I've been coming here since they opened. When they first opened it was amazing. The last three times I've come have been awful. One time they didn't give me the scrub I paid for and didn't clean or shape my nails. I emailed them instead of posting a bad review. That email was not responded to. The next time they cut me so bad, I bled so much and my nail bed was still healing for several weeks. This time they cut me AGAIN on my toes and fingers. My toe nails look like I painted them with my non dominant hand and my long finger nail length was filed all the way down and my nails have jagged edges. I think I'm done coming here. read more

This place is very friendly staff and esthetically pleasing decor. I usually am a Walk-in, and understand the wait time, which isn't all that bad since I can use that time to pick the color that I want to try. However, since they've gotten more popular, it is strongly advised to make an appointment. There was once where I waited 45min and decided not to wait any longer though. I still prefer this location because they are more sanitary than other places and actually use liners for the foot basins and fresh tools that are autoclaved. I have treated myself to the Pedi on the Glow and Organic Pedicure All the Way for those times when I've felt absolutely burnt out and too achy to reach my feet. They have a massage chair for you to sit and relax while watching TV or stare off into space while you soak your tired feet for the pedicure. They also have a beverage bar, but I haven't tried that out yet. Of course there are times when I only want the classic quick manicure of gel nails, so I'm happy they offer that service alone for those times. They actually listen and don't ignore my request when I mention no cuticles due to my skin sensitivity. I've been coming here for about a year now and sadly these last few times haven't been great. I don't know what's going on but I feel like if you don't get the most expensive pedicure or get expensive set of nails they will only do 50%. I just went in 2 weeks ago to the day and my gel nail polish came off my toes and all my nails (acrylics) all came off. My nails haven't been done great either. Im rating a 4 only because Vivian was able to make my experience here better. I came in yesterday in the evening, asked for a simple brown tip french tip & a white toe pedicure. This was my first time trying this place because I recently moved around the area...I saw good ratings & wanted to try it to have a new place closer to my new home. Let me just say, the person that was given to me, did not do a very good job...I think he rushed my full set & just wanted to be done since it was closer to 6:30pm when he started working on my nails (they close at 7). He even cut my finger while filing down the shape of the nail. Fast forward to today, I noticed my polish on my thumb nail was chipped & falling off (wondering how that's possible after one single day) & noticed it all around my other nails as well. Fast forward to today in the evening, I came in & let the employees know I wasn't very happy with the outcome of the nail & wanted my thumbs fixed....Vivian saved the experience & helped make everything better! She took her time (even tho it was passed closing time) & fixed not only my thumbs but all my nails to make me happy! I appreciate employees who care & want new customers to come back! Unfortunately, I'm not a happy customer with the lack of service that was given. I've been coming to this place for a long time and have always been satisfied with my service, never had any issues or complaints whatsoever about anything until recently. I went in last Sunday 11/2, as soon as they opened. I requested a soak off treatment and new gel x set. The tech was a nice lady, but I don't know what went wrong during my time in the chair. I had a simple French tip design request with cat eye, even had the picture out for reference. She didn't tell me that she wasn't able to do it, just asked two other people about the design and came back to the chair and started working. The design wasn't at all like the picture but I didn't complain about it because she was trying her best and I don't like being that person. I paid for my services and tipped her and went on about my day. The very next day I'm getting ready for work and a nail popped off.. the next day two popped off as I'm typing on my computer. I call the shop to ask about their policies on refunds for services that didn't meet my expectations to which they only offered to fix the three nails that fell off. The next day two more nails pop off.. I go back to get them fixed and they ignore everything I'm trying to tell them from the size nails I asked for to the color.. five nails in less than a week fall and at this point I'm not happy at all. As, I've mentioned I've been coming to this place for a very long time and I've never had this happen before, so I called the shop, one more time asking for a refund, which they tell me due to their policy they don't do refunds, they just fix the nails. I was also told that gel x isn't always suitable for every nail type (mind you I've been getting them for years here and my nails stay on until I get a new set sometimes they last a whole month). I only have three nails remaining which are the three that they fixed for me the first time. Needless to say I'm disappointed in the whole experience I don't want to get them fixed anymore, I want my money back respectfully. Sadly the worst experience I've ever had here. read more

