Awesome experience in this small ayce sushi spot! Matthew took excellent care of us as he sped around the small dining area! Everything came out quickly and tasted as advertised. Spicy garlic edamame, salmon belly, bluefin tuna, waygu beef, and affagato were the highlights.

It was a little confusing to find at first since it's located next to Nemo Sushi, but once inside, there were a few tables available. If you visit during lunch, be prepared for a bit of a wait, as it can get busy. Even so, the service was impressively fast. The restaurant appeared to have just one server, yet he was incredibly attentive, efficient, and constantly on the move. It was impressive watching him make his way to every table, ensuring everyone was taken care of without missing a beat. For an all-you-can-eat restaurant, I think it's well worth the price. The value is great, the service was excellent, and I'd definitely return--just outside of the lunch rush to avoid the wait.

Top notch! Service was excellent and food was fantastic! I'll definitely be back. Not to mention the decor and design is so adorable and feels authentic.

So so good. There was such a wide selection and everything was great. The truffle butter scallop was our favorite by far. The lobster toast was another stand out. The staff was very friendly and helpful with accommodating allergies. The restaurant is very small and not very many tables. I do not think a large group would be able to fit comfortably. I would expect a wait as well but it was definitely worth it.

Are you kidding me? This place is insane. 50/10. I originally planned to eat at Neko Sushi for dinner, but the wait was 45 minutes over there and I was getting hangry. I walked about 10 steps to the left and spotted Neko Loco. At first, I was skeptical. This place looks identical to Neko Sushi, but the AYCE menu was about $10 cheaper, at only $26.95/person. AYCE seafood in Las Vegas for that price? How is that possible. Everything I ordered was better than the last. I will be thinking about the seared freshwater eel and seared salmon for days. (I was so focused on eating those I forgot to take a picture...) Everything also tasted fresh, including many pieces of raw fish that I ate. *The nigiri fish-to-rice ratio is 10/10. Barely any rice. Giant slab of fish. The service was a little slow, but there was only one waiter managing all the tables inside. He was taking orders, delivering food, and somehow keeping everything running smoothly while staying sane the entire time. As we were leaving, he smiled and said, "See you tomorrow!" I wish I could, but I don't live in Vegas. I will be back though. Hopefully he is still there. Inside: Neko Loco is on the smaller side. Not many tables inside. I had a group of 3 and walked-in on a Sunday evening, but it filled up pretty quickly. Parking: I took an Uber, but there's a large parking lot. The plaza was very busy on a Sunday evening. Bathrooms: Clean. One women's stall.

Food and service was good. I'm a big fan of nigiri and this place is definitely a solid. The chef preparing the food was quite nice and personally asked for feedback since the oysters lacked quite a bit of flavor, but he made some adjustments and it was absolutely a game changer. I would say if you're in the area, this place is worth giving a chance. Considering sushi neko is also in this plaza it can get quite packed. Overall a solid 4.5 in my book and definitely will be back to see if they add more to the menu. Side note: the place is much smaller than I expected, so if you're going with a party of more than 4 I would let them know ahead of time.

