A cutest hidden farm in the SGV. I discovered them through Instagram. I loved that I can purchase fresh picked avocados that are grown so large on the tree! I loved the people there- everyone was so friendly and nice. They gave me a little tour of their farm. Also they are organic! I'm still waiting for mine to ripen but I'm so excited! They look so creamy! Can't wait to try the different flavors between the different types of avocados.

Hass, Lamb Hass and Reed avocados - shipped

I discovered this orchard last year when my friends hosted their wedding reception here and vowed that I would return to visit and buy avocados... ... I have yet to achieve the former, but I'm thrilled that they offer a shipping option! Avocados, bought. I have tried their Hass, Lamb Hass and Reed avocados, and they have changed my life. When I mentioned that I wanted to incorporate avocados into my weekend meals (toast, guacamole, or just eating it as is), they recommended the Reed avocados, and popped my cherry. I'll never be the same again... So rich, so creamy. Anyhoo, it's priced at $4.95/lb as of now. I try to keep up with their social media (Facebook and Instagram) for updates in availability or specials like their honey. Highly recommend and can't wait to actually visit!

This is an absolute must if you are in Azusa! Where can you find an Organic avocado farm with honey and citrus! Like a siren beckoning I saw a sign on the road and was pulled in. The multiple types of avocados coupled with the amazing graciousness of the owner/grower/patriarch made this an awesome find. I got a mini tour of the grounds and walked away with a few pounds of some of the most outstanding avocados I have ever had. Now I just need to figure out a way to ship a few boxes home (Seattle) throughout the year. I 100% recommend this place if you like avocados and guarantee to be back every time I am in Azusa.

When I heard about this Avocado farm, I really wanted to check it out and see how different their avocados tasted compared to those bought at the store. We bought the Reed and the Lamb Haas. The Reed is huge with a lot of meat in them-creamy and full of flavor without that after taste I taste sometimes with other avocados. It ripened in a few days and keeps well without turning black after it's been cut. The next time I'm in the area, I will definitely splurge and pick up some more. For the two, it cost around $8-high quality and taste ain't cheap but worth it! Will be trying the Lamb Haas soon but I'm sure it will be delicious! Come support this family run farm!

Excellent quality Fuerte avocados. Welcoming staff. Place is very unique. You get to see some of their trees from behind the gate. Very cool and squeaky clean. Will definitely be back for more avocados!!

Just grab two bags of avocados one jar of honey. This place is really cool. I'll be back again soon. Prices were decent. People were super friendly and if I had any questions they answered them.

I LOVE THEIR AVOCADOS, HONEY, and OIL. I can never go back to regular store products. It's a family-owned business and they do a lot to support the local community. They give tours to see this private MOUNTAIN full of trees and beautiful wildlife.

This is my favorite place to visit in Azusa. I love everything about Rancho Vasquez from the family who runs the Rancho (they are welcoming and kind), the beautiful and scenic location, and of course the best avocados. My favorite is the Fuerte avocado, but I love them all. I've also recently tried their honey and it's amazing. It is fresh, sweet and tasty. Stop by if you're in town!

Ask the Community - Rancho Vasquez

Are you open for tours?

Answer January 2022: they will be doing your tours very soon, probably in about a month is what I was told.

How much are the reed avocados? They are not sold in stores?

January 2022 no Reeds but they do have Fuerte and Hass and will have other varieties too soon

There's actually A LOT of available spots towards the back of the lot but every one seems to be happier fighting for the few spots near the front. 2. This is a MUCH smaller store than other locations such as Brea and Downtown LA. Inside felt cramped and it was so crowded that I find myself walking around and skipping aisles to avoid getting bumped into by Amazon Fresh delivery drivers. 3. Man working behind the meat counter was loudly having an open discussion with another coworker by the fruit aisle. He was obviously upset over a situation because he kept cursing, which I found very inappropriate. The pros: 1. 3 stars for being right next to one of my favorite Home Goods store! 2. Pizza here looked so good that I ordered a whole pie to bring home for dinner. My overall experience here at Whole Foods was just okay. I'll probably just stick to the one in Brea.

His enthusiasm, positivity, and genuine passion for what he does are absolutely contagious. He took the time to talk with us about different cuts of meat, shared cooking tips, and explained the current specials without ever making it feel like a sales pitch. You could tell he truly enjoys helping customers. The lamb chops he prepared and was handing out for customers to sample were outstanding. They were cooked perfectly and showcased the quality of the products Sprouts offers. As a retail manager with more than 10 years of experience, I know how difficult it is to find team members who naturally connect with people the way Mike does. Technical skills can be taught, but the energy, authenticity, and customer-first attitude he brings are incredibly rare. Sprouts in Glendora is fortunate to have someone like him leading the meat department. I'd also like to recognize Brianna at the checkout for being friendly, helpful, and eager to assist, and Damian, the store manager, for being genuinely kind and welcoming. It's employees like these who make this location such a pleasure to shop at. We're lucky to call the Glendora Sprouts our neighborhood store.

The center itself is a big shopping hub with plenty of parking. it's always bustling, but I swear, no matter how busy, you can always find a spot just maybe a little walk from the front. It's been a couple months since my last visit, and wow, they've added a fantastic new section right as you walk in on the right-hand side. Now, they have a cozy coffee and breakfast area! They brew fresh coffee and serve breakfast sandwiches from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The prices looked super reasonable, like breakfast burritos or a cheese sandwich and I can't wait to try them, though sadly, I got there in the evening, so it was already closed. Next time, for sure! Of course, Sprouts is known for its fresh sushi, bakery, and their custom sandwiches. they really do a sandwich bar better than a certain big chain (cough, Subway). The price is about $5.99 or $6.99 with chips and water so it's a steal. My only gripe? They used to have this pesto sauce( my absolute favorite) and chipotle, honey mustard and it's gone! Now it's just mayo or mustard, which is a bit of a bummer. Management, if you're reading this, bring back pesto! Despite that, it's still a crowd-pleaser, always a line for those sandwiches, and for good reason. One thing I'm not a fan of is their fresh meat section. it's nice, but always overpriced. Whether it's chicken, salmon, or beef, I just can't justify it. Trader Joe's has better variety for less. On the bright side, their fresh produce is always top-notch, big sections, tons of snacks, vitamins, and even a great soap bar selection (I always grab a few). I got a roast beef sandwich on whole wheat it was divine and some fresh prepared salad and salmon for later. Plus, they have at least eight self-checkouts so helpful when it gets busy. They take all major credit cards, and I love that they have both big and small carts the smaller one makes navigating those aisles a breeze. All in all, a fun stop, and I'll be back. just, please, bring back pesto sauce for sandwiches!!
