I had a really disappointing experience at Rally's. The customer service was awful from the start--staff seemed uninterested, unfriendly, and unwilling to help. It felt like I was bothering them just by placing an order. To make things worse, they refused to do drink refills, which is pretty frustrating for a place that's supposed to be quick and convenient. Overall, the lack of basic courtesy and service really ruined the visit. I definitely won't be coming back. read more

Ordered oh Grubhub. I haven't had Rally's in a few years. The quality has seriously declined. Crappy cheese, different mayo, chewy buns, dry burger patties. The apple pie was decent, good lemonade, good fish fish patty but something in this order has given me the bubbleguts. Overall, this isn't the same Rally's I've been eating for the past 30ish years. Rally's always has tasty food for a good price. Id put it in my top 3 fast food spots. I got the half pound chicken box with the fries and drink for around $7.50. We ordered and they came right out with the food. It tasted like usual, fries are double fried. read more

Rallys had a cashier named Dafne at the Norwalk location RUDE AS HELL ! Bought two dark drinks asked which is which she kept saying the top was marked i told her i couldn't see it just tell me which one she snatched it and said this one so i said what kind is that one she slammed the window . Rallys has re-opened. It was temporarily closed due to the pandemic that effected the mall hours but was never permanently closed. It's one of the few businesses in the food court that has survived at BHCP since the 90s! read more

Great funnel cake. Really great. Super cheap & super tasty. Sundae was great as well Customer service is awful. They were out of strawberry or strawberry fudge. But they wouldn't substitute that with anything. So special funnel cake had no fudge. The server lady was kinda rude & never apologized for not having the fudge or not being able to do anything for us. Contrary to what others have posted in their reviews I have never had disappointing or otherwise objectionable experiences with this Rally's location's staff or its food and I do recommend this location. read more

Isn't possible to give 1/2 a star? this place is outrageously filthy! went there a few days ago with my family, never had I eaten at a Rally's and after seeing this one location never will! Orders are placed out side through a window which is full of spiders and spider webs! never had i had such an experience, it was almost as a hunted house! i literally kept dodging the spiders coming down on both sides as we placed order (which by the way took longer due to the amount of spiders around windows) ! it was scary! there are some huge spiders! when i brought it to the n attention of the cashier she said they were getting ready for halloween as if it was a joke! if thats the outside one can only wonder how the kitchen actually is. after about 20 minutes of wait time and seeing cars come and go as well as pick up orders i decided to ask for a refund! they weren't very nice and nowhere in my receipt does it state i got refund. I ordered a chocolate waffle cone. When I received it, it had a hair on top. I gave it back to the cashier and she said "there wasn't a hair on it when I gave it to you" I was so shocked and offended that she would actually argue with the customer about a hair when it was clear as day on top of the ice cream and they weren't wearing hairnets. That was my first time going to this location and it will definitely be the last. They need to train they're employees better than that. I've never felt so cheated in my whole life, because I ended up paying for something I didn't receive. So I just walked away furious.
