My first experience was good got a gel mani and pedi but noticed my gel mani only lasted 12 days so I went back literally 12 days to get another gel manicure. I was there on Saturday 7/23 @ 9:30 and but 5am 7/24. I had two chipped nails and my thumb is bubbling. I asked for a glitter ring fingernail and it looked like she just skipped the nail so I asked to just not do it cause it looked bad and then she painted over the glitter and you can see bumps underneath it. Here is a pic of my receipt and the morning after. I haven't done any crazy activities for this to happen to a gel manicure. I have spent a lot within 2 weeks of getting my nails done. Once again, got here Early for my pedicure appointment and didn't get seen until 30 mins later. Looks like I wasn't the only one just sitting here waiting. The lady her me and cut my toe. Also I I couldn't help to over here the OLDER MALE nail technician talking to the woman that was getting a pedicure from him sitting next to me how he was basically harassing her and wouldn't stop talking to her asking her repeatedly "do you like that? do you like how that feels? You like it when I make you feel good huh?" I was almost about to ask her if she was OK or if he was bothering her it made me feel uncomfortable! The nail technicians have no idea what they are doing. I feel like they are all just learning how to do nails. They left the side of my nails raw, uneven, the polish bubbled after a day, and when I tried to tell them they were hurting me and I had a problem with the way they look they got upset. I'm not someone who normally complains but after the way I was just treated and humiliated I felt the need to write a review. The techs here were extremely rude and told me to just go somewhere else if I didn't like the service. I have been contemplating for days if I should leave a review here. This was the ultimate worst nail experience I have ever had in my life. Not only worst experience but worst customer service experience! I gave this place a try because my usual person was on maternity leave. I wanted to give this place a try because of the good reviews. I called ahead of time to see if they had time for me and the girl said it was a 30-40 minute wait. No problem, I go ahead and when I get there, I sign in on the tablet and mentioned I called before I got there with the receptionist and she said she remembers that I called and she told me the wait would be 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes to get sat and they asked me if I had acrylic nails and I kept telling them no it's gel and gel builder. When the girl soaked my nails, she mentioned I can't believe your nails are real because they're healthy and long and she had to ask the receptionist to ask me again if they're acrylic. I told her my usual nail person always said my nails were strong. The girl who soaked my hands was a different person. She wasn't a nail tech and she was one of the receptionist. She took off the gel nail polish on my hands but not the gel builder. The next person who worked on my nails was the worst person I have come in contact with. Her name was thao. She had the worst attitude right from the beginning. I was polite and nice to her because I always believe that you should try to be kind because this person could be having a bad day. She continue to look at my nails and asked me rudely, you got gel builder on your nails, and I said yes and instead of soaking them as I always have in the past she proceeded to take a fake acrylic nail and shove them under my gel builder. I wasn't sure what she was doing at first because I never seen anyone do this to me before. It was extremely painful and she stopped this after breaking my middle nail and I told her it hurt. I was in shock when she broke off my REAL nail. I said did you just break my nail? She said oh I'll just file it and shape it and put a acrylic nail on it! I said no, I don't want an acrylic nail, just file it shorter. This entire time thao is speaking in Vietnamese and I understand everything. She is complaining about me saying how difficult it is to draw designs on my hand because my nails would have been easier if I kept them long. She even threw my both my hands at this point and cussed in Vietnamese!!!!I was shocked!!!!They would have been long, if you didn't painfully pull and break my nail off by being incredibly lazy and not soaking them off like you're supposed to. She ended up soaking my nails after she broke my real nail. And after that she told the guy, to do my nails because she didn't want to do them, and she swapped and worked on his customer. I think he was the owner. He continued to do my nails and the whole entire time Thao is still taking badly about not only me but the other customer as well. When it was time to ring me up he asked her how much she was going to charge me in Vietnamese. I responded the total and he asked me you are Vietnamese and I said yes. I heard everything thao said to me. She was very rude and broke my nail and I would be giving you the tip and not her. He apologized and said he took full responsibility and he wouldn't be charging me for some of the service because he knew she broke my nails. I wanted to leave after my nails were done and I refused the lotion massage. Thao continued to talk in Vietnamese and was yelling at this point as she was working on a customer. The owner yells at her in Vietnamese saying THAT'S ENOUGH!!!! At Thao, but she runs her mouth still and runs out of the front door to her car. The guy tells me how sorry he was but the damage was done! Not only did I have a bad experience the quality of the gel designed manicure did not last. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my entire life. I included the tip to the owner because there was no way I was giving it to the other girl. I left and I received a text to leave a review so I am leaving one. To the owner, I hope you understand the importance of good customer service and professionalism to your staff. I wanted gel on my natural nails. Numerous times I said I didn't want the length of them cut down. She proceeded to clip them short and then said one of my nails was short so I need a tip. Only to have that tip longer than the rest of them. My original nails were already longer than that tip. It's frustrating to say the least after I attempted to really make a point of not messing with the length of my nails. read more

