I've been eyeing this spot for quite a while now, especially when I heard about their customizable Ramen and broth on tap. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When you walk inside of the restaurant it offers a very casual atmosphere with a sleek and modern design.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu offers a variety of different options, so we decided to try out a couple of their appetizers, the Takoyaki and Birria Baos. We ordered two of their customizable noodle bowls for our main dishes which offered a variety of different toppings and ingredients. The service was very efficient since the bowls are prepared right in front of you and the appetizers only took 8-10 mins to receive them. On first impressions, the food looked absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the Takoyaki which had a crispy exterior, gooey interior, and it was topped with a delicious sweet and savory sauce. The Birria Baos were good, but it needed some extra flavor. We enjoyed both of our noodle bowls but the broth didn't have that rich, umami flavor that I was hoping for. The toppings really helped elevate the dish giving it some added freshness and texture. As a whole, I was definitely satisfied with the overall meal but there were just a couple of things that needed some slight improvement.

A dragon tiger noodle review, in haiku: [[HIGHLIGHT]]What a cool soup spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was so hip.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Average flavor though.

I saw this business years ago on social media so I was excited to finally be in the area to try it. The fire noodles didn't taste spicy at all but were the perfect texture. The broth was okay. The braised pork belly was perfect. I prefer my ramen a little spicy so I was disappointed there wasn't an option to make it spicy. Overall it was okay but without a spicy mix in I just can't justice the price for the flavor. Staff were super nice and I loved that the tables have a way to heat up the ramen even though I didn't need it personally. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The tables were clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's one women's and one men's toilet.

Hidden Gem! This noodle restaurant is so great! I had the Birria burrito and it was so good! The wings and white rice were amazing as well. We didn't try their ramen, but we definitely will the next time! They had so many options for broth and toppings. The staff was nice and friendly as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The tables are equipped with the hot plates, so you can order the meats and cook them at your table as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The overall experience at Dragon Tiger Noodle was amazing!

Tried Dragon Tiger Noodle for the first time the other day and it did not disappoint! I ordered the baby dragon wings and white rice. It was soooooo delicious! The wings were crispy & flavorful. The girl working the register and ordering was so sweet & happy to help with every question I had. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is so pretty and the tables have hot plates installed which is so cool.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I can't wait to come back again and try something new.

We visited Dragon Tiger Noodles during our trip to Las Vegas after seeing several Instagram posts that made the concept look really interesting -- especially the idea of noodles. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to the hype. The concept itself is creative, but the taste and texture of the noodles were not to our satisfaction. The flavor was pretty underwhelming and didn't stand out compared to what we were expecting based on social media. Service-wise, it's more of a fast-casual setup, similar to a Panda Express-style ordering system, so there wasn't much interaction or service to speak of. We went around noontime, and the restaurant was about half empty. Nothing terrible -- just not very lively or memorable. Overall, it was interesting to try once, but I wouldn't go back again and wouldn't personally recommend it.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]From the moment you walk in, the cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The star of the show was definitely the tonkotsu ramen. The broth is rich, savory, and velvety, clinging perfectly to their amazing house noodles. On top of the killer food, the service was absolutely stellar--super friendly and fast. 10/10 experience!

Tiger noodle has very good food I do like the takoyaki very much. The complexity in flavors boggles my mind to and extreme point. I will always keep this wonderful place in mind when I'm hungry for a meal. I very much suggest you go here!

I really wanted to give Dragon Tiger Noodle a chance after seeing videos on social media about their house made noodles & foot long bao bun, but looks aren't everything. Though all the food looks trendy with soup on tap & the bao being larger than your head, the flavors just aren't there. If you're new to Asian food, you might truly enjoy this restaurant. Think of it as Chipotle but for noodle soups, where you choose the base, noodle/rice, proteins and all the toppings. My group got a few different items to share and the consensus amongst us all was that flavor was lacking. I loved the addition of black garlic & other fun toppings, but it wasn't enough for us. Since the soup comes from a tap (think draft beer, but all the soups) it seems like they don't have a great way to keep it hot. All our soups were lukewarm, with the beef soup being colder than the rest. The noodles were interesting, as they didn't have a much of a chew but also weren't falling apart either. I will say that the amount of meat provided in the noodle soups was insane as I had close to 10 large pieces of pork char siu in my bowl. The bao bun took quite a bit of time for staff to make, and according to the signage on display we were the third group to order it that day. Though the concept was cool, it's just executed really poorly - the filling of the bao was full of moisture, along with the bao being hot with steam so it just leads to the bottom layer of bao completely disintegrating. Even when cutting it and attempting to eat it with a fork the dough started to resemble mashed potato, so I could only imagine the mess that would occur if we attempted to pick it up. For the price the food isn't terrible, it's one of the more affordable options in the Vegas area! I just truly wish each dish had a bit more flavor & wish I was able to actually consume the bao bun.

