Interesting gasoline station inside of a commercial retail property that is affiliated with Ralphs supermarket (Kroger). Let me begin by correcting myself, this is called "Ralphs Fuel Center" I don't have the fuel specs as to who is the supplier but I'm sure it goes out to the lowest bidder on the block. It's not my prefer choice because I typically stay near freeway off ramps for easy on/off. Fuel center caters to mostly local residents of the area and wait time at pumps tend to back up at peak hours. The reason why I come here is because I visit my eye doctor, gym, Ralphs and a tea shop. If I happen to be low on fuel, I'll top it off providing wait times are short. The cashier is operated by a Ralphs clerk who is represented by a collective bargaining agreement, a union member selling you gas. Fancy that and where else will you find those conditions, think about it. With that said, even with a union overhead, this fuel center manages to maintain low prices through oscillating market peaks and lows. Usually .15/.20 cents less over name brand gas. The perks can get you a few more dollars in your pocket by earning points with your Ralphs reward card. For every dollar spent during your shopping spree for goods, you earn fuel points and can qualify up to .20 cent's off per gallon. Expect to find limited items available at cashier like water, cold drinks, snacks and cigarettes. No restroom but they do have air, water and vacuum hose service for a nominal fee. 87, 89, 91 and Diesel. No propane or mechanical services. Pura vida :D read more

Ralph's has pretty late hours and is always really clean. It's average size for a grocery store and has a great selection of vegetables. They also have a nicely stocked beer section with larger pints of the more popular stuff. The deli also has a nice assortment of rolls, wraps and snacks if you need a quick lunch on the run. read more

This review isn't for Ralphs but for Ellen in the Deli department at Ralphs! Someone made a mistake with an order we placed beforehand for a drive by birthday and when I went to pick up two trays of sandwiches they only prepared one... Ellen who was new on the job and whose job is not to make sandwiches was quick to apologize and quick to offer a solution letting me know the bakery had croissants and she make the additional 16 sandwiches herself. Although the mistake from whomever to cost us about an hour of our time Ellen handled the situation perfectly. I would 10/10 order again from here if I could make sure Ellen was helping out! read more

