I've been eyeing this spot for quite a while now, especially when I heard about their customizable Ramen and broth on tap. When you walk inside of the restaurant it offers a very casual atmosphere with a sleek and modern design. The menu offers a variety of different options, so we decided to try out a couple of their appetizers, the Takoyaki and Birria Baos. We ordered two of their customizable noodle bowls for our main dishes which offered a variety of different toppings and ingredients. The service was very efficient since the bowls are prepared right in front of you and the appetizers only took 8-10 mins to receive them. On first impressions, the food looked absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the Takoyaki which had a crispy exterior, gooey interior, and it was topped with a delicious sweet and savory sauce. The Birria Baos were good, but it needed some extra flavor. We enjoyed both of our noodle bowls but the broth didn't have that rich, umami flavor that I was hoping for. The toppings really helped elevate the dish giving it some added freshness and texture. As a whole, I was definitely satisfied with the overall meal but there were just a couple of things that needed some slight improvement.

A dragon tiger noodle review, in haiku: What a cool soup spot. The ambiance was so hip. Average flavor though.

Hidden Gem! This noodle restaurant is so great! I had the Birria burrito and it was so good! The wings and white rice were amazing as well. We didn't try their ramen, but we definitely will the next time! They had so many options for broth and toppings. The staff was nice and friendly as well. The tables are equipped with the hot plates, so you can order the meats and cook them at your table as well. The overall experience at Dragon Tiger Noodle was amazing!

Tried Dragon Tiger Noodle for the first time the other day and it did not disappoint! I ordered the baby dragon wings and white rice. It was soooooo delicious! The wings were crispy & flavorful. The girl working the register and ordering was so sweet & happy to help with every question I had. The inside is so pretty and the tables have hot plates installed which is so cool. I can't wait to come back again and try something new.

We visited Dragon Tiger Noodles during our trip to Las Vegas after seeing several Instagram posts that made the concept look really interesting -- especially the idea of noodles. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to the hype. The concept itself is creative, but the taste and texture of the noodles were not to our satisfaction. The flavor was pretty underwhelming and didn't stand out compared to what we were expecting based on social media. Service-wise, it's more of a fast-casual setup, similar to a Panda Express-style ordering system, so there wasn't much interaction or service to speak of. We went around noontime, and the restaurant was about half empty. Nothing terrible -- just not very lively or memorable. Overall, it was interesting to try once, but I wouldn't go back again and wouldn't personally recommend it.

The customizable build-your-own noodle bowl was good. There were plenty of noodle, broth, protein, and topping options to mix and match everything to preferences. The Lil' Dragon wings were also good.

I really wanted to give Dragon Tiger Noodle a chance after seeing videos on social media about their house made noodles & foot long bao bun, but looks aren't everything. Though all the food looks trendy with soup on tap & the bao being larger than your head, the flavors just aren't there. If you're new to Asian food, you might truly enjoy this restaurant. Think of it as Chipotle but for noodle soups, where you choose the base, noodle/rice, proteins and all the toppings. My group got a few different items to share and the consensus amongst us all was that flavor was lacking. I loved the addition of black garlic & other fun toppings, but it wasn't enough for us. Since the soup comes from a tap (think draft beer, but all the soups) it seems like they don't have a great way to keep it hot. All our soups were lukewarm, with the beef soup being colder than the rest. The noodles were interesting, as they didn't have a much of a chew but also weren't falling apart either. I will say that the amount of meat provided in the noodle soups was insane as I had close to 10 large pieces of pork char siu in my bowl. The bao bun took quite a bit of time for staff to make, and according to the signage on display we were the third group to order it that day. Though the concept was cool, it's just executed really poorly - the filling of the bao was full of moisture, along with the bao being hot with steam so it just leads to the bottom layer of bao completely disintegrating. Even when cutting it and attempting to eat it with a fork the dough started to resemble mashed potato, so I could only imagine the mess that would occur if we attempted to pick it up. For the price the food isn't terrible, it's one of the more affordable options in the Vegas area! I just truly wish each dish had a bit more flavor & wish I was able to actually consume the bao bun.

So freaking good! The wings are amazing, the ramen is amazing, and the service...impeccable! We came on a weekday and it was eerily quiet. Come check this place out! Love the build your own bowl option and they have so many toppings to choose from that are fresh and delicious. Totally coming back the next time we visit Vegas.

The restaurant was clean and open. Plenty of tables to sit at. The service guy was very nice and polite. The birria ramen was good. Great broth and lots of meat on top. It comes with fire udon noodles; but next I might try it with ramen noodles. I like those better personally. Also we had kimchi fried rice and the light dragon wings. Both were excellent. Get a side of lime for the wings, so good.

The portion sizes are pretty big. I ordered house made ramen with tonkotsu broth, poached chicken, bok choy, and bean sprouts. The broth is flavorful without being salty.