This is genius... From Wazuzu @ Wynn/Encore to the Big screen chef Jet Tila is killin' the game... The induction burners to keep the bowls of Soup Warm and Hot is gangster... and Broth on tap is Mind Blowing... did one rib eye and one wagyu... Noodles are Fresh and Deliciously Homemade ... WoW this is Perfect and the veggie bar you choose add on's ... And the Tables Have A dramatic and beautiful red stripe piercing through them... Thankz For Bringing this close by... Meats melt in your mouth... don't cook it too Long...lol Noodles are Luxurious and tasty! You Have to try this... Fun and Healthy... and Fresh! ALoHA... will come back...

The restaurant was clean and open. Plenty of tables to sit at. The service guy was very nice and polite. The birria ramen was good. Great broth and lots of meat on top. It comes with fire udon noodles; but next I might try it with ramen noodles. I like those better personally. Also we had kimchi fried rice and the light dragon wings. Both were excellent. Get a side of lime for the wings, so good.

So freaking good! The wings are amazing, the ramen is amazing, and the service...impeccable! We came on a weekday and it was eerily quiet. Come check this place out! Love the build your own bowl option and they have so many toppings to choose from that are fresh and delicious. Totally coming back the next time we visit Vegas.

The portion sizes are pretty big. I ordered house made ramen with tonkotsu broth, poached chicken, bok choy, and bean sprouts. The broth is flavorful without being salty.

Try the Mexican corn appetizer with it's crumbly cotija cheese, chili, lime, and mayo on top of charred corn kernels. It's in 'esquites' form, which means it's not left on the cob like 'elote' is. Their specialty, nachos, are also well seasoned and the chips are freshly made on site. What drew me in to this restaurant was a past appearance on the Maury Povich Show, where I took a paternity test for someone who claimed she was my daughter. The end result? I was cleared, so Maury pointed at me while telling her that he's "Not yo' daddy." And so I visit Nacho Daddy on occasion, strictly for celebratory reasons. Birria nachos are excellent, made with a high quality shredded beef with pickled onion, cilantro, sour cream, cheese, and lime on top of a stack of chips. Having birria without consommé was new, but this one didn't really need it with all the flavors jumping out. Another recommendation is the cheeseburger nacho, an Americanized version with ground beef, bacon, cheddar, jack, queso, onions, tomato, and lettuce. The 'mini nachos' are perfectly sized for a light meal but if you're hungry, get the full size order which is huge and shareable. This location has been in business for 17 years now and there's plenty of seating in a nice, clean atmosphere.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

There are people just sleeping or talking to themselves all along Main St, but none were in the parking lot. He is polite, respectful, and actually understands what customer service means. Without him, this would be a zero-star review. I stayed away from this place for a while because of past experiences, but I thought I'd give it another try. Big mistake. The front counter employee (short, rude, and completely disrespectful) the name of my receipt was "BRETT B." had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. The way he speaks to customers is unacceptable. While we were there, we literally watched him look around to see if anyone was paying attention and then pour beer into a cup and drink it while working. We even recorded it -- unfortunately you can't post videos here. It was obvious something was off. His behavior, the lack of awareness, the attitude -- it left customers standing there whispering in shock that he was even on shift. It didn't stop there. While waiting at the pickup window, we watched a tall, bald employee standing on top of the deep fryers -- which were actively in use -- scraping the exhaust vents with a large knife. Those fryers contain extremely hot oil. Watching someone balance over active cooking equipment like that was alarming. If that's not a safety concern, I don't know what is. It certainly didn't look safe or professional. I'm sure OSHA will like to see the video that we have as well as the Southern Nevada Health District because I'm sure that these are both places that will see violation. As I fully planned to call my friend Joshua that works there and email him all of this. As for the food? The burgers are consistently dry and rarely made the way you order them. You don't get what you ask for. Period. I ordered medium and it was completely red inside. Please see photos and when I called and asked him about why it was wrong. The answer I got was the following. " well I don't know what to tell you. We only make what you give us when you order. You should check it before you walked away." It's unfortunate because this location has potential. It's in a casino, right by the sportsbook, and it's convenient -- which is likely the only reason people keep going. But convenience does not excuse poor service, questionable professionalism, and obvious safety concerns. I stand where I can see my food being prepared because I genuinely don't trust what's going on behind that counter. That says everything. This place needs serious evaluation of who they have working there and how it's being managed. Until that happens, I do not recommend eating here. Not unless you're prepared for incorrect orders, dry food, and customer service that makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. You'd honestly receive better service at McDonald's. I won't be going back. Eat here with caution.
