Yummy food. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Was pleasantly surprised that they serve breakfast all day long. The decor is a little dated, but the service and the food make up for it. This was our first time here and we will be back with our girls. I had the Huevos Rancheros and my hubby had the Huevos Divorciados. I sampled both and they were both great. I also liked how they brought out chips and salsa before we even ordered. Just a cautionary notice the salsa has some heat to it. We finished off our visit with ordering some churros to go. So glad we found this local restaurant in Buckeye, we will be back.

This place is amazing from our server Valeria to the delicious food. With Friday night being busy we were taken care of quick. Salsa and chips crispy and flavorful.my son had the carne asada tacos rice and beans and he's very picky eater and he loved them. I ordered the pork Green Chile rice and beans and it was amazing fresh and very tasty too!!!!!! I can't wait to try breakfast at this place is about a half hour drive but worth it. up.

Yes, Yes, Yes! Today, my husband said let's try this place…read more I said ok! As we got closer, I realized I've been in the area several times. I have never ate at any of rhe places though. You order at the counter and the food comes out to the table. You can tell this place is family owned. The owners, whom I assumed were there tonight, were lovely people. While we waited, the woman who took our order brought out a basket of chips with refried beans and fresco queso on top with a side of salsa. Woah! What? Epic. But wait! A few minutes later, a precious girl with the most warm inviting, and beautiful smile came out with 2 warm, homemade corn tortillas, with salsa and cheese for us. These were just complimentary extras we didn't expect at all. Soo good. The restaurant is a humble place. Cute, clean, inviting and roomy. There is an inside seating area and an outdoor section. Someone was grilling meat out front. I think, the owner. I ordered a chili relleno combo. It comes with rice, beans, tortillas, and a drink. Hubs ordered two carne asada tacos, and a carne asada sope. I didn't try anything my husband ordered. ( I was laser focused on my meal lol) But it looked really good. He said, you can tell, they make their food with love. Yes, yes, yes, you can. My dish, was the best chili relleno I have had the entire 5 yrs I have been living in AZ. And the beans were phenomenal. Honestly, I prefer eating at places like this. We came for an impromptu date night. I can say it was one of the best meals and date nights I've had in a while. Thank you. Y'all are gonna see me alot. :)

No matter how busy, the wait is never long but your food is made to order. They have an abundant salsa bar and, if you sit outside, an employee is cooking up something on a plancha. We don't know what. We have only ever sat inside or carried our tacos home. Next door there's a modern bakery next door with cakes, bars, cookies and traditional Hispanic treats. We're looking forward to checking it out at some point. Stay tuned!

I'd gotten the chicken plate, and LOVED it. Great cook on everything and really flavorful bites all around. (would have loved a spicier salsa option, tho). Ambiance is simple and open. We decided to try again at this new location. It was good. The ribeye tacos are really good, as are the potato tacos (try them!). Our food arrived hot and everything was good. Personally I'm not a fan of their salsas. And I think it's lame to have to separately order chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant. Especially considering their prices are astronomical for Mexican food. And the chips and salsa are not cheap. But those are nit-picks. I'd say good overall. For me it's not anything great, and it's not a good, old, "family-style" Mexican restaurant with red plastic soda tumblers and plentiful chips and salsa. It's more of a "boutique" Mexican-inspired restaurant. Decent for sure, but the prices for me are way high for what it is (a taqueria really). Still, give it a try. I think when they're hitting on all cylinders their food is great.

The moment you walk in, you're met with a warm, farmhouse vibe, complete with sheep-themed décor that somehow manages to be both charming and unpretentious. It feels like the kind of place where you can settle in, relax, and enjoy a meal without any fuss. The food is consistently hearty, well-prepared, and priced in a way that reminds you that good breakfast doesn't have to break the bank. Whether you're in the mood for classic staples or something a little more filling, they deliver every time. The staff is another standout: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming in a way that adds to the overall experience. They open early--which is perfect for early risers like me--but they close early as well, so plan ahead if you're thinking of a late lunch. Conveniently tucked just off the main drag on Lower Buckeye, it's easy to get to and checks all the boxes for what a local breakfast spot should be. I've been here several times now, and it's officially my go-to place whenever I'm in town and craving a solid, satisfying breakfast. Keep up the great work, Sheep Camp!