Review 50/365 Challenge A friend of mine sent her this spot. She knew i was visiting Las Vegas and knows I love Ramen noodles. 1st timer here for lunch 5.24.25 Who doesn't love ramen along with in house made noodles. Right when walking in we were welcome and associates were so friendly, Darlin is really friendly and accommodating. We messed up and order due to the kids making us lose our focus. Lol momlife along we were ordering a few different bowls and different broths. he was understanding & accommodating. What we ordered ~ Little Dragon Wings are good. More like a simple fried flavor wings. Really crunchy. ~ Gyoza is yummy and tasted like traditional gyoza's ~ TONKOTSU RAMEN broth was really good. They had a lot of sliced pork belly in my ramen. Noodles were good but wasn't long and it tasted like any ordinary Ranen restaurant. Although it's stated they make their own noodles in house. ~ Yummy Ice cream dessert Ube & Matcha w fried Bao. Is on the sweeter side w the bao being cinnamon flavored. Ice cream wasn't overly sweet. FYI They let you sample the varieties of your broth choice. It's like a Chipotle style noodle house they make it for you as you pick your choice of proteins, toppings and etc. Pretty nice design of the restaurant, With red dragon tiger design. They have a few locations here in Las Vegas. Lots of parking available.

Came here for dinner. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. When we asked for the toppings on the side they did it. The restaurant isnt big but has decent seating. I will say I wish it was slightly brighter inside. It was really dark and made it hard to see what you were eating. Price was reasonable. Portion size was okay. Not big. Broth for the noodles were good.

I've never had to wait for a table no matter the time of day, and the service is always great. I will say in my experience the service at Chicago Brewing Company was great, too, based on my one visit, but I wonder how it might be during busy times. It appeared to me the front of the house was handled by the bartender and the hostess. I could foresee them getting in the weeds when it's busy. For this lunch outing at Chicago Brewing Company, I chose the Cobb salad hold the eggs. It was generous portioned and excellent. The service was excellent, too. It was on the ball from start to finish. Cheers! Be sure to check out my Las Vegas pics and pans collection.

I asked if this was the only non smoking section? He said yes and that there were tables in the bar which is smoking??? I explained that I'm a Disabled Veteran with Asthma and Lung problems and my friend also has asthma and we cannot sit in a smoking section. He shrugged his shoulders and offered no option. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. He is polite, respectful, and actually understands what customer service means. Without him, this would be a zero-star review. I stayed away from this place for a while because of past experiences, but I thought I'd give it another try. Big mistake. The front counter employee (short, rude, and completely disrespectful) the name of my receipt was "BRETT B." had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The way he speaks to customers is unacceptable. While we were there, we literally watched him look around to see if anyone was paying attention and then pour beer into a cup and drink it while working. We even recorded it -- unfortunately you can't post videos here. It was obvious something was off. His behavior, the lack of awareness, the attitude -- it left customers standing there whispering in shock that he was even on shift. It didn't stop there. While waiting at the pickup window, we watched a tall, bald employee standing on top of the deep fryers -- which were actively in use -- scraping the exhaust vents with a large knife. Those fryers contain extremely hot oil. Watching someone balance over active cooking equipment like that was alarming. If that's not a safety concern, I don't know what is. It certainly didn't look safe or professional. I'm sure OSHA will like to see the video that we have as well as the Southern Nevada Health District because I'm sure that these are both places that will see violation. As I fully planned to call my friend Joshua that works there and email him all of this. As for the food? The burgers are consistently dry and rarely made the way you order them. You don't get what you ask for. Period. I ordered medium and it was completely red inside. Please see photos and when I called and asked him about why it was wrong. The answer I got was the following. " well I don't know what to tell you. We only make what you give us when you order. You should check it before you walked away." It's unfortunate because this location has potential. It's in a casino, right by the sportsbook, and it's convenient -- which is likely the only reason people keep going. But convenience does not excuse poor service, questionable professionalism, and obvious safety concerns. I stand where I can see my food being prepared because I genuinely don't trust what's going on behind that counter. That says everything. This place needs serious evaluation of who they have working there and how it's being managed. Until that happens, I do not recommend eating here. Not unless you're prepared for incorrect orders, dry food, and customer service that makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. You'd honestly receive better service at McDonald's. I won't be going back. Eat here with caution.

We love this restaurant! It's our favorite place to get fried rice! Our favorites are the brisket…read morefried rice and the lobster fried rice we also always get the Short rib dumplings (pan fried) to start, they are so delicious and I love the sauce they put on. It's not close to the side of town we're on which is far north west, Skye Canyon,, but we feel it's worth it! The waitstaff is always very attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to the menu. We actually come here often enough that we are very familiar with the menu and we always know exactly what we want to eat and drink! Sorry this review is so late but every time we go to Fremont Street we eat, have drinks and then we have a good time so I get sidetracked and forget to finish reviewing lol Overall, this is a really great restaurant. It's kind of small, but we've never really have to wait very long to be seated. The best part about it is, it's in Circa which doesn't allow anyone under 21 in the casino so we don't have to worry about those kind of large parties! (Just my personal opinion)

Very good restaurant if you're craving Asian food. I came over here massively hungover and this was…read moreexactly what I needed. Great decor, ambience and staff. Very attentive and friendly. We got the brisky dumplings, pan seared. I Was expecting the small din tai fung sized ones with little filling, but these were FAT dumplings, with good amounts of brisket inside. WE got the brisket fried rice - also very good, and the garlic noodles. I really liked the char that the noodles and rice had. Only thing for me is that the fried rice and noodles seemed to have a little too big much oil in it. I don't think that's an indictment on 8 east itself, but more of a general Chinese/Taiwanese cooking method. But other than that, I would certainly come back again.
