Nice little restaurant in a strip mall, clean, efficient service! Our ramen was delicious, loved the bamboo shoots (fried? Tasted like meat!) noodles cooked perfectly! We will be back next time in Las Vegas!

Ordered through uber eats - quick delivery, packaged well, and still warm upon arrival The shoyu ramen and katsu curry were both filled with flavor! I loved how crisp the pork katsu was and the curry tasted great.

I got the Black Garlic Oil Ramen (Pork)

Food was amazing. Service was good on beyond. Was pretty pleasant as well. Appreciate very clean. Bathrooms will definitely come back.

I went here over the weekend with some friends in the early afternoon on Sunday, and it wasn't busy at all. We got served in a timely manner and received our food fairly quickly for a group of 7. I ordered the chicken yakisoba, which smelled really great but subtle. Overall delicious and would recommend. Environment is great, and the kpop music in the background was fun to listen to.

$12 for this Chicken Karaage ...

Anyone can cook -- but apparently, not everyone can COUNT. Seven. Seven pieces of karaage. I have seen larger portions fall off Linguini's apron. My BROTHER Emile, who once ate an entire wheel of cheese in a storm drain, would weep at this container. He would not even need to unhinge his jaw. The dipping sauce cup is arguably larger than the entire protein offering. The SAUCE has more volume than the FOOD. I did not develop a sophisticated palate and risk my life hiding under a chef's hat for THIS. There's a spot called Soru Ramen. Their chicken is crispier, their portion is larger, and their flavor is better. I'd suggest them over this spot.

food: ill get any of the rice bowls or ramen here late night after work. Im a local here so this spot is one of the few 24/7 open spots that i enjoy. I got the ramen bowls here such as the tonkotsu and the light tonkatsu bowl, the black garlic ramen and had them multiple times. I have the pork and egg bowl, chicken and egg bowl as well. service: there is usually two servers here usually on shift during the midnight run. they are pleasant. ambiance: small shop that off of spring mountain rd. They have a couple booths with cushion seating and a big table in the middle of the restaurant that can fit a fairly large party. plenty and plenty of parking around midnight.

Our server was the only one working but she made sure to be as attentive to us as possible even though we went new year's day and it was busy. The miso ramen was amazing and very flavorful. Not a heavy broth which i enjoy. The croquettes came in 4 different flavors. Pumpkin, curry, potato and one more I can't remember but all were delicious. They did mess up our shrimp yakisoba order as we asked for pork but for shrimp. we didn't say anything because it was still yummy. can't wait to go back!

Oh wow the creamy Chicken Creamy Tomyum was great. Also, The Tonkatsu was delicious too. We enjoyed the Homemade Gyoza, the Curry Bowl, and the Pork Creamy Tomyum. Cool Japanese pop music played in the background. Super friendly service. I recommend!

5 Stars Found a new go-to spot for any time of day -- Shinjuku Ramen is open 24/7 and absolutely delivers. I started with the chicken karaage and the shrimp kimchi fried rice. Both were incredibly flavorful -- the karaage was perfectly crisp, and the fried rice came with whole shrimp (tails on), which made for a really nice presentation. For my ramen, I went with the Tonkotsu with spicy oil, and it's hands-down one of the best bowls I've had in town. The thin noodles are a great touch and exactly what I prefer. The chashu was cooked perfectly and practically melted in my mouth. The atmosphere is also great, it gives a great "hole in the wall" spot to it. It's right next to Shanghai Plaza and you miss the craziness of the parking. There was no wait at all, even at 9pm on a Saturday, and the food came out in a standard 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend this spot if you're craving something delicious late at night and you're right off the Strip!

Helpful Tip: Vegan Friendly Helpful Tip: 24 Hours I stopped by this place after leaving Hakkassan at nearly 3am. I can't believe this pace is 24/7 but I'm grateful! The service was great and the food was filling. I ordered Vegan fried rice and it taste just like Jose Andres 20 veggie fried rice (def a compliment) I was not a fan of the mousse cake it was nearly frozen and very difficult to dig into. The Thai tea is also watery and not good at all. The vegan ramen was great in spice and had a great taste. Not a fan of soft tofu and could have passed on that for sure. 80 bucks for a surprisingly delicious early morning meal is a win!!!!!

Early birthday celebration for a friend. Needed something hot and tasty before calling it a night and remembered this is one of the few ramen shops that's open 24/7. There were still a few diners when we came in. We ordered shoyu chicken ramen, black garlic ramen, tonkotsu, takoyaki, ube crepe cake and burnt basque cheesecake. Not too keen on the shoyu chicken ramen as the sliced chicken was dry. The black garlic ramen was flavorful as well as the tonkotsu. We tried each of the ramen and shared as well. Delicious ube crepe cake! Our server was friendly and very attentive despite working on his own. There was another party of about 8 people and a couple others. So we kept him really busy. I like this place It is a bit cozy and the price is reasonable. Will definitely keep this on our to-go list.

    Pork Spicy Miso Ramen
    Allen L.

They're open 24 hrs Thursday - Sunday! I went in a 2am looking for a nice bowl of ramen after wandering the Strip all night. Ordered the pork based Spicy Miso Ramen. I do like that they are generous with the noodles. Usually I need Kaedama, or a refill of noodles, but not at Shinjuku! It was delicious but the soup was a little too salty. I also love that they have togarashi and chili oil on every table. Knowing that now, next time I'll just get the tonkotsu and spice it with togarashi to my liking.

My husband and I went to Shinjuku and ordered their yakisoba and spicy ramen. We even tried their yuzunade drink and it's very refreshing. Lastly we tried the basque cheesecake but I forgot to take a photo. Lol. This is our second visit and the food is always delicious.
