Well no sense in taking chances, I went to eat first. As usual I was more prudent to get the katsu curry first. I forgot to give the before and after picture of the plate/bowl, but you can rest assured short of licking the dish clean it was pretty clean. I may come at a time where there seems to be a few open spaces and other times, I would have to circle the lot and the street to find parking. Until, I got home then had to use the restroom. The Tonkotsu Ramen Deluxe was terrible. The broth was really bad. Probably, because I just returned from Japan with family. My family was there for 3 months and I was there for 6 weeks. Everything is Japan is AWESOME!!!! From service to great quality food!!! And they don't expect a tip but yet their service and food quality is much more superior than what you get in America. Overall, this place wasn't like it use to be. I believe they changed owners. My little boy said "Gochisousamadeshita (ごちそうさまでした)" and they all had no idea what he meant. They looked puzzled then smiled. I want true Japanese food! There are different starter options you can choose from such as corn ribs, tako wasabi, gyoza, and even rice dishes like house fried rice or oxtail beef curry! I ended up getting the Yuzu Shio with no fish cake. I also had a chance to try out the edamame for an appetizer. There was plenty of salt on the edamame. The ramen bowl came out shortly afterwards, like within 5 minutes. This was my first time having the Yuzu Shio ramen and it was delicious!