I love Ralphs. Growing up Ralphs always meant California to me as whenever I visited family we always shopped here. Now living here, I get to shop here all I want and am obsessed with the managers specials. $20 shampoo reduced to $5.99, yes please I'll take them all. As well as the $25 cake for $10 and all of the $40 protein powders for $10. You never know what you'll find here, service is always great. The store is nice and clean and plenty parking out front. I love this Ralph's . I love the all the staff, everyone is very nice and very friendly. This Ralph's is old but it's very clean. I love coming on Friday nights for the Managers specials ,haha. I grab them all up. I have kids and I come shop here almost every night. I'm always welcomed and greeted. I love you guys thank you. A loyal customer. Oh my goodness, every associate I interacted with (except the final cashier) was so rude! I'm sad this is the closest location to my house but I just came in for a cake and balloons for my friends birthday and everyone made it seem like I was a burden being there. I asked the two women near the bakery section if they could write on the cake, she told me she would go get someone who could. The lady who wrote on the cake told me to pay at the main registers. The lady working the line of people for the main registers told me to ask the florist about the balloons. The balloon lady told me that she was cleaning, give her a minute, and she'll be right there. Then she told me they were out of aluminum balloons and when she asked if I wanted them tied together, I said no separate. And she said, "you want them on 4 separate weights?!" So I just said, ok just put them on one weight. (As I've been standing here with an ice cream cake melting). Then I asked if I could pay there and she said, "no you'll pay over there." I've been going to this Ralph's for many years. Mostly at night time. They have great hours and staff that stand out. In particular Julie, she is the supervisor and she is excellent, motivated, happy and friendly. I always thought she was the manager of the store. Also Megan is friendly and helpful. Just walked in at approximately 10:34pm and the store was dead. I walked past the registers to the Redbox machine. There were two Hispanic young guys Employees right by the registers. One was engrossed with something on his cellphone. Not one of them greeted me or acknowledged me in any way. Did I mention there was no one else around. The store was very quiet with no activity. This Ralph's is really small. Like, REALLY small. Makes me wonder why they even built one here, considering there is one literally less than three blocks away. But then again, this is California, and in the year 2017, most of California in the San Bernardino County is overpopulated, so maybe that's why this store is necessary. But for population issue, why they couldn't expand the store is beyond me. For those of us with special dietary needs (allergies, intolerances, etc), this store really doesn't have much needed variety in selection. Since I can't drink regular milk, but am only 2 out of 3 people in my home that can't drink milk, I often times try to find shelf stable milk alternatives such as rice milk. They literally only have two varieties of rice milk in large (32oz+) sizes here at the time of this review. As far as the rest of the store, it just feels very cramped. On the plus side, there is a Ralph's gas station nearby where if you shop a lot at Ralph's or Kroger stores in general, you can use your membership number to cash in on fuel points, which is basically $0.05-$0.20 in savings per gallon. But I'm reviewing the grocery store, not the gas station. Anyway, I guess if you're too lazy to drive an additional three blocks to the location at 7369 Milliken Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 (by Central Park Rancho Cucamonga), then I guess you can come to this Ralph's instead...? At the time of this review, no Ralph's that I've been to accepts Apple Pay or Android Pay. But on the bright side, EFT (electronic funds transfer) cards such as credit, debit, approve REALLY quickly here, so at least Ralph's isn't cheaping out on payment processor services like some other grocery stores, like Sprouts (I used to shop at Sprouts a lot and would literally wait up to 60 seconds waiting for a damn card approval to go through)... read more

We bought frayed chicken from the deli department and it's the worst chicken I've ever had . No seasoning at all . Very disappointed.

Megan the manager/employee is RUDE!!!!!!!!! She acted EXTREMELY unprofessional in telling my mother/in-law that she was over her Gatorade limit. After my Mother-in-law put remainder back Megan the manager continued to make comments that there was a limit with NO sign posted. This was AFTER my mother in law already abided and put the remainder back. Megan then said she has the right to limit customers to how many of an item a customer can purchase. As my mother in law walked out MEGAN THE MANAGER YELLED "DRAMA" at her from her register area to the door. This is no way that an employee or ESPECIALLY A MANAGER should EVER ACT. Update: They usually have their promotion of 40 cents off per gallon if you purchase $100 worth of gift cards. Be sure to check with the cashier or floor staff first to see that the promotion is valid. Original review: Staff is courteous, the environment is clean. Prices may not be the best but is okay with store card. Signing up is free and you can accumulate points towards gas (Ralph's or Shell). The points are useful only if you spend a lot of money here. 100 points for 10cents off per gallon. 200 points for 20cents off per gallon. Just went in to grab some groceries. My boyfriend was at the deli and the employee was pretty rude so he asked for the manager. The manager (Maddie) came out and didn't even greet him or ask how she could assist him. She told him to back away from her(due to COVID) when he wasn't even that close to her. He started to tell her about the rude employee and she was dismissive and not helpful at all. He told her he felt she wasn't really listening to him and she said that he can leave if he doesn't like the way she runs her store. He asked for info to call corporate and we later realized she gave him a fake number! Very unprofessional. We shop there all the time and should not be treated that way. If she hates her job so much, or can't do her job, she should be replaced immediately. I'm sure we're not the only ones she's been rude to. read more

The best part about this grocery is the outdoor gas station. I always come here to pump as it's the cheapest in the area for gasoline. I find the price only slightly higher than Costco gasoline without the long Costco line. However, it's currently under maintenances so hopefully it will be back up soon. read more

