And then I went a few months ago and was disappointed because the waitress had just received multiple to go orders and she told me I would have to come back. At the time I was a bit frustrated and decided I wouldn't go back. I'll be honest I was a bit hangry. I just got in town and gave it another chance! So glad I did! I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen. I liked the online GUI since it made it easy to customize things for the order. Everything was packaged well in the bag. The rolls were pretty good but one note. They didn't fall apart while I ate which was a plus for takeout. Both were doused with sauce though. I'd rather have just had it on the side in one of the plastic containers at this rate. That aside, the amount of fish was pretty good. I wanted more crunch from the salmon skin. The yaki udon was bland, just needed more. Especially for the veggies which would've shined with a smidge more salt or soy. Not the best, I'd have to try more things to really get a sense of it but this wasn't impressive in the least.
