Place an order on Uber Eats needing a few hygiene products a couple things from the deli and a few other grocery items it's about to be 11 PM. Ralph's does not close until 11 AM. They have the entire hygiene aisle completely locked up and closed off so guess cannot gain access to products in addition to that they have the entire fresh deli aisle close as well

The store is often crowded, but it is very organized and the staff is friendly. The ambiance is vibrant and they have a great selection of produce & snacks. Their hot bar is convenient and very delicious. Their sushi selection is also excellent and the sushi is very fresh! I always make sure I get myself a smoothie as well. Their drinks are simply delicious and very refreshing. My favorite is the iconic Hailey Bieber smoothie!

Now that they've been around for a number of years, it's a well known fact that Erewhon is as…read morefamous for their celebrity endorsed smoothies as they are notorious for their astronomical prices. If a trip to Whole Foods earns them the nickname "Whole Paycheck", Erewhon will probably cost you your monthly rent. And yet, like a moth to a flame, I couldn't help but make a trip here to check out their wildly popular (and expensive) smoothies! Wandering through the aisles, Erewhon has all of the basics you would expect to find at a market, but a lot of the brands they carry aren't the typical mainstream ones you'll find at most other supermarkets. In a sense, they're like the Whole Foods of Whole Foods, as they almost exclusively feature premium/luxury brands that position themselves as being more "health focused". While that sort of claim can be relative (e.g. lower calories, but higher sodium), there's no question that the quality of their fresh produce, meats, and seafood definitely looked pretty legit, with a lot of products that are organic, free-range, cage-free, hormone-free, etc. As for the aforementioned smoothies that so many folks both praise and complain about, they're made fresh to order from their tonic bar that sits in the middle store - easy to find, but inconvenient to navigate past. With over a dozen different pre-set flavors/combinations to choose from, along with the option to customize and/or create your own, the menu has so much to offer. What's more, if you aren't in the mood for one of their smoothies, they also have freshly pressed juices, coffees, and teas. Even though their Strawberry Glaze Smoothie is easily their most popular smoothie (and best, according to Hailey Bieber), we opted to try their MALIBU MANGO SMOOTHIE ($21) instead. Based purely on taste, this actually wasn't too shabby - It had a nice punch of mango flavor and the consistency was smooth with just the right thickness to it. Plus, I liked how creamy both the texture and taste was and how it wasn't overly sweet. That being said, after tax/tip, did it taste $28 good? No. Although there wasn't anything inherently "bad" with this, it didn't taste all that different from the one I can get by my place in SF that costs me less than half as much. Despite how expensive the smoothie was, which at least I was already prepared for, the thing that really took us by surprise was how long it took for it to be made. Granted, this location might be an outlier, as its proximity to The Grove probably contributes to the number of people that were here, but I never would've guessed we'd have to wait almost half an hour for our order. Since I don't live anywhere near an Erewhon, I can't say if/when I would come back, but I certainly wouldn't entirely rule it out, as I liked the smoothie we got and I'm genuinely curious about the Strawberry Glaze one as well as some of their prepared foods. However, for how much it would set me back, it'll probably have to come after the next time I get a bonus or a raise so I can feel a little better about the splurge. Four stars for taste and the quality of what Erewhon has, but two stars, at best, for value, so three it is.

To please check the price, the employee replied that it was the right price. Once again I told her to check especially the advertise price the had. She look at me and told me that she was not going to walk over there. I ask to speak to the manager. They told me that the manager was not there and that the person incharge was going to come over, finally he did. An Asian employee I believe He's name is Ben, not sure. After waiting Ben came over and saw the price on the items and only said "okay will give You the price that it shows" but I expected to remove the tag and tell the other employee to at least do her Job. The Manager by the name Michael all this time was in the store. He came out and I tried to explain to him what had happened but they got the Female Security involved. And she just grave me and pushed me out side. Michael the Manager and another employee came out and said I had No right to complain and I was very Agressive. But if I was getting aggressive why was he talking to me outside the store and very close to me. After incident I called Customer Service to inform them what had happened and I was with a back pain from Security dragging me out from the store. That they should see their cameras and train the employees correctly. Report was maybe written down and nothing was said or done until this day. No one ever cared to see what really happened and no one called me.

I called around 4 PM to place a cookie order and spoke with Ashley. I was immediately told that all cookie orders require 48-hour notice--without being asked how many cookies I needed or any details about the order. I even clarified that I was only looking for one dozen original cookies and one dozen milk chocolate, and she reiterated that all cookie orders require 48-hour notice. What was most frustrating wasn't even the policy--it was the lack of basic customer service. There were no follow-up questions, no attempt to offer alternatives, and no effort to see if anything could be accommodated for the next day. The conversation felt very one-sided and dismissive. I've ordered from other Bristol Farms locations throughout Southern California and have not encountered such a rigid, across-the-board policy, which made this experience even more surprising. I ended up placing the order elsewhere, and my group was very happy with that decision for several reasons, including the overall service experience. At a minimum, I would expect staff to: * Ask a few clarifying questions before declining a request * Offer alternatives or solutions when possible * Communicate policies in a more customer-friendly way Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced slow or inconsistent service at this particular counter, which makes it harder to rely on. I would also be interested to understand what measures are in place to ensure team members are trained and supported to deliver a customer-focused experience that helps grow the business, rather than turning away reasonable requests.