80% the price, 80% the quality? Neko Loco is the newest all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant named Neko, and it's in the same plaza as the others. Taking over where Eki Ramen (once called Neko Ramen) left off, with apparently much of the same decor for now, their big distinguishing feature is the lower pricing. The All Day Special is just $26.95, rather than $34.95 at their Neko sisters, while the Lunch Special (12-4pm daily) is $19.95, not $26.95. I feel like justifying the lower rating first. Having enjoyed the original Neko, the Supremo location, and the more distant cousin Sumo Henderson (same restaurant group though), I did feel like some of the pieces didn't have quite the same quality, and there was a noticeably high amount of inedible gristly bits in the Tartar Seafood Salad and Creamy Seafood Poke bowls. Also, be very aware that the portions of these items are at least twice as large, if not more, as what you might expect to receive. I was also left wanting for slightly more flavor in the Salmon Carpaccio. Also, the Bluefin Toro feels like a bit falsely advertised in that it's actually closer to a spicy tuna than an intact piece of fatty tuna, although I did still enjoy it enough. Last, but not least (especially for certain ratio hounds), there was actually a lot more rice in both the yuzu salmon and yuzu yellowtail than in any of the other nigiri pieces here, and in the very same items from Sumo Henderson. By and large, the rest of the meal was satisfying. The Yellowtail Carpaccio had jalapeños de-seeded to the point that they were not spicy themselves, and the Bluefin Tuna Tataki and Crunch Onion Albacore were both pretty nice. The Uni looked a little brown but actually tasted better than the average AYCE piece, and the Ama Ebi was good (and came with the raw tail draped over the rest of the shrimp, fried). Most of the nigiri except those listed above had solid fish quality and insane fish-to-rice ratios. And the Mango Mochi (my 1 dessert per AYCE meal) tasted not-old. I also wanted to highlight a few more items that felt unique from this menu. The Truffle Butter Scallop was an unexpected breaded and fried treatment but contained a whole sea scallop inside. The Wagyu Beef Nigiri is an unusual oversized piece with two pieces of rare, tender steak over a huge chunk of rice, and it seems necessary to attach it in two bites. And the Aonori Scallop is a little smaller than a typical scallop, maybe a little more chewy, and got supplemented with yuzu. Service was great. I even got a couple rounds of napkins without asking, and the server seemed very understanding of my slow pace tackling those relatively huge bowls (see above). The dining room is relatively small as you'd know if you ever went to the ramen spot, but it was not very busy during the weekday afternoon of my visit. Music leaned mostly contemporary Western pop. Neko Loco is a great deal, and you should definitely go if you want a well-priced AYCE sushi experience that still mostly has comparable quality to the usual spots. Personally, I'll stick to my existing favorites since I only really go maybe once a month at most these days, so cost isn't my number one priority.

Oh my gosh!!! For this low price for AYCE sushi! Run don't walk!!! We've tried Sushi Neko and because the wait was long we decided to try this place right next door. Was told it was previously a ramen place. Inside is much smaller but they were able to accommodate us (party of 8) immediately and there are a couple booths. We sat right in front with the red circular tables and chairs. Service was incredible! JJ is the best! He and the chef were recommending us to try the wagyu and more things we wouldn't normally order but everything was delicious! The lobster toast and even the corn cheese toast was yummy! For Sushi- our go to is usually yellowtail, carpaccio, tuna, but overall their menu offers so much! 10/10! We will be coming back soon!! Thanks again JJ and staff for an amazing experience!

We had an amazing experience at Neko Loco Sushi! The food tasted incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. I also noticed that this location seemed to have more spicy options than the other locations, which I really enjoyed. Our service was fast, and the lady who helped us was very nice and welcoming. The restaurant is smaller than the other locations, but the inside has a unique and interesting atmosphere. We were seated quickly, and everything from start to finish was a great experience. We'll definitely be back!

We're glad we found this place! I don't know why Neko needed another sushi place, but this is their third one, all right near each other. No matter, we got excellent service, had great food, and enjoy the well decorated atmosphere. All of that, at a great price.

Man, this place is a hidden gem tucked right between the other Neko sushi spots. We got in Sunday around 1 PM and got seated right away. Only one server was running the whole show--taking orders, cleaning tables, and somehow still keeping everything moving. The $20 lunch AYCE is seriously one of the best deals around. The menu is loaded with stuff you don't usually see at all-you-can-eat places. The Korean pancake was crazy good, packed with authentic flavor, and the sushi tasted super fresh with just the right amount of rice. I loved the tiny rice ratio so you actually taste the fish. Food came out fast, the cozy Japanese decor was a nice touch, and everything tasted way higher quality than expected. With this many delicious options, I'll definitely be back every time I'm in town.

Neko Sushi keeps taking our money but this place is amazing! Great nigiri selections, roll favorites, and great vibes. YOU MUST GET THE CANDY SALMON!!! Our server was the manager JJ and he was so attentive, friendly, bubbly, and all around a great guy and make sure that we had all the food that we ordered. the hospitality of this place is 10 out of 10 would go again! This place is going to be more popular than the other 2 locations for sure. They have all the favorites from Neko Sushi/Supremo. If you're here for a sushi fix and don't mind any missing items, this place is for you!

I decided to go to my regular sushi spot, Neko Sushi, but as I was walking towards their door, I saw Neko Loco right next to them and learned they were part of the same management/company! I gave Neko Loco a go and am in LOVE so far!!! The wait staff and chef were so kind and amazing, the quality and service is just as incredible as their sister restaurant, fast and fresh! The lunch AYCE is a steal of a deal!!! I cannot recommend this place enough, give it a go!! I mostly eat Nigiri when I'm out and theirs was so fresh and they do NOT pack it with rice, it's mostly fish(heaven)! I really recommend the seared or torched salmon nigiri! Will definitely be coming back! I loved the whole vibe!