Just had the WORST service here ever. Never had issues with Polly, but I got there at 4:40 today. Checked in and asked for a pedicure. I was seated right away, but I waited in a seat with no one telling me how long it was going to take. After 30 minutes, they started the water for me. Okay I waited. Another 25 minutes has gone by and my toes are now pruny from soaking. Finally asked the girl with the pink hair like hello, how much longer!? I get this guy, skinny, middle aged, at first he was okay, then it went downhill. Half assed my polish, didn't wash off the scrub from the back of my leg. I had to ask him to repaint a few of my toes because that's how shitty it was. Didn't double coat, was painting all over my skin and didn't even take it off all the way. I had black polish, now I have black streaks everywhere. All that and I paid $37 for this shit service. When the girl asked me if it was okay when I paid I said no I'm over it. I'm a dude and it was my first time going to a nail salon. I've seen many nail salons in my life but this one has to be the cleanest nicest most modern looking one ever. Seriously it's so nice inside. Someone said that the receptionist was unprofessional, I can see why they would say that but being Asian myself sometimes they're just like that. Anyway I opted for the callus removal which was $40. My feet were super dry and cracking so much that my socks would get caught on them when. The lady that did my nails was a pro. She brought out oranges and what appeared to be some kinda cream and I was like cool she's giving me snacks while I get my nails done. Got my toenails cut and when she went got to the callus removal part, it was an eye opening experience. Sooooo much dead skin came off, looked like she was grating Parmesan cheese its was so nasty. Then she took the oranges and cream and rubbed my feet and legs down and man did I feel like a new man. It was a great experience to get my first manicure and I'm glad it was at this place. I did a walk in late in the afternoon and it seemed busy but I was seated right away. I asked for a Gel Mani/Pedi on my natural nails and have no complaints for the pedicure, although I think they added an extra service which I did not request but it was much needed. This was my second time getting my nails done here. First experience was alright so I came back , very much wanting this to be my new place. However, today's experience has brought me here to Yelp to write an honest review and to let out a little rant. Perhaps I was unlucky today to be matched up with Holly for my gel manicure. When finding a new nail salon, you're at the mercy of chance until you find someone you trust to go back to. Holly was so rough on my nails that it was painful and uncomfortable. She kept telling me to relax my hands but that's difficult to do when someone is hacking at your cuticles and filing so hard that your nail bends back. I was the first to say "hi" to her and she never said "bye" or "thank you." Additionally, when I made requests on fixing the quality of her work, the attempts were lackluster and not worth mentioning twice. When I showed Jessica my nails at checkout, she was kind enough to make it right and set me up with another appointment to fix this monstrosity. Holly came to the counter trying to figure out how she could compensate for this, but instead, I left a generous tip and said "seems like she's having a bad day." Hopefully, Holly is having a bad day or was hungry and right before her break as she was in a hurry to finish my nails and get me out of the chair. It seems like management has higher expectations than the service she provided. I'll update this review after more experiences, but reader be warned: watch out for Holly!!! read more

I was going to this shop for about a year until I had gotten matte polish that kept chipping and peeling . I went back 3 times to have it fixed and they ended up drilling them so thin that they were breaking very easily! I left for about 6 months and started going back . I have an acrylic overlay on my really nails . The technician was saying the powder was old on a couple of nails (not broken ) and removed all of the powder. I also showed her the cat eye design that I wanted and she stated she could do it but could not . I get to the register and was charged $88 dollars for a fill and cat eye . I asked why it was so much and she stated I had cat eye , a design ( which I didn't receive) and fixing 2 nails . I should have been told when she removed the powder that I would be charged for "fixing it ". They offered me $5 off which does not compensate for the amount I was overcharged . My fav techs I've encountered so far: Rin and Uyen have done really nice dip manicures. Uyen has a really nice chrome powder that adds a really nice pop to nail colors. Don has done my pedi a couple times and is great! When I come for pedi's I look forward to the massages as part of the package and Don always does a good job at that. Lewis has done my pedi a few times as well and does an excellent job at quality and taking his time even though I think the techs are timed for each client but his finished product doesn't look rushed. Price point- I can say it is pricey but each visit has so far been money well spent. Location is great for me cause it's close proximity to where I live.