Never liked this place since the 90s, but it's a go no more if I could avoid it. I still buy an item or 2, but I'm keeping it really low - that's why they started advertising so much (PS - their ads are pretty creepy, just like the store in general) - need to make up for the lack of business I give them. Seriously, take out your cigarettes (this shouldn't exist in the 21st century, and at the eye level of kids - come on!), remove the meats from the entrance, move the booze out of the middle, keep the sweets away from the entrance. This place is starting to turn into a casino (but worse): smoking employees at the entrance (who want nothing but more money from the company - for jobs that are being replaced by self-checkouts), shoplifting right in front of me and they do nothing about it (just half-blame them with that ugly Prop 47 bill), creepy people, slot machine noises from the self-checkout machines, outdated checkout-machines that won't take my money properly and when they get stuck, the employees worry about a nickel that I might've stolen when they open the machine (sorry, what if you stole the nickel from me? Your machine doesn't count properly - and yet they worry about this when people steal merchandise in front of them (and are sitting at the table outside eating it right in front of the cameras)? - yup, o...k... - slowly backing away from here - I'm too creeped out right now), etc. This place reeks of seafood. I mean, they really try to get me in - and idk how they do it - but their slick marketing always works - I fall for those super low prices and good options. Still, even with the uphill parts, they're just too mild for all the downhill I go through (I mean, the renovation lead to a rearrangement I don't like and will never get used to - I think that lost my business the most outside of the cigarettes). Um, you added a sushi bar and can't get your deli right? Played games instead hiring me (thank you - don't want to work here fortunately now)? For those, it gets a 0.5 star from me. read more

unlike many stations with two or more pumps per island this location only has one pump (per side) so you may wait a little longer if it's busy. You may find it worth the wait considering their prices are typically cheaper than most the area stations. I've only used this station a few times and have no complaints. read more

I always enjoy shopping at this Ralph's location. Store is always clean and you can tell that the employees here take pride in the company and also the customers. Every time I shop here from the moment I step out of my car to the time I get back in my car if there is a Ralph's employee I am always greeted. Whether it be with a hello or a how are you doing today to even a simple hello. Also I notice that employees here are always making sure that items are always stocked, cleaned, shopping carts are full for customers to use, and that they are always available if needed. There have also been a couple of times that I have had to return an item due to it being spoiled and the customer service was superb. I' ve shopped at this Ralphs for years because it is close to home and has an adjacent gas station with very low prices. Like most food markets, the Covid 19 virus has caused wide spread shortages in a wide variety of products. That seems to be the new normal overall, but not what happened to my wife and I yesterday is not. At the checkout, after our purchases had been scanned, my wife paid the cashier while I moved the shopping cart to the bagging area. The cashier looked at me and bluntly stated: "You brought your own bags, you gotta bag everything yourself." I asked when this new policy had begun. Again, bluntly, the cashier stated, "today" and turned her back to me and started talking to the next customer in line. Guess what, I don't "gotta" there at all, and I will not. P.S. I am a disabled 62 yr old woman who went to get gas at Ralphs where I've been shopping for 20+ years. When I got out of my car, I threw my keys on the seat and they fell onto the floor and the alarm went off. I asked the young man ( subsequently finding out his name is MICAH) working there if he could please reach in my fully open window to reach my keys which were clearly visible on the floor and he outright REFUSED and said "Im not putting my hands in your car". Im short and I couldn't reach my arm to the floor. I finally was able to get something in my car to grab them. I then walked over to him and politely asked him his name. He must have known he spitefully refused to help a customer and he started walking away from me. I asked his name 3 times and he REFUSED to give it to me and then went and locked himself in the little gas hut there. I went into the store to complain and spoke with an incompetent "leader" named Justine who just blankly stated at me while I told her what happened and how he refused to give me his name. All she said was he didn't have to put his hand in your car to reach your keys, NO apology for his rudeness and his refusal to give me his name and walking away from me. I luv this gas station.. I always go here! It's cheap and close to the 210 freeway (off Haven Ave exit), very convenient! It can get really busy at times but I always come later at night or in the mornings when everyone is at work or school so there's never really any wait. The hoses can stretch to the other side of your car so you can go to any pump you want.. but my car is to big so I don't wanna risk it not reaching over so I just go to the side that I know my gas thing is at hehehe. read more

