflet that was given to her must be false advertisement because the extended service plan supposedly provides extensive components after factory warranty expires and extensive mechanical computer and electrical protection to name a few others. Lexus is a luxury vehicle and the service that my mother received was very disheartening especially with her being a long time customer of Lexus & Toyota. She does very minimal driving, keeps her vehicle very well maintained. The lack of quality customer service that was given has left us questioning did she receive this service due to us being African American. It is absolutely absurd that a luxury car dealership would handle any customer in this manner. She finally received her vehicle back today and the buttons to function the windows are missing, pieces of the middle console is missing, these things were not missing prior to giving the vehicle to the tow company or dealership. We've done the necessary steps to reach out to upper management haven't received an apology, a plan to fix things or any type of compensation. read more

I went to this dealership to either buy a new Lexus RX or GX. We inquired with the front desk that we wanted to test drive both. We met with John shortly after and were told that there were no cars available to test drive. There was about 40 new Lexus's on the lot. He went into detail how we would need to put down $500 and sign a contract to buy the car when the car came in and if we didn't like it we would be refunded. Total waste of my time. John then went into detail how gas cars would be worthless in ten years and talked about a bunch of things I didn't care about and were not related to our initial inquiry. But he went to look for keys for a lexus nx for us to drive which I wasn't interested in at all. He wasted about 45 mins and pretended to look for the keys and we walked out. They don't know how to handle business. What kind of salesman tells a possible buyer we might get ten years out of the lexus? Went right to BMW to test drive a new X5 and bought it that day. Here's an update. I brought the car to my local shop who I've been using for years, below is a comparison of cost. The shop I use is honorable, reliable, trustworthy which is always a challenge with automotive shops. Their bill without tax stated $5004.99 (see photo) they just added an extra $100. in their incorrect arithmetic Y pipe leak small leak cut it out and cap it. RALLYE $2,575 LOCAL $140 water pump RALLYE $1,235 LOCAL no issue Air Filter RALLYE $200 LOCAL $86 Headlamp bulb RALLYE $295 LOCAL no issue Spark plugs RALLYE $525 LOCAL $330 DCV valve RALLYE $75 LOCAL $0 total $4,905 $556 actual difference $4349. I purchased a Lexus CPO vehicle last year and brought it in today for maintenance and inspection. Both were done for free as part of their Lexus Elite program. I get anxious going to Dealers for work as a result of horror stories I heard from so many people. This place is different. When you pull up to the service area you are greeted immediately by a friendly employee. He asked me to wait in the car for another employee who arrived in seconds. Her name was Maria and she was terrific. She explained everything that they were taking care of and quoted me the price of an oil change which I asked about but did not need this time. I also asked about getting a quote for an exhaust part we needed after I damaged it running over a curb one night. We left the car in good hands and walked to Wild Fig for lunch. By the time we finished lunch and dessert we received a call that the car was ready. Everything was in order and no charge for the service. Maria even remembered to find out about replacing the damaged part. All in all a nice experience and will go back for an oil change and annual maintenance. I would also like to thank Kevin for his patience last year when we bought the car. We went there a couple of times and he took his time explaining all of the features of the vehicle we ultimately purchased. This dealership is much further away from home than the RVC Lexus dealership but it's like night and day. The Rallye branch is very professional and classy. A well run organization. We even saw Tony, the same salesman I bought my first Lexus 12 years ago and it's still running. The only typical sales trick they do is make you wait awhile after you try to get a better price on the car. I have been a customer with Rally since in 2010 until I moved to New country Lexus of Great Neck in June 2023. I had two incidents with Rally, first incident was for 2018 RX 350 that I purchased 10 years extra warranty that I was going to buy out of three years of leasing. I have changed my mind that I did not want to buyout the vehicle and decided to cancel the warranty. I did not know Rally did not summitted my cancelation request until six months later I still did not receive my prorated return balance check from Rally. So I have to took the lost since the warranty was third party vendor. Second incidents was Tire and Wheel protection I purchased for my 2021 RXL350, Rally did not provide the pickup and drop off service as the selling point to me. They did not provide any service that I have to contact roadside service and went to another Lexus dealer more closer to home. I left message to their service and financial dept. with no response. I am very disappointed with their poor service and they did not care for customer satisfaction anymore. read more

