Vegan instant ramen with add ons (green onions corn and cheese ) the cheese is not vegan .
    Ni G.

They had a vegan instant noodle packet for vegetarians . I added the green onions corn and cheese as toppings . The hard boiled egg comes with the shell and you will just need to be aware that you need to peel it while the noodles are cooking . The employees were friendly and they gave us step by step instructions on how to make our ramen . There are bottled hot sauces available on the side . There are a few standing tables indoors and more seating outside in front of the food court . This tasted great on a cold day .

I was looking to try out one of those self-serve ramen shops like they have in Korea and was happy to see Ramyun Cafe in Vegas. They're located inside the premium outlets as well, so you can do some shopping before/after. Keep in mind though: I had a good experience, being that I was seeking out this type of experience, was craving ramen, and love buldak noodles. The ramen selection here is pretty bare-bones; they basically only had a few kinds of Samyang, Shin, and Jin ramen. Fortunately, I had never tried the Buldak tom yum before and used this as an opportunity to. You get to add toppings of your choice, but they do stack up. The price isn't the cheapest, especially since it's just packaged ramen at the end of the day. But if you're coming here, I suspect it's either because you're trying it for the first time, are desperately craving ramen at the time and it's the most convenient source, or you don't mind paying premium price for ramen that you could buy and make at home. The ramen making machine has some instructions that are easy to follow, and there are several of them. There are also some standing tables inside that we used. We saw a lot of people coming in just to look around and then leave.

The smell of Ramen literally drew me in!!! I have to say, location is perfect. Ramyun cafe was the first restaurant i saw as i was on my way into the food court. The smell of Ramen brought back that childhood memory of me excitedly waiting for my ramen to be done after school. With different types of ramen and heat temps, its easy to get caught up for a while trying to figure out what to purchase! I played it safe and did not get any heat but i did build my ramen with egg, scallions and corn. Yum !! Using the water heat machine was simple!! I added boiled egg, green onion and corn. Yum!!!

Quality/Quantity - We first discovered this in the US when we were in LA. They are popular in Asia, Japan. A great way to fill that ramen craving. Inexpensive in comparison to the other eateries here. Look at the picture for the ramen options, see menu for sides. They also have bowls, kimbap, sushi, drinks, etc. Atmosphere - Small business. A few counter tables inside, but plenty of outdoor mall seating. See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm or 8pm. Service - Good. Price - Inexpensive, see menu pictures. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2024. Curious how this "fad" plays out...?

Cute little make your own ramen places in the north Las Vegas outlet food court. Friendly service. Yummy cheese Kimbap. Had a delicious watermelon ade drink that I highly reccomend, one the most real watermelon flavored drinks I've had.

My fiancé and I finally found a great spot for snacks when my family visits from out of town to go shopping. They love to shop for hours, so we're always looking for food options nearby. While Ramyun Cafe offers a huge variety of instant ramen, we decided to try their Spam Kimbap this time. We weren't expecting much since it was premade items in a sushi box, but it was good! You can tell it was freshly made, and the veggies were super crunchy. I'll definitely be back to try the ramen next time since they have a preparation station in the shop. There was also a ton of fillings. The space is small, but there are a few tables to sit and enjoy your meal. Their instant ramen selection is fun and unique, and perfect for cold weather! The workers were also helpful with people who didn't know how to use the machines for their instant ramen.

This is a super cute café, located in the north premium outlets! There aren't seats inside of the café, but there are tables that you can enjoy your food at there's a decent variety of different noodles to make with add ins like cheese or kimchi. I got the bulgogi kimbap which was really delicious and packed with lots of yummy fillings. I did notice that there was a crack in the container, and the staff was really accommodating and understanding giving me a new batch of Kimbap. I also got one of the melon drinks that was sweet and refreshing. If you are into Korean cuisine and are in the premium outlets, you should definitely try them out.

Finally! Korean ramen is one of my favorite staples after a long day of shopping. I grew up coming to this mall every few months, and the food here was always difficult for me to choose as they were mostly sandwiches and stir fries. Now I can have warm soup and kimbab for easy, delicious snack and doesnt have to step out for food!! Yay for k-ramen. Love that they have so many varieties and toppings to choose from as well.

this was my first experience at a make your own ramen spot. They have a good variety of different ramen as well as kimbap, rolls, and more. I got the bulgogi kimbap, and it tasted very fresh without being too salty. There were a lot of topping options for your ramen which was a nice experience. it was very easy to cook the ramen with their machine. it was a fun experience, and the cashier was very nice and explained the process in simple terms. he was able to explain the differences between ramen if you haven't tried certain flavors and are unsure of what to pick. there's one table inside without seats, so I just took my food outside and sat at the communal food court area. I would come again and try either a different kimbap or a roll if I was craving some instant ramen while shopping.

We stumbled upon this cafe at the North Premium Outlets. The shop keeper was so kind and explained how the cafe worked. It was such a cool little experience to choice your noodles, your toppings and cook your noodles and go about your day. The noodles were great (can't go wrong with noodles) the dumplings are a great addition! Would definitely go again!

Ramen: Spicy Miso, Tonkotsu Shoyu, Shio, Veggie, Chicken Paitan and more! For an appetizer, my husband and I split the Gyoza. It was good. For an entrée, I ended up ordering the beef bulgogi, and it was excellent. The beef was super flavorful, tender, and cooked really well! It was a perfect sweet and savory balance you want from bulgogi! My husband went with one of the ramen bowls, and it looked amazing too! The broth smelled rich and comforting, and from what he said, the flavor definitely delivered! The service was amazing! Everyone was super friendly, attentive, and welcoming! The food also came out pretty quickly too! Ramen Tatsu ended up being a great dinner stop. Delicious food, fantastic service, and an amazing atmosphere. I'd stop by here again for a ramen bowl!

The takoyaki had a nice crisp to it; they seem on the smaller side, and there could've been a little more filling. I got the tonkatsu shoyu, and it was okay. We started with the corn ribs, which had just the right amount of seasoning, and takoyaki. For our entrées, we ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu, Classic Tonkotsu, and the Oxtail Curry. I had the spicy tonkotsu which had just the right level of heat without overpowering the rich pork broth, added bean sprouts and an egg. For drinks, we tried the strawberry soda and melon soda with vanilla ice cream, and they were both refreshing, fun, and the perfect complement to the meal. The melon soda with ice cream tasted like a Baja blast from Taco Bell.  To finish, we shared the strawberry shaved ice for dessert. It was light, fluffy, refreshing, and generously topped with fresh strawberries, making it the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, every dish we ordered was delicious, the portions were satisfying, and the quality of the food really stood out. If you're looking for excellent ramen and comforting Japanese-inspired dishes in Las Vegas, Ramen Boys is definitely worth a visit. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in Vegas!

Turns out, kakigori is traditional Japanese shaved ice--more like shaved ice blocks with flavored syrup. That's on us for not knowing the difference. What isn't on us is paying over $20 for it. The portion and quality just didn't come close to justifying the price, especially after waiting about 25 minutes for a single dessert. While we were waiting, I asked another customer how the ramen was because we were considering coming back to try it. Her response was, "It's pretty decent," which wasn't exactly a glowing endorsement. To top it off, parking in this plaza is a nightmare. There are simply too many businesses competing for too few parking spaces. Unfortunately, between the long wait, steep prices, and underwhelming first impression, this wasn't a place we'll be returning to.

During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.