This is the best Ralph's in Rancho Cucamonga! The staff is very friendly always asking if I'm finding everything ok. Everyone knows me by name there it feels like family. They did get new shopping carts and remodeled the whole store making it look like a grand opening. I like that they have the clerks doing sweeping the floor every hour for our safety. Their produce always looks fresh if you go early in the morning you can find markdown produce i buy it if I know I'm going to use it that day. The service deli stopped selling Fountain drinks and coffee which is a bummer. And they don't have a hot deli case anymore. But they do have combos now which is way better in my opinion for $5. I love ordering the chicken sandwich the bun is Brioche and side of Potato Wedges. They do have other combos but that I usually get when I do go to Ralphs. They no longer make sandwiches but they did replace it with a Sushi Bar lots of different Sushi's. They have Poke bowls,Teriyaki bowls with rice, Edamame, potstickers and Sushi's. The Floral department is awesome all the flowers look fresh. If you I need an arrangement Tina does an amazing job! I always buy my meat at Ralph's they have the meats! Prime choices is the best meat you can get and when I pass by the meat department I see a lot of good marbling steaks. The Carne Asada is really delicious and I get the uncooked tortillas and it turns out better than most restaurants. The Dairy department is always well stocked Omar is really nice and Funny. They do have a new Almond Breeze that has bananas it's the only almond breeze I drink it's really good with Cereal. As I check out the lines do get long sometime but it does go fast because the Awesome cashiers is fast and efficient. I love using my Ralph's card and bringing my own bags for bag points for fuel. When you use your Ralph's card constantly you can save up to $1 off a gallon. I don't know if everyone knows but they do have a T.V on top with the Fuel Prices. Convenient gas station with best prices! Will often be busy but be patient and you will be happy! There is no need for a club like Costco and they are usually open 24hrs. If you have a Raplhs Rewards card you can build up points for $ .10-.20 off per gallon! Happy pumping!! ;-) read more

Super long lines here. I probably waited 15 minutes before I was able to fill up. It's pretty much as bad as Costco and there is only one pump per lane. It's usually about 5 cents a gallon more than costco. I'm not sure what the quality of gas is here either. I'd rather pay a little more for better quality gas an no lines. read more

BEWARE!!! This gas station is cheating it's customers. This is the second time I've used the .20 cent reward discount and the first time I though has is it possible I needed that many gallons to fill my truck. Just filled truck up again tonigh and it took 26.55 gallons of gas. Keep in mind I wasn't empty and the the max capacity for my truck is 26 gallons. How is it possible that the gas pump dispensed more gallons then my truck actually holds? There is a reason gas is a little less expensive here and it's because they are cheating you. I am going to catch them next time I fill up and will post a response. I'm also going to file a complaint with the state to have them come out and review the pumps. BEWARE!! read more

Tonight (1/22/2018) Lou, a manager, closed the store five minutes early. Not only that, he saw me pulling up, ran to the door and locked it, I looked at my phone and it was 11:56pm. It was very clear that Lou saw me pulling up, and purposely went over to lock the door. SO RUDE! I went over and asked the courtesy clerk what time the store closed and he said midnight, and that he would let me in, but the doors were locked. The courtesy clerk then recommended that I called the manager tomorrow, which I plan to do. Lou if you by any chance read this, how would you feel if a store manager did the same to you? After you drove all the way down there, and got there on time. I'm sure you expect good customer service, but you can't reciprocate it? I would think for an older man you would see the importance of courtesy, but I guess not. Very Disappointed in Ralphs.... read more