ted mitchel i would never deal with this dealer again because of him. i purchased a car back in april at first all was good when i start to question issues with the car he gets very nasty to me. saying listen i can make this very easy dont buy the car???? are you a sales man or not? it was a issue with the brakes which the car was not inspected properly. dirty air filters and oil not changed rusted rotors tires were dry rotted as well. i loved the car. so i decided to email manager and next day got contacted and they took care of the dirty filters. oil and rotors by just resurfacing them not replacing even though i wanted them to be changed who resurfacing rotors anymore? never got the tires replaced as well. they were apologetic except for ted mitchel. the car is great we love it but this is for nasty attitude man ted mitchel never again talk to people better especially cash buying customers not white or from long island. PS Don't put a generic message saying we strive for great service and contact me at 516******* it's all BULL. Came here this morning for service and had a great experience overall. This was just for regular maintenance ,oil change and break fluid change nothing major. Arrived in the morning and drive right up to the service valet line. Waited in the vehicle for only a minute or two before the service rep (Mike) came over to get some basic info. We then walked inside together to confirm what's needed and I was directed to the spacious waiting area with coffee, bagels (fresh and already generously layered with cream cheese), water, soda and other refreshments. My waiting time was approx 2 hours which I spent on my phone and their free wifi. I joked later with my wife that I there so long i saw the pope boarded his aircraft leaving NY and didn't leave till after he landed in PA. (Waiting time was fine, it's a big shop with bunch of other folks waiting) When my vehicle was ready I paid quickly at the cashier and left. Felt the whole experience was seamless and easy. When I got inside my vehicle (washed, they offer free interior/exterior wash when u bring your vehicle in for service) I noticed they even added a few piece of small plastics to hold in place the cable wire from my cheap police radar that was just dangling there before without me even asking! I thought that added touch was excellent and showed that they were pro active in ensuring customer satisfaction. Those couldn't be more than a dollar or two in cost but that made my day (im easy to please). read more

I had an appointment at 1 PM which I had stated at the front to the receptionist. I had in mind that I was going to purchase a car today, as long as I looked at the car obviously. I didn't mind waiting until I waited 45 minutes and they decided to take other people before me who had later appointment. As per example, someone had 1:30 appointment was helped before I was. We had initially gone to the dealership in Great Neck and after speaking to their sales and management, we weren't satisfied with the price that we were getting from them. We had driven to Rallye Lexus and we should've just came here from the start. We were paired up with Robert Heyman and let me tell you, this guy Bob was absolutely brilliant. He took care of us and answered all the questions that we had. My wife and I already knew which car we wanted and we had gotten the quote from Great Neck Lexus already. Bob was able to beat their price by 3 thousand (same make and model, and features) ! Yes, you read that right! Bob has over 30 years experience in the industry and his calm demeanor and attitude shows. There was absolutely no pressure. My wife and I were happy with the price that we were offered and we're happy to say that we're driving a new 2020 Lexus RX 350 F Sport. Bob made sure the whole experience was a positive one and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Josh Weiss dealt with our finance and tried to get us the absolute best rates he could. Unfortunately, we didn't go with the banks that he offered since we were able to get a much better APR privately. However, he was easy to talk with and didn't pressure us to buy any additional warranties that we did not want or need. I came here on May 22nd, 2021 after meeting with Tyrone Chen the week before on closing a deal which he scammed us on and misinterpreted everything to get a sale off a car. We are dedicated buyers and really wanted and loved the car. Excuse my language but, Tyrone is the biggest asshole i've ever met! Out of all the sales professionals i've met, i've never met anyone as unprofessional, manipulative and emotionally abusive as him. This isn't even me being dramatic or overreacting because it's the truth. This isn't defamation or slander because the whole Lexus dealership had witnessed this except the general manager since he was off. He kept on shouting and screaming at my dad when my dad called him out on his scam. He even slammed the table with rage and it startled my whole family. The hostility of his voice and the tone seemed that he wanted to get physical and it got scary. How is this any professional at all? To scream and shout at your dedicated customers?! Cmon, be a better professional sales person. To remind you, my dad is a 68 year old elder who battled sickness! I never write reviews nor cause any kind of commotion but I feel triggered to because Rallye Lexus needs to take initiative of this. To put this aside, we STILL bought the car home and signed the offer with the help of Jeff and Troy. Troy is the most professional yet, helpful sales person ever. Rallye Lexus. So because of the brand, I was expecting a level of customer service unparalleled. Boy, was I wrong. From the receptionist who doesn't remember that she just asked for a Salesperson for us to the Salesperson. I'm in Mortgage Sales and If was to provide the experience this guy provided to me and my wife. I wouldn't eat and my company would be trashed as a result and they would probably let me go. Never asked if we wanted to test drive the vehicle, they changed the price of the car on us (CARFAX clearly shows when they did that) can't delete CARFAX, sorry. Never sent a buy order until we asked. Wow! Looking at the Buy Order, there's $3,000. Some odd fee that he put in the area of balance we owed on the car we're trading. We have the Lien release. They have a copy of the lien release. What's that fee? We called and asked the Receptionist (that same Receptionist) can we speak to Management about transferring to another Rep. That didn't happen. Can't believe we experienced this at Rallye. It's like they're really Major World hiding behind the Rallye branding. On another note, the Finance Guy was amazing. Very responsive. read more

I brought our car in for routine maintenance. When I pulled into our driveway a check systems light came on. It was a Saturday and the Service Dept had closed for the day. Bumping noises started while driving the car. Two additional service appts later, the 'problem' was fixed. You would have thought I learned my lesson. I again brought my car in for routine maintenance prior to a long car trip. Two hours into our trip, warnings and exclamation points appeared on my dashboard. I called the dealership and after being transferred several times to voice mail boxes and several call backs i finally spoke to someone who told me that I would be called back in 5 mins. I was not sure if my car was safe to drive on the highway that i was currently on. I relayed this information to Rallye Lexus. I received a call back two hours later. I have now learned my lesson.