Who can say no to crispy, authentic Japanese katsu? We usually order the kurobuta and the thick cut tonkatsu along with the kabocha (Japanese pumpkin) appetizer. Everything always comes out tasting absolutely incredible. I highly recommend trying the kurobuta because it is honestly sooo delicious. I've also gotten their seafood mix katsu set before which comes with five different pieces of fried seafood. Out of the five my favorites were the shrimp, salmon, and cod! Each set comes with fluffy Japanese rice, miso soup, a mountain of freshly shredded cabbage salad, and a small side of Japanese pickles. Overall, hands down one of the BEST Japanese restaurants in the city. They are a small restaurant and don't take reservations so come early to avoid having to wait.

I visited Hachi in Las Vegas with my family for my birthday celebration, and this dinner definitely…read moreturned into a night to remember. My family made a reservation because they wanted to celebrate my birthday, so I was really looking forward to it. When it is your birthday, even a small detail feels a little more important. You want the night to feel special, smooth, and happy from the beginning. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there seemed to be a small issue with the reservation, and the table we were given was much smaller than expected. Since we were there as a family for a birthday dinner, it felt uncomfortable at first. I have to be honest -- my mood was not great in the beginning. It was one of those moments where you think, "Oh no, is this how the night is going to start?" But then the food started coming out, and Hachi completely turned the night around. The first thing that changed my mood was the beer. The draft beer was served in an unbelievably icy-cold mug. It was not just cold -- it looked and felt like it had come straight out of a freezer. The foam was smooth, the beer was crisp, and the first sip was so refreshing that I almost forgot I had been upset a few minutes earlier. That beer alone deserves applause. Sometimes a perfect cold beer can fix a whole mood, and this one absolutely did. The biggest highlight of the night was the tuna toro. It was incredible. The texture was so soft and delicate that it almost felt like cotton candy melting in my mouth. Rich, buttery, fresh, and so smooth. It was the kind of bite that makes everyone at the table stop talking for a second. We loved it so much that we ordered it three times. Ordering the same dish three times says everything. It was not a maybe. It was not a "let's think about it." It was a clear yes every time. The skewers were also very good. The grilled meats had a nice smoky flavor, and they were seasoned well without being too salty. They paired perfectly with the icy beer. But the shrimp skewer was especially memorable. The shrimp had that perfect bouncy, juicy texture. It was grilled nicely, still tender, and full of natural sweetness. Some grilled shrimp can become dry or forgettable, but this one had personality. Small skewer, big impact. We also enjoyed several other izakaya-style dishes. The grilled shishito peppers with bonito flakes were simple but delicious, and they helped balance out the richer dishes. The grilled squid had a great smoky flavor and a chewy texture that went so well with beer. These are exactly the kinds of dishes that make izakaya dining so fun -- one bite, one sip, one more bite, and suddenly the table is full of happy people. The sashimi platter was fresh and beautifully served over ice. There was a nice variety, including tuna, salmon, white fish, scallop, and ikura. Everything looked clean and fresh, and the presentation made it feel even more enjoyable. But honestly, the toro was the star. I will probably remember that toro for a long time. My daughter ordered tonkatsu, and that was also a huge hit. Sometimes at restaurants like this, kids' dishes can feel like an afterthought, but this tonkatsu was really good. It was crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. Seeing my daughter enjoy her food made my birthday dinner even better. As a mom, when your child eats well and is happy, the whole meal suddenly feels more peaceful. That is just the truth. Overall, Hachi started with a little frustration because of the reservation issue and the small table, but the food and drinks completely saved the night. The icy-cold beer, the amazing tuna toro, the juicy shrimp skewer, and the tonkatsu were all memorable. The food was strong enough to make us forget the rough beginning, and by the end of the meal, we were all happy. Las Vegas has so many flashy restaurants, but Hachi has that casual, comfortable izakaya charm. It is the kind of place where you order many small dishes, share with the table, drink something cold, and let the night slowly become fun. I would definitely come back next time I am in Las Vegas. Next time, I already know what I am ordering first: an icy-cold beer and tuna toro. And honestly, I may order the toro twice from the beginning, because one order is definitely not enough.
