Ive had numerous different pastas from this location and they all have been amazing ! The pizzas are to die for

Pizza is really good and I get it often. I just wish they offered a large pizza (18") instead of 16" since the slices are small and that is pretty much the standard everywhere. I haven't tried much of their other stuff but I did order an Italian hero recently and it was disappointing, it reminded me of a hospital cafeteria sandwich, it was all lettuce and a few skimpy slices of meat for $12 so I won't be trying that ever again. read more

This is my absolute favorite pizza place on Long Island hands down the BEST! Everything is always made fresh and always tastes delicious whenever I come here. The place is so cute when you walk in. Very clean and nice atmosphere! The view is very pretty too overlooking the beach that's across the street. The people who work there are very friendly and you can tell they really put a lot of love and passion into their food. Their pizzas are super delicious but I highly recommend their marinara slice or their chicken rolls. To die for! Yum! Their salads are just as delicious and fresh! I also recommend getting a few extra cups of their sauce because it's my favorite marinara sauce to get with either the chicken roll or pizza. For anyone visiting New York for the first time I'd say to definitely visit this place if you wanna get a great meal here for lunch or dinner! Can't wait to go back to Ralph's! read more

Stopped in after the amusement park next door. This place was a zoo. There were kids running around everywhere, the garbage was overflowing onto the floor, and everyone seemed somewhat miserable. Bought a slice, which wasn't horrible...very thin and extremely oily. I was still a little hungry for a second slice after I was done eating so I walked back up to order and the man who took my order the first time saw me, made direct eye contact, stared for a few minutes and walked away. Blatantly not wanting to do his job or anything for that matter. Why would I walk up to the register if I didn't need help? I'm lucky enough to live by Howard Beach and Manhattan where there are far superior pizza places that know how to make good food and and who actually care about their clientele. Ralph's Pizza is one of life's little 'finds'. I work on the road and stayed in Bayville for 2 weeks. We tried everything in Bayville, but Ralph's is the only place you need to go. Great family business. Italians who know how to make Pizza, and authentic Italian food. And do not leave until you have a Cannoli. Out of this world. We make the 15-mile trip just to eat there. The food is great. We try different dishes when we go and have never been disappointed. I especially loved the Rigatoni Fiorentina. The veal and chicken dishes are so tender. I'm not a fan of rice balls. My husband and son ordered 2. I gave them a try, I was surprised, they were really good. Save your money ! If your going to the Bayville Amusement park eat elsewhere. I had an altercation this past Saturday with an intoxicated guy. I was with my wife and 2 children, son 15 and daughter 13. The man cut the line, when I confronted him on this he said what are you a tough guy? Instead of doing what I should have done, My wife was there, I asked for the Manager. The woman I asked said I am the manager. I explained the situation, she said oh were already serving him, bullshit. He was obviously a regular and they protected him. They like the business but not the people. read more

When I grew up in Bayville, everyone took a side: Ralph's Pizza or Gus' Pizza. Much of it had to do with from which end of town you hailed; however, that battle has been won by attrition. Ralph's has persevered, greatly benefitted by the business being handed down within the family. My old school mate, Jerry, who worked in the place as a kid, is now the owner. He looks amazingly like my memories of Ralph, as I am sure I look like his memories of my dad. The pizza (and assorted Italian specialties) remain as wonderful as they were in the 60s, when the place was new. Okay, I admit it, I was a Gus' fan as a kid, but this place remains the classic memory of a well run, family pizza place. The pies are as delicious as ever, and I had a terrific chicken parm on last visit. Highly recommended: a real treat on a visit to a wonderful, seaside locale. read more

My husband loves their pizza with extra cheese and half meatball and half hamburger (it's weird I know) but it's actually really tasty. But... The pizza is just the beginning. This place is conveniently located next to an amusement park. So it stays busy, staff was pleasant. The Pizza was the equivalent to a sandwich in Central Bookings. Ragu pasta sauce is fine dining compared to the tasteless pizza here. I've had english muffins with ketchup and Kraft American cheese slices after smoking a pound of weed that tasted better than the pizza at this establishment. A Bayville classic, looks like you stepped back into 1976 Bayville. The place is a simple no frills good sized pizza joint. Pies are solid, siciallian is crispy and tasty. Ocassionally I will grab a salad too, nothing special but not bad. If you go at night you can catch a great sunset while eating your slice, nice view and location. read more

Great pizza on North shore u have to drive to Queens or Brooklyn for better pizza. The staff are all friendly and good service. Family owned business the owner, wife and son are usually there and they take care of their customers. Besides pizza they have other really tasty dishes penne alla vodka one of the best around. We've gone numerous times for a slice as well as bring home numerous entrees for the family and there is something for ever Each time, without fail, the service is so slow. It doesn't matter if it's delivery or eat in and their time frame is just a very rough estimate. Example of this: they told us 25 minutes for pickup when we called it in and we waited an entirety of an hour. 30 minutes of which were spent waiting in front of the management with no inclination of when he food would be ready and no courtesy follow up. My recommendation: go for a slice and Soda when you are not in a rush. read more

I have very mixed feelings about this place. The pizza is pretty good, nice sauce and different flavor slices which is good. But the other day I picked up pasta fagioli soup and they charged $6!!! For a small cup of bad soup! It had no flavor and it was loaded with pasta and beans and no broth, a picture will be following this review, but it certainly was not worth the hefty price tag of $6! The plain slices are very good...the hallmark sign of a great pizza place. The chicken parmigiana sandwich was very good with quality chicken and bread. They use real clams for the clam sauce!
