The technician spent over an hour trying to do a simple French tip on my toes. All I asked was for her to fix one corner, but she was just doing whatever she wanted it took so long that my pedicure was never even finished. After waiting and being patient , I politely asked if someone else could finish it, but my request was ignored. And tbh they didn't even come out even. She spent over 35 mins trying to fix the sides when all I asked was for thinner and she kept doing them thicker. A guy tried helping but still didn't bolt out good. I will have to go somewhere else to fix it. If a technician isn't comfortable doing French tips, they shouldn't be assigned that service. To make matters worse, I was still expected to pay the full $70. I explained that I wasn't paying full price since my pedicure wasn't completed, and they only offered a $10 discount. Considering the service was incomplete and I spent over two hours there, I don't feel that was fair. Overall, I left very disappointed and won't be returning.

From the start, the technician seemed dismissive and told me she couldn't provide the service I requested due to them not having the color. Which i was okay with, so I planned to pick a different color. During the removal process, the drilling was quite painful. I expressed my discomfort, but was told it had to be done that way, & that any other place I go to will do it the same . Mind you this is not my first time getting my nail polish removed , so that is incorrect! So because the drilling was painful, I naturally reacted and moved a bit. After that, she got up frustrated, spoke to a coworker, and moved me to another chair. She told me she had another client and couldn't continue, yet shortly after I saw her getting her own nails done by another employee. Overall, the lack of care, and professionalism led me to leave without completing my service. I wish I could provide the name of the technician, but I did not ask for it. Ultimately, I do not recommend this place at all.

I'm very grateful they were able to help me quickly and still provide a wonderful, relaxing pedicure. A couple things I would suggest improving: when cleaning up the messy polish around my toes, the nail tech used her fingernail to clean my skin. She did have gloves on, but I would recommend investing in some extra tools or brushes to properly clean customers' skin instead of using your nails. I would also suggest updating the nail color catalogs. The selection was pretty small, and a lot of the color samples were ripped out. Other than that, everyone was very kind and friendly, and I would return to this location again.

When we arrived for our 6:30 PM appointment, we were told that the text message did not actually mean the appointment was confirmed and that appointments are only considered valid if the salon personally calls you afterward. Because of this, we were told we would need to wait until around 7:00-7:15 PM to be seen because they were too busy. Not only was the booking system misleading and disorganized, but the staff was also dismissive and unapologetic about the situation. There was no accountability for the confusion, despite their own system sending a confirmation text. If online bookings and confirmation texts do not actually secure appointments, that needs to be clearly communicated before customers waste their time driving there and rearranging their schedules. Otherwise, there is no point in offering online booking at all.