I went in this week, first time here and overall great staff, very welcoming but had by far the worse job on my nails. First off it took longer than expected and she kept going back to fix my nails but there was no fixing. I ended up walking out with a nail that was aligned improperly and thick nails. I get very anxious about having acrylics removed because they can be very painful. She literally rubbed lotion on my legs for 1 minute. The guy who did my gel mani seemed like he was doing a good job, took his time. But within literally 2 days my nails are chipping ! I've never had that with gel. They usually last me a minimum 1 week! They didn't even last to my event for the weekend. Was pretty upset considering their prices and being they are new. Don't show up without an appointment, I just did a walk in and waited 40 mins for a manicure. They kept me waiting and when I asked them after 20 mins they said another 10 mins then finally had me sit at a table to then have to wait another ten mins then I asked what's going on and they said another few mins... they kept saying sorry but that's not okay. Have respect for peoples time. I understand if you're busy and don't have someone at the moment but be transparent that's it's going to be awhile so your customer knows if they have the time to wait or not. Clean & beautiful! Had to wait awhile considering it was the day after the grand opening but they offered me water while I waited & had a "bar area" for the husbands playing sports which I thought was a cute touch! My pedicure was great, wish I got his name! Same with my gel manicure! She was so quick and it turned out nice as well..it's been a few days & I have a minor chip which is fine...eyebrows she definitely cleaned them but didn't do much with my shape but it's fine I'll go to my regular girl for that but all in all it's nice to have a nice place to go to near my home & that 20% off discount was a nice touch definitely take advantage of that read more

I have been here one time before just for a manicure and decided to try it for a pedicure. Can't believe I just paid full price for it.... Probably the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. The tech was more concerned about his clothes getting dirty than my pedicure. He used the same towel to wipe his pants off that he was using to wipe my toes with. My water was cold - I asked him to heat it up, still cold. Included a 10 minute massage, didn't get one. He really didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I'm not one to complain, but mentioned something to the receptionist and got kind of waved off. Now the reason for 3 stars and I wish I could give her 5. Rachel did amazing with my gel manicure. Called to make an appointment but no one answered. I decided to just walk in. I was told there would be a 45 min to an hour wait. Seeing that I couldn't just sit there for that long I asked to make an appointment for an hour later, I was quickly told they were completely booked! We had tried three other nail shops in the a this day that either was closed, didn't do gel x nails, or couldn't stay because of their bad customer service right off the bat. Ranch Nails Spa was the last one we stopped at and the atmosphere and nice interior already showed us it would be great. They made my first time getting my nails done very special and took their time while talking to me and offered water or anything I needed to feel more comfortable. They do high quality nails and its the best nail spa in Ontario. The manager also gave us a 10 percent off discount for just being so awesome so i definitely recommended this place. read more

Arrived without and appointment, signed in was told 40-60 min, ok no problem since they can text me with a 10 min grace period. Came back just after 11 am when I was texted, and sat for a few min while Timmy finished an appointment. He handed me the price list and then gel samples, after that he left for like 10 min to go smoke (came back smelling like a chimney, didn't care for that part). I selected the $47 pedicure (with gel), this might have been my first 2 hr pedicure. The pedicure was fine, and gel turned out pretty, but the 10 min massage was lacking any oomph and there just was no hustle anywhere in the shop. I requested to soak my gel fingernail polish off as well, but since the pedicure took so long (and no one came to wrap them during my pedi) he used the grinder instead and that didn't feel great. The shop is pretty, clean and new. It's one of the few that offer Gel X services, but I'm not sure I'll go back. read more
